“苏门六君子”是北宋文坛很有意味的现象,他们遭际或同或异,无妨聚集苏轼门下,尚韩步苏,接受欧苏散文范式的影响,为文大体追求自然平易。从文体审视,其论说往往有家国之忧,求为世用而理明辞达;书信与序文以叙引论或论中兼有叙事,平和淡定;记文虽不乏好说理的特征,却因关乎人生,通脱超然,趣味各生。“苏门六君子”由此造就的散文风貌,尽管为苏轼的散文华章遮蔽,但在古代散文史上仍不乏自身的光彩。

载人潜水器在深海复杂恶劣的环境中运行,容易受到外部环境干扰和推进器故障的困扰,本文将干扰特性指标与基于推力分配的主动容错控制方法相结合,提出了一种新的主动容错控制方法.首先,建立了载人潜水器系统的数学模型;其次,设计非线性干扰观测器估计系统所受的集总干扰,并设计无推进器故障时的控制器;然后,针对推进器故障问题,引入权重矩阵进行推力分配以保护故障推进器,并设计了干扰特性指标表示干扰的性质对跟踪误差和推力损失的影响;在此基础上,给出了一种基于干扰特性指标与推力分配的新型容错控制方法,李雅普诺夫方法保证了该控制算法的理论稳定性;最后,通过数值仿真,验证所设计的控制方法的优越性.其优越性主要体现在:能够利用可用干扰与补偿有害干扰,并将可用的干扰能量用于补偿故障推进器的推力缺失.

Objective:To study the effects of phentolamine on myocardial extracellular matrix of cardiac remodeling induced by norepinephrine in ***:24 SD rats were divided into 3 groups randomly:control groups,norepinephrine groups(model groups),norepinephrine +phentolamine groups(treatment groups).Echocardiography was used to detect changes in cardiac structure and function,the level of collagen volume fraction(CVF) and hydroxy-proline as well as collagen content were determined in myocardial tissue,matrix metalloproteinases-2 and collagen Ⅰin myocardial tissue were localized by ***:Compared with control groups,left ventricular hypertrophy in the model group rats,the livdioxyproline content and CVF was significantly higher(P<0.01),and matrix metalloproteinase- 2 and collagen Ⅰ protein expression was significantly increased(P<0.01).Phentolamine significantly improved cardiac hypertrophy in treatment group rats,reduced hydroxy-proline,CVF,matrix metalloproteinase 2and collagen Ⅰ protein expression(P<0.05).Conclusions:Phentolamine can effectively reduce the incidence of myocardial hypertrophy and myocardial extracellular matrix remodeling in SD rats,and it can ease myocardial extracellular matrix of cardiac *** may he associated with reduced expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 and collagen Ⅰ in myocardial tissue remodeling.

BACKGROUND In patients who suffer from both atrial fibrillation(AF)and atrial septal defect(ASD),cryoballoon pulmonary vein isolation(PVI),sequential left atrial appendage(LAA)occlusion and ASD closure could be a strategy for effective prevention of stroke and right heart *** SUMMARY A 65-year-old man was admitted to our institution due to recurrent episodes of palpitations and shortness of breath for 2 years,which had been worsening over the last 48 *** had a history of AF,ASD,coronary heart disease with stent implantation and *** and laboratory examinations showed no *** score of CHA2DS2VASc was 3,and HAS-BLED was *** revealed a 25-mm secundum *** vein(PV)and LAA anatomy were assessed by cardiac computed *** mapping with 10-pole Lasso catheter was performed following ablation of all four PVs with complete *** the cryoballoon PVI,the patient underwent LAA occlusion under transesophageal echocardiographic ***,a 34-mm JIYI ASD occlude device was implanted.A follow-up transesophageal echocardiography at 3 mo showed proper position of both devices and neither thrombi nor leakage was *** Sequential cryoballoon PVI and LAA occlusion prior to ASD closure can be performed safely in AF patients with ASD.
