A novel three dimensional network complex polymer [Cu_4(oxen)_2(N_3._3._n(ClO_4)_n·2nH_2O, where oxen is N,N' -bis(2-aminoethyl)oxamide dianion, has been synthesized. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P, with a=11.486(2), b=11.706(3., c=12.291(3. , α=77.42(2), β=67.59(2), γ=77.96(2)°, and z=2. The least-square refinements converged at R=0.047, with 3.16 observed unique reflections. The complex has a pronounced three-dimensional character and can be viewed as the tetranuclear asymmetric repeating units through inversion and translation operations to extend a three-dimensional network. The structure of Cu_4 asymmetric unit consists of two square planar and two square pyramidal Cu central atoms linked by both azide ligands in end-on and end-to-end bonding modes, and oxamidate bridge in trans conformation.

A complex polymer [Cu2(oxen)(pic)(H20)]n(Clo4)·2nHH2O, there oxen and pic are N.N' -bis(2aminoethyt )oxamide and Pyridine-4-carboxytate, respectivety, was synthesized. It crystallizes in the monoctinic space group P21/c, with a=10.420(2) A. b=13. 118(2) A, c=14 .863.5) A. β=93.05(2)°, and z=4. The structure of this complex consists of 2D network of copper(II) ions bridged by bis-tridentate oxen in transconformation, and by pyridine-4-carboxylate in which the pyridine ring acts as a monodentate group whereas the carboxylate as a tridentate group and bonds to three different copper centres in a novel fashion. The repeating asymmetric unit is a binuclear copper(II) fragment with one of the copper centre locating in a lengthening octahedrat environment, whereas the other in a distorted tetragonal pyramid geometry.

Fluoropyrimidine-based combination chemotherapy plus targeted therapy is the standard initial treatment for unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC),but the prognosis remains *** phase 3.trial(***:NCT03.50154)assessed the efficacy and adverse events(AEs)of the combination of PD-1 blockade-activated DC-CIK(PD1-T)cells with XELOX plus bevacizumab as a first-line therapy in patients with mCRC.A total of 202 participants were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab(the control group,n=102)or the same regimen plus autologous PD1-T cell immunotherapy(the immunotherapy group,n=100)every 21 days for up to 6 cycles,followed by maintenance treatment with capecitabine and *** main endpoint of the trial was progression-free survival(PFS).The median follow-up was 19.5 *** PFS was 14.8 months(95%CI,11.6-18.0)for the immunotherapy group compared with 9.9 months(8.0-11.8)for the control group(hazard ratio[HR],0.60[95%CI,0.40-0.88];p=0.009).Median overall survival(OS)was not reached for the immunotherapy group and 25.6 months(95%CI,18.3.3..8)for the control group(HR,0.57[95%CI,0.3.-0.98];p=0.043..Grade 3.or higher AEs occurred in 20.0%of patients in the immunotherapy group and 23.5%in the control groups,with no toxicity-associated deaths *** addition of PD1-T cells to first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab demonstrates significant clinical improvement of PFS and OS with well tolerability in patients with previously untreated mCRC.

The synthesis is and crystal structure are reported for the sheet-like compourd [CU2(oxpn)Fe(CN )5(NO)]. there oxpn is the dianion of M, M'-bis(3.aminopropyl)oxamide. This compound crustallizes in the orthogonal space group Puma. with a=11 .413.4), b=22.242(5), c=7.73.(2) A, and Z=*** structure was refined to conventionat discrepancy factors R=0.047 and Pw=0.054. The Cu(II ) and Fe(III)centers are bridged by oxpn and cyanide, the formal behaves as a his-terdentate tigand bound to cooper(II)ion to form (II) dimers. whereas the latter bridges Cu(II) and Fe(III) centers in both symmetric and asymetric end- to-end bis-monodentate fashions, spreading out along be plane to form a 20 network. The Structure is made up of CuFe unit with Cu(II) and Fe(III) ions locating in a distorted square-based pyramid and a compressed octahedron, respectively.

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 3. Malnutrition is a common comorbidity among patients with ***,no nutrition-screening tool has been recognized in this population.A quick and easy screening tool for nutrition with high sensitivity and easy-to-use is *** on the previous 25 nutrition-screening tools,the Delphi method was made by the members of the {3. Society of Nutritional Oncology to choose the most useful item from each *** to these results,we built a nutrition-screening tool named age,intake,weight,and walking(AIWW).Malnutrition was defined based on the scored patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA).Concurrent validity was evaluated using the Kendall tau coefficient and kappa consistency between the malnutrition risks of AIWW,nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS-2002),and malnutrition screening tool(MST).Clinical benefit was calculated by the decision curve analysis(DCA),integrated discrimination improvement(IDI),and continuous net reclassification improvement(c NRI).A total of 11,3.0 patients(male,n=6,024(53.0%)were included in the final study cohort,and 6,3.3.patients had malnutrition based on *** on AIWW,NRS-2002,and MST,7,545,3.469,and1,840 patients were at risk of malnutrition,*** sensitivities of AIWW,NRS-2002,and MST risks were 0.910,0.53.,and 0.285,and the specificities were 0.768,0.946,and *** Kendall tau coefficients of AIWW,NRS-2002,and MST risks were 0.588,0.501,and 0.3.6,*** area under the curve of AIWW,NRS-2002,and MST risks were0.785,0.73.,and 0.63.,*** IDI,c NRI,and DCA showed that AIWW is non-inferior to NRS-2002(IDI:0.002(-0.009,0.013.,c NRI:-0.015(-0.049,0.020)).AIWW scores can also predict the survival of patients with *** missed diagnosis rates of AIWW,NRS-2002,and MST were 0.09%,49.0%,and 73.2%,*** showed a better nutritionscreening effect than NRS-2002 and MST for patients with cancer and could be recommended as an alternative nutritionscreening tool

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93.fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773.GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(13.0)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3.)via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

The number ofψ(3.86)events collected by the BESⅢdetector during the 2021 run period is determined to be(2259.3.11.1)×10~6 by counting inclusiveψ(3.86)hadronic *** uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is ***,the numbers ofψ(3.86)events collected during the 2009 and 2012run periods are updated to be(107.7±0.6)×10~6 and(3.5.4±2.6)×10~6,*** numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard *** total number ofψ(3.86)events in the three data samples is(2712.4±14.3.×10~6.
