DearEditor,Microecology is an emerging research area,particularly that of the digestive system(Marchesi et al.,2016;Wang et al.,2018).The intestinal microbiota contains a rich and complex microbial ecosystem that is in dynamic balance,the disruption of which can result in disease(Yatsunenko et al.,2012;Li et al.,2017;He et al.,2018).For example,studies have found that the esophagus has a variety of colonizing bacteria that may be related to esophageal cancer.

The on-orbit parameter identification of a space structure can be used for the modification of a system dynamics model and controller coefficients. This study focuses on the estimation of a system state-space model for a two-link space manipulator in the procedure of capturing an unknown object, and a recursive tracking approach based on the recursive predictor-based subspace identification(RPBSID) algorithm is proposed to identify the manipulator payload mass parameter. Structural rigid motion and elastic vibration are separated, and the dynamics model of the space manipulator is linearized at an arbitrary working point(i.e., a certain manipulator configuration).The state-space model is determined by using the RPBSID algorithm and matrix transformation. In addition, utilizing the identified system state-space model, the manipulator payload mass parameter is estimated by extracting the corresponding block matrix. In numerical simulations, the presented parameter identification method is implemented and compared with the classical algebraic algorithm and the recursive least squares method for different payload masses and manipulator configurations. Numerical results illustrate that the system state-space model and payload mass parameter of the two-link flexible space manipulator are effectively identified by the recursive subspace tracking method.

目的探究以成果导向教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)为基础的多元教学模式在实验诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法 2022年2—8月,选取河北大学2019级临床专业3班、4班学生作为研究对象,共计159名学生,将3班79名学生作为对照组,4班80名为试验组。对照组学生应用传统教学模式教学,试验组学生应用以OBE为导向的多元教学模式教学,比较两组学生的总成绩、笔试成绩、课堂提问+出勤成绩,并从多维度对教学满意度进行调查,对比分析两组学生的学习效果。结果试验组总成绩、笔试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。试验组学生对教学的课程设计、教学方法、教学内容、学习兴趣、学习效率、检验报告解读能力、临床思维培养能力的满意度均高于照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论OBE导向的多元教学模式在实验诊断学教改中的应用提高了学生的学习能力、学习兴趣、团结合作和沟通能力,有助于培养适应医学发展所需要的具有创新能力的实用型医学人才。

A novel vibration isolation device called the nonlinear energy sink(NES)with niTiNOL-steel wire ropes(niTi-ST)is applied to a whole-spacecraft *** niTi-ST is used to describe the damping of the NES,which is coupled with the modified Bouc-Wen model of *** NES with niTi-ST vibration reduction principle uses the irreversibility of targeted energy transfer(TET)to concentrate the energy locally on the nonlinear oscillator,and then dissipates it through damping in the NES with *** generalized vibration transmissibility,obtained by the root mean square treatment of the harmonic response of the nonlinear output frequency response functions(NOFRFs),is first used as the evaluation index to analyze the whole-spacecraft system in the *** optimization analysis of the impact of system responses is performed using different parameters of NES with niTi-ST based on the transmissibility of ***,the effects of vibration suppression by varying the parameters of niTi-ST are analyzed from the perspective of energy *** results indicate that NES with niTi-ST can reduce excessive vibration of the whole-spacecraft system,without changing its natural ***,the NES with niTi-ST can be directly used in practical engineering applications.

Developing non-noble metal-based electrocatalyst with high catalytic activity is essential for advancing hydrogen energy *** study introduces a hydrothermal method for synthesizing order ni(OH)_(2)nanosheets,with H_(3)O_(40)PW_(12)(denoted as PW_(12))loaded onto reduced graphene oxide(rGO)coated on nickel foam(referred to as PW_(12)-ni(OH)_(2)/rGO).This method contrasts with the electrodeposition of ni(OH)_(2),where PW_(12)is added to the synthetic system to direct the assembly and morphology of the ni(OH)_(2)through a hydrothermal *** this work,the nickel foam acts dual roles as both the substrate and the source of nickel for the formation of ni(OH)_(2).The PW_(12)-ni(OH)_(2)/rGO nanosheets,when successfully prepared and loaded onto the nickel foam(NF),exhibited superior electrocatalytic activity for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in an alkaline electrolyte,achieving a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)at an overpotential of 69 ***,we endeavored to expand the application of this material towards the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)by preparing PW_(12)-(Fe/Co)ni(OH)_(2)/rGO through the addition of metal *** nanocomposite displayed outstanding electrocatalytic activity in alkaline electrolytes,with a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)at an overpotential of 211 mV,and demonstrated excellent stability over a 50 h period in a 1 M KOH *** results presented in this paper offer an effective strategy for the preparation of polyoxometalate-based inorganic materials with diverse functionalities,applicable to both HER and OER.

The search for magnetic topological materials has been at the forefront of condensed matter research for their potential to host exotic states such as axion insulators, magnetic Weyl semimetals, Chern insulators,etc. To date, the MnBi2nTe3n+1family is the only group of materials showcasing van der Waals-layered structures, intrinsic magnetism and non-trivial band topology without trivial bands at the Fermi level. The interplay between magnetism and band topology in this family has led to the proposal of various topological phenomena, including the quantum anomalous Hall effect, quantum spin Hall effect and quantum magnetoelectric effect. Among these, the quantum anomalous Hall effect has been experimentally observed at record-high temperatures, highlighting the unprecedented potential of this family of materials in fundamental science and technological innovation. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review of the research progress in this intrinsic magnetic topological insulator family, with a focus on single-crystal growth, characterization of chemical disorder, manipulation of magnetism through chemical substitution and external pressure, and important questions that remain to be conclusively answered.

随着2020年全面建成小康社会任务的圆满完成和脱贫攻坚战的圆满收官,中国进入稳定脱贫时代,脱贫攻坚成果巩固拓展与乡村振兴战略全面推进成为下一阶段乡村工作的重点,脱贫稳定性也是当前亟须考虑的一大挑战。精准脱贫阶段中国农村建档立卡贫困人口的基本医疗有保障问题已基本解决,但多数脱贫地区医疗资源相对短缺、医疗水平较为落后的局面仍未得到全面改善,部分脱贫地区存在医疗设备落后、药品不全等问题,整体医疗卫生水平仍存在较大的提升空间。因此,从医疗方面来讲,为巩固脱贫攻坚成效,推动乡村最终全面振兴,需要持续发力,不断推动乡村地区整体医疗水平的改善提升。结合实地对口帮扶情况,分析了当前精准医疗帮扶存在的问题,并根据精准医疗帮扶的实践经验,创新性地提出了“省、县、乡、村”四级联动精准医疗帮扶模式以及进一步优化精准医疗帮扶路径。
