Lithium ion capacitors(LICs)have been widely used as energy storage devices due to their high energy density and high power density.For LICs,pre-lithiation of negative electrode is necessary.In this work,we employ a bifunctional Li6CoO4(LCO)as cathodic pre-lithiation reagent to improve the electrochemical performance of LICs.The synthesized LCO exhibited high first charge specific capacity of 721 mAh g-1and extremely low initial coulombic efficiency of 3.19%,providing sufficient Li+ for the pre-lithiation of negative electrode in the first charge.Simultaneously,Li6–xCoOy is generated from LCO during the first charge process,which exhibits pseudocapacitive property and contributes to capacity in form of surface capacitance during subsequent cycles,increasing the capacity of capacitive positive electrode.With the appropriate amounts of addition to the positive side in LICs,this bifunctional prelithiation reagent LCO shows significantly improved the electrochemical performance with the energy density of 78.5 Wh kg-1after 300 cycles between 2.0 and 4.2 V at 250 mA g-1.

The application of iron–carbon(Fe–C)micro-electrolysis to wastewater treatment is limited by the passivation potential of the Fe–C packing.In order to address this problem,high-gravity intensified Fe–C micro-electrolysis was proposed in this study for degradation of dinitrotoluene wastewater in a rotating packed bed(RPB)using commercial Fe–C particles as the packing.The effects of reaction time,high-gravity factor,liquid flow rate and initial solution pH were investigated.The degradation intermediates were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the possible degradation pathways of nitro compounds by Fe–C micro-electrolysis in RPB were also proposed.It is found that under optimal conditions,the removal rate of nitro compounds reaches 68.4%at 100 min.The removal rate is maintained at approximately 68%after 4 cycles in RPB,but it is decreased substantially from 57.9%to 36.8%in a stirred tank reactor.This is because RPB can increase the specific surface area and the renewal of the liquid–solid interface,and as a result the degradation efficiency of Fe–C micro-electrolysis is improved and the active sites on the Fe–C surface can be regenerated for continuous use.In conclusion,high-gravity intensified Fe–C micro-electrolysis can weaken the passivation of Fe–C particles and extend their service life.

目的探讨多物质伪影降低(multi-material artifact reduction,MMAR)技术对5种口腔修复材料能谱CT伪影的消除作用。方法分别用金合金、氧化锆、钴铬合金、镍铬合金及纯钛制作猪湿颅骨上颌第一前磨牙至第一磨牙的三单位固定桥,分别带入后进行能谱CT扫描。采用常规120 kVp扫描模式获得图像,计为常规组;采用能谱扫描模式重组80、90、100、110、120、130、140 keV的单能量水平图像,计为能谱组;采用能谱扫描模式,再应用MMAR技术重组图像,计为能谱MMAR组。各组均扫描10次,分别测量伪影最多层面图像中固定桥周围和邻近无伪影层面肌肉的CT值及噪声,并计算伪影指数;由2名放射专业主治医师对各组图像质量进行主观评分。采用Kruskal Wallis秩和检验比较常规组与最佳keV条件下能谱组和能谱MMAR组图像噪声、伪影指数及主观评分的差异。结果能谱组和能谱MMAR组图像噪声均随单能量水平的增高而逐渐降低。常规组图像伪影明显;140 keV条件下,能谱组图像伪影较常规组明显减少,能谱MMAR组各口腔修复材料的图像伪影最少。常规组、能谱组、能谱MMAR组纯钛伪影指数分别为71.0±8.0、21.4±2.7和14.7±2.7,均显著小于同组其他材料(P0.05),均显著小于常规组(P<0.05)。结论纯钛产生的伪影最少,能谱扫描联合MMAR技术能有效减少金合金、氧化锆、钴铬合金、镍钛合金和纯钛的伪影,可作为去除口腔修复体伪影的有效方法。

行政协议兼具行政性与合同性,在行政协议解除制度中具体体现为直接适用行政优益权模式和参照适用民事法律规范解除权模式。行政优益权应当具有地方行政程序规定、办法或者特定领域单行立法的明确上位法基础,并且遵守行政协议解除程序和正当程序原则。《行政协议规定》第27条第2款规定了参照民事法律规范的要件,不过仍然需要解决三个问题:第一,应当如何选择民事法律规范并进行修正;第二,法院在审理行政协议解除案件时应当从两种解除权中择一适用还是共同适用;第三,何种法律规范应当优先适用。《民法典》第533条的情势变更和第563条的法定解除可以作为民法上解除权的规范基础,不过需要根据行政法的规定进行有条件的修正。《民法典》第565条的通知解除程序规范也应当在适用民法上解除权时被参照。两种解除权构成权利的竞合,行政机关从中择一适用即可,并且应当优先适用民事法律规范。

An HIV infection model with saturated infection rate and double delays is investigated. First, the existence of the infection-free equilibrium , the immune-exhausted equilibrium and the infected equilibrium with immunity in different conditions is shown. By analyzing the characteristic equation, we study the locally asymptotical stability of the trivial equilibrium, and the existence of Hopf bifurcations when two delays are used as the bifurcation parameter. Furthermore, we apply the Nyquist criterion to estimate the length of delay for which stability continues to hold. Then with suitable Lyapunov function and LaSalle's invariance principle, the global stability of the three equilibriums is obtained. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the main mathematical results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To solve the problem of long response time when users obtain suitable cutting parameters through the Internet based platform,a case-based reasoning framework is proposed.Specifically,a Hamming distance and Euclidean distance combined method is designed to measure the similarity of case features which have both numeric and category properties.In addition,AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and entropy weight method are integrated to provide features weight,where both user preferences and comprehensive impact of the index have been concerned.Grey relation analysis is used to obtain the similarity of a new problem and alternative cases.Finally,a platform is also developed on Visual Studio 2015,and a case study is demonstrated to verify the practicality and efficiency of the proposed method.This method can obtain cutting parameters which is suitable without iterative calculation.Compared with the traditional PSO(Particle swarm optimization algorithm)and GA(Genetic algorithm),it can obtain faster response speed.This method can provide ideas for selecting processing parameters in industrial production.While guaranteeing the characteristic information is similar,this approach can select processing parameters which is the most appropriate for the production process and a lot of time can be saved.

Maximizing the lifetime of wireless sensor networks(WSNs) is an important and challenging research problem. Properly scheduling the movements of mobile sinks to balance the energy consumption of wireless sensor network is one of the most effective approaches to prolong the lifetime of wireless sensor networks. However, the existing mobile sink scheduling methods either require a great amount of computational time or lack effectiveness in finding high-quality scheduling solutions. To address the above issues, this paper proposes a novel hyperheuristic framework, which can automatically construct high-level heuristics to schedule the sink movements and prolong the network lifetime. In the proposed framework, a set of low-level heuristics are defined as building blocks to construct high-level heuristics and a set of random networks with different features are designed for training. Further, a genetic programming algorithm is adopted to automatically evolve promising high-level heuristics based on the building blocks and the training networks. By using the genetic programming to evolve more effective heuristics and applying these heuristics in a greedy scheme, our proposed hyper-heuristic framework can prolong the network lifetime competitively with other methods, with small time consumption. A series of comprehensive experiments, including both static and dynamic networks,are designed. The simulation results have demonstrated that the proposed method can offer a very promising performance in terms of network lifetime and response time.

Based on the functionally graded materials （FGMs） design concept, the laminated-graded graphite/cermets self-lubricating composite was prepared to achieve the integration of mechanical prop- erties and lubrication performance of the cermet. The effects of the layer number and thickness of graded structure on residual stresses in the gradient composites were investigated by finite element method （FEM）. From the FEM analyses, the optimal gradient structure design was obtained correspond- ing to the following parameters： the number of graded layers n = 2 and the thickness of graded structure t = I ram. According to the optimum design, a graded graphite/cermets self-lubricating material with two layers was fabricated by a typical powder metallurgy technique. Compared with the homogenous graphite/cermets composite, the surface hardness and indentation fracture toughness of graded compos- ite were increased by approximately 15.9% and 6.3%, respectively. The results of X-ray diffraction （XRD） stress measurement identified the existence of residual compressive stress on the surface of graded com- posite. Additionally, the friction and wear tests revealed that the wear resistance of the graphite/cermets self-lubricating composite was improved significantly via the graded structural design, whereas the coefficient of friction changed slightly.
