Self-assembled interlayer aiming at the stability of NiOx based perovskite solar cells

Inorganic NiO_(x) based inverted structure perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is reported to be more stable than that with the organic hole transport materials.In this work,NiO_(x)/MAPbI_(3) interface chemical reaction induced instability of perovskite is unveiled:Ni^(3+) and I^(-) exhibit redox reactions and deprotonation of MA^(+) happens,which result in interface defects and perovskite lattice deformation.Thus the defective interface accelerates the degradation of perovskite by defect pathways from the bottom interface to the perovskite surface contacting H_(2)O/O_(2).Self-assembled interlayer of NH_(2)^(-)end silane on NiO_(x)separates the reactive NiO_(x)and MAPbI_(3),tunes the interface energy states by–NH_(2) end group.As a result,the PSC based on the silane treated NiO_(x)achieves enhanced PCE of 20.1%with decent stability under environmental and extreme conditions (high temperature,high humidity,light infiltration).Our work highlights the interface chemical problem induced PSC instability and a simple interface modification to achieve the stable PSCs.

Age Structure and Change Trend of Tobacco Farmers:A Case Study of Shashi Town,Liuyang City,Hunan Province

Taking the tobacco-growing area of Shashi Town,Liuyang City as the object,the number of registered,newly added and resigned tobacco farmers in each year,average age,number and proportion of tobacco farmers of different ages,number and proportion of tobacco farmers born in different eras,as well as planting scale and planting history of flue-cured tobacco in the last 10 years were analyzed statistically.The results showed that the number of tobacco farmers in Shashi Town showed a rapid decline trend from 2012 to 2018,while the average age continuously increased,and the average planting scale rose in a wave like way.From 2019 to 2021,the decline rate of the number of tobacco farmers slowed down,and the average planting scale continuously increased,while the aging of tobacco farmers accelerated.Meantime,the birth years of tobacco farmers were further concentrated in the 1960s,and they were mainly at the age of 50-59.The tobacco industry in Shashi Town of Liuyang City is facing the crisis of aging tobacco farmers and no successor of flue-cured tobacco planting,and it is predicted that the next 5-10 years will continue the change trend from 2019 to 2021.

Y3Al5O12:Ce^(3+)(YAG:Ce^(3+))发射谱中红光成分的不足导致了白光LED色温偏高且显色性较差,一种解决方案是引入能发射红光的激活离子与Ce^(3+)共掺杂以使YAG:Ce^(3+)发射谱红移。本工作报道了Ce^(3+)–Eu^(3+)共掺Y_(3)Al_(5)O_(12)(YAG:Ce^(3+)/Eu^(3+))透明陶瓷的制备、结构和荧光性能。该材料体系在Eu含量高达25%时仍保持纯石榴石相结构,且Eu^(3+)的荧光猝灭浓度高达9%左右,比Pr^(3+)和Sm^(3+)等离子更适合用作YAG的红光发射激活剂。YAG:Ce^(3+)/Eu^(3+)透明陶瓷在蓝光(如442和466 nm)激发下的Ce^(3+)荧光发射随着Eu含量的增加而急剧下降,但在紫外光(363 nm)激发下Ce^(3+)的荧光衰减在一定程度上可被Eu^(3+)发射的增强所弥补,从而可以在保持较强荧光发射的同时使YAG:Ce^(3+)的发射光谱逐步红移到橙红光区。YAG:Ce^(3+)/Eu^(3+)透明陶瓷能够强烈吸收380~405 nm的近紫外光并将之高效转化为红光,且荧光光谱热稳定性优异,适合用作近紫外LED芯片激发的红光发射荧光材料。同时,荧光发射强度及发射谱中的不同发射峰的强度比值均随温度线性变化,在荧光温度计领域具有潜在的应用前景。

What is already known about this topic?Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB)is a type of tuberculosis with resistance to common treatments such as isoniazid and rifampicin.MDR-TB is a major global health challenge and needs to be controlled tightly through prevention measures,early diagnosis,and full treatment and management.What is added by this report?This outbreak was the first MDR-TB related public health emergency in Hubei Province.In total,five MDR-TB cases and nine clinically diagnosed cases were identified within one class in a secondary school.Students and teachers from other classes were monitored,but no other cases were found.What are the implications for public health practice?The implementation of TB prevention and control measures in schools is important to increase knowledge on TB and to raise awareness on protecting personal wellbeing.The Automatic Early Warning Information System alerted the local health department and allowed for a timely response to prevent further disease spread.

Mulberry leaf supplementation inhibits skatole deposition by regulating gut microbiota and upregulating liver cytochrome P4501A1 expression in finishing pigs

Skatole, a strong fecal odor substance, is generated through microbial degradation of tryptophan in the animal hindgut. It easily accumulates in adipose tissue and affects meat quality. In this study, the effect of mulberry leaf supplementation on skatole in finishing pigs was studied. In a 35-day trial, 20 finishing pigs (barrows and gilts) were fed with a basal diet or basal diet with 6% mulberry leaves. Growth performance of the pigs (n=10) was automatically recorded by a performance-testing feeder system and 8 pigs in each treatment were slaughtered and sampled for the remaining tests. Skatole and short-chain fatty acids were detected using HPLC and gas chromatography, respectively. Fecal microbiota were analyzed using 16S r RNA gene sequencing. The metabolomics analysis of feces and serum was performed with UHPLC-MS/MS. The major cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes that catalyze skatole degradation in the liver were tested by using RT-PCR and Western blot. Effects of major bioactive compounds in mulberry leaves on the CYP genes were verified in the hepatic cell line Hep G2 in an in vitro test (n=3). In finishing pigs, mulberry leaf supplementation had no significant effect on the average daily gain, average daily feed intake, and feed conversion ratio (P>0.05), but reduced skatole levels in feces, serum, and backfat (P<0.05), and increased acetic acid levels in feces (P=0.027). Mulberry leaf supplementation decreased the relative abundance of the skatole-producing bacteria Megasphaera and Olsenella (P<0.05). Indole-3acetic acid, the intermediate that is essential for skatole production, was significantly reduced in feces by mulberry leaf supplementation (P<0.05) and was positively correlated with skatole content in feces (P=0.004). In pigs treated with mulberry leaves, liver CYP1A1 expression was increased (P<0.05) and was negatively correlated with skatole content in backfat (P=0.045). Unreduced gametes through chromosome doubling play a major role in the process of plant polyploidization.Our previous work confirmed that Camellia oleifera can produce natural 2n pollen,and it is possible to induce the 2n pollen formation by high temperature treatment.This study focused on the optimization of the 2n pollen induction technique and the mechanisms of high temperature-induced2n pollen formation in C.oleifera.We found that the optimal protocol for inducing 2n pollen via high temperature was to perform 45℃with4 h at the prophaseⅠstage of the pollen mother cells(PMCs).Meanwhile,high temperature significantly decreased the yield and fertility of2n pollen.Through the observation of meiosis,abnormal chromosome and cytological behaviour was discovered under high-temperature treatment,and we confirmed that the formation of 2n pollen is caused by abnormal cell plate.Based on weighted gene co-expression network analysis,fifteen hub genes related to cell cycle control were identified.After male flower buds were exposed to heat shock,polygalacturonase gene(CoPGX3)was significantly upregulated.We inferred that high temperature causes the CoPGX3 gene to be overexpressed and that CoPGX3 is redistributed into the cytosol where it degrades cytoplasmic pectin,which leads to an abnormal cell plate.Furthermore,abnormal cytokinesis resulted in the formation of dyads and triads,and PMCs divided to produce 2n pollen.Our findings provide new insights into the mechanism of 2n pollen induced by high temperature in a woody plant and lay a foundation for further ploidy breeding of C.oleifera.

打叶复烤均质化加工过程中存在配方模块等级数量多、等级比例差异大、铺叶台位不足、配料精度不高和劳动强度较大等待改进之处。本研究以配方中重量占比1%为界限,将原等级模块拆分成大比例B模块和小比例A模块,同时以23框9 200 kg烟叶为一个投料单元,计算出A模块单轮投料3框,每框345 kg,B模块单轮投料20框,每框416 kg,再分别进行铺叶装框工序备料,最后将一个投料单元内的A、B模块烟叶(共23框)按比例在3个翻箱喂料口定量喂料投入生产线。结果表明,经过小比例二次配方控制后,成品片烟烟碱含量变异系数控制到了2.47%,达到了行业先进指标水平。平库模式的小比例二次配方打叶复烤均质化技术可实现多等级、多模块均匀混配的目标,改善单一配方投料各等级之间投料重量差异大以及人工铺叶造成投料不均匀、不稳定的状况。
