Coincidence measurements of breakup fragments in reactions of^(6.7)with^(209)Bi at energies around and above the Coulomb barrier were carried out using a large solid-angle covered detector *** the Q values along with the relative energies of the breakup fragments,different breakup components(prompt breakups and delayed breakups)and different breakup modes(α+t,α+d,α+p,andα+α)are distinguished.A new breakup mode,α+t,is observed in^(6)Li-induced reactions at energies above the Coulomb *** between breakup modes and breakup components as well as their variations with the incident energy are *** results will help us better understand the breakup effects of weakly bound nuclei on the suppression of a complete fusion,particularly for the above-barrier energies.

Accumulating data indicate that kidney tonifying recipe to treat depression patients may significantly reduce clinical symptoms, effectively improve the quality and prognosis of the patient's life. Clinical and experimental studies have suggested that tonifying kidney recipe has multiple targets, and thereby via multiple ways to accomplish antidepressant effect. The tonifying kidney recipe has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to control neurotrophic factor so as to promote the growth, differentiation, maturation of neurons. The tonifying kidney recipe participates in protection of neural plasticity, brain development, immune regulation, and a variety of other physiological processes to act as an antidepressant that has great similarity as vitamin D axis. In this article, we describe the current knowledge to introduct the relationship between kidney deficiency and vitamin D axis, and speculate about the molecular mechanism of tonifying kidney recipe in the treatment of depression by regulating vitamin D axis.

To meet the requirements of marine natural gas hydrate exploitation,it is necessary to improve the penetration of completion sand control string in the large curvature *** this study,large curvature test wells were selected to carry out the running test of sand control string with pre-packed ***,the running simulation was performed by using the Landmark *** results show that the sand control packer and screen can be run smoothly in the wellbore with a dogleg angle of more than 20°/30 m and keep the structure ***,the comprehensive friction coefficient is 0.4,under which and the simulation shows that the sand control string for hydrate exploitation can be run *** findings have important guiding significance for running the completion sand control string in natural gas hydrate exploitation.

The accurate assessment and diagnosis of combat injuries are the basis for triage and treatment of combat casualties. A consensus on the assessment and diagnosis of combat injuries was made and discussed at the second annual meeting of the Professional Committee on Disaster Medicine of the Chinese People's Liberation Army(PLA). In this consensus agreement, the massive hemorrhage, airway, respiration, circulation and hypothermia(MARCH) algorithm, which is a simple triage and rapid treatment and field triage score, was recommended to assess combat casualties during the first-aid stage, whereas the abbreviated scoring method for combat casualty and the MARCH algorithm were recommended to assess combat casualties in level Ⅱ facilities. In level Ⅲ facilities, combined measures, including a history inquiry, thorough physical examination, laboratory examination, X-ray, and ultrasound examination, were recommended for the diagnosis of combat casualties. In addition, corresponding methods were recommended for the recognition of casualties needing massive transfusions, assessment of firearm wounds, evaluation of mangled extremities, and assessment of injury severity in this consensus.

Melastomataceae has abundant morphological diversity with high economic and ornamental merit in Myrtales. The phylogenetic position of Myrtales is still contested. Here, we report the chromosome-level genome assembly of Melastoma dodecandrum in Melastomataceae. The assembled genome size is299.81 Mb with a contig N50 value of 3.00 Mb. Genome evolution analysis indicated that M. dodecandrum,Eucalyptus grandis, and Punica granatum were clustered into a clade of Myrtales and formed a sister group with the ancestor of fabids and malvids. We found that M. dodecandrum experienced four whole-genome polyploidization events: the ancient event was shared with most eudicots, one event was shared with Myrtales, and the other two events were unique to M. dodecandrum. Moreover, we identified MADS-box genes and found that the AP1-like genes expanded, and AP3-like genes might have undergone subfunctionalization. The SUAR63-like genes and AG-like genes showed different expression patterns in stamens, which may be associated with heteranthery. In addition, we found that LAZY1-like genes were involved in the negative regulation of stem branching development, which may be related to its creeping features. Our study sheds new light on the evolution of Melastomataceae and Myrtales, which provides a comprehensive genetic resource for future research.

AIM： To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of endo- scopic submucosal dissection （ESD） for foregut neuro- endocrine tumors （NETs）. METHODS： From April 2008 to December 2010, pa- tients with confirmed histological diagnosis of foregut NETs were included. None had regional lymph node enlargement or distant metastases to the liver or lung on preoperative computerized tomography scanning or endoscopic ultrasonography （EUS）. ESD was attempted under general anesthesia. After making several mark-ing dots around the lesion, a mixture solution was injected into the submucosa. The mucosa was incised outside the marking dots. Dissection of the submu- cosal layer beneath the tumor was performed under direct vision to achieve complete en bloc resection of the specimen. Tumor features, clinicopathological char- acteristics, complete resection rate, and complications were evaluated. Foregut NETs were graded as G1, G2, or G3 on the basis of proliferative activity by mitotic count or Ki-67 index. All patients underwent regular follow-up to evaluate for any local recurrence or dis- tant metastasis. RESULTS： Those treated by ESD included 24 patients with 29 foregut NETs. The locations of the 29 lesions are as follows： esophagus （n = 1）, cardia （n = 1）, stomach （n = 23）, and duodenal bulb （n = 4）. All le- sions were found incidentally during routine upper gastrointestinal endoscopy for other indications, and none had symptoms of carcinoid syndrome. Preop- erative EUS showed that all tumors were confined to the submucosa. Among the 24 gastric lesions, 16 le- sions in 11 patients were type I gastric NETs arising in chronic atrophic gastritis with hypergastrinemia, while the other 8 solitary lesions were type Ⅲ because of absence of atrophic gastritis in these cases. All of the tumors were removed in an en bloc fashion. The av- erage maximum diameter of the lesions was 9.4 mm （range： 2-30 ram）, and the procedure time was 20.3 rain （range： 10-45 rain）. 作为云平台提升应用性能的一种重要手段,分布式缓存技术近年来受到了工业界和学术界的广泛关注.从云计算与分布式缓存技术的结合入手,分析介绍了分布式缓存的特性、典型应用场景、发展阶段、相关标准规范以及推动缓存技术发展的若干关键要素.为系统地了解分布式缓存技术的现状和不足,建立了一个云环境下分布式缓存技术的分析框架——DctAF.该框架从分析云计算的特点和缓存技术的边界出发,涵盖6个分析维度.基于DctAF框架,对当前缓存技术进行总结和分析,并对典型系统进行比较.在此基础上,深入阐述了云环境下分布式缓存系统面临的挑战;围绕上述挑战,分析和比较了已有的研究工作.

目的观察雌激素(ESTROGEN,E2)对戊四氮(PENTYLENETETRAZOL,PTZ)致痫大鼠海马区胶质细胞增生和突触可塑性变化的影响。方法实验动物分成正常对照组、PTZ致痫组、E2+PTZ致痫组和E2+TAMOXIFEN致痫组,采用PTZ慢性癫痫点燃模型,观察各实验分组大鼠行为学表现,并用免疫组化染色和计算机图像分析技术观察胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)和突触素(SYNAPTOPHYSIN,P38)表达水平的改变。结果E2+PTZ致痫组大鼠癫痫发作时间较PTZ致痫组早,发作程度普遍较高;致痫各组均观察到突触素阳性染色数目增多和胶质细胞增生,以海马CA2、CA3区和齿状回门区较为明显,与正常对照组比较,有显著差异(P<0.01);E2+PTZ致痫组较PTZ致痫组和TAMOXIFEN干预致痫组亦有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论PTZ点燃的癫痫大鼠海马区发生突触可塑性改变和反应性星形胶质细胞增生,可能与异常放电回路形成,大脑兴奋性放电增加,最终诱发癫痫发作有关;星形胶质细胞衍生性雌激素可能在促进癫痫的发作并使这一改变更加明显中起到一定作用,而雌激素受体拮抗剂能部分抑制这种作用;提示雌激素与癫痫发作时突触形成及胶质细胞的增生间存在着一定的联系。
