The promising prospect of a terahertz metasurface in sensing and detection applications has attracted increasing attention because of its ability to overcome the classical diffraction limit and the enhancement of field *** this work,a novel scheme based on an all-silicon terahertz plasmon metasurface is proposed and experimentally demonstrated to be a highly sensitive biosensor for the Bacillus thuringiensis Cry1Ac *** regression coefficients between Bacillus thuringiensis protein concentrations and the spectral resonance intensity and frequency were 0.8988 and 0.9238,*** resonance amplitude variation and frequency shift of the metasurface were investigated in terms of both thickness and permittivity change of the analyte,which reflected the protein residue in the actual ***,the reliability and stability of the metasurface chip were verified by time period,temperature,and humidity *** results promise the ability of the proposed metasurface chip as a Bacillus thuringiensis protein sensor with high sensitivity and *** addition,this novel device strategy provides opportunities for the advancement of terahertz functional applications in the fields of biochemical sensing and detection.

In the summer of 2022,China(especially the Yangtze River Valley,YRV)suffered its strongest heatwave(HW)event since *** this study,we examined the influences of multiscale variabilities on the 2022 extreme HW in the lower reaches of the YRV,focusing on the city of *** found that about 1/3 of the 2022 HW days in Shanghai can be attributed to the long-term warming trend of global *** mid-summer of 2022,an enhanced western Pacific subtropical high(WPSH)and anomalous double blockings over the Ural Mountains and Sea of Okhotsk,respectively,were associated with the persistently anomalous high pressure over the YRV,leading to the extreme *** Pacific Decadal Oscillation played a major role in the anomalous blocking pattern associated with the HW at the decadal time ***,the positive phase of the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation may have contributed to regulating the formation of the double-blocking *** warming of both the warm pool of the western Pacific and tropical North Atlantic at the interannual time scale may also have favored the persistency of the double blocking and the anomalously strong *** the subseasonal time scale,the anomalously frequent phases 2-5 of the canonical northward propagating variability of boreal summer intraseasonal oscillation associated with the anomalous propagation of a weak Madden-Julian Oscillation suppressed the convection over the YRV and also contributed to the ***,the 2022 extreme HW originated from multiscale forcing including both the climate warming trend and air-sea interaction at multiple time scales.

In order to improve the electrical conductivity of nylon 6(PA6) and avoid misfires and explosions caused by static charge accumulation, a quaternary ammonium salt polyionic liquid(PIL) antistatic agent was synthesized in this paper. The surface resistance of PA6 was reduced to 10～8Ω with the addition of 2 wt% antistatic agent, and the mechanical properties and aging resistance of the substrate were improved. Meanwhile, the morphology and crystallinity of PIL/PA6 composites were further characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy dispersion spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). It is worth noting that the quaternary ammonium salt polyionic liquid antistatic agent synthesized in this paper has the advantages of excellent antistatic effect,durability, low cost, and simple reaction condition, so it has a broad application prospect in the antistatic aspect of PA6.

This paper develops a mathematical model to investigate the Human Immunodeficiency Virus(HIV)infection *** model includes two transmission modes(cell-to-cell and cell-free),two adaptive immune responses(cytotoxic T-lymphocyte(CTL)and antibody),a saturated CTL immune response,and latent HIV *** existence and local stability of equilibria are fully characterized by four reproduction *** sensitivity analyses,we assess the partial rank correlation coefficients of these reproduction numbers and identify that the infection rate via cell-to-cell transmission,the number of new viruses produced by each infected cell during its life cycle,the clearance rate of free virions,and immune parameters have the greatest impact on the reproduction ***,we compare the effects of immune stimulation and cell-to-cell spread on the model's *** findings highlight the significance of adaptive immune responses in increasing the population of uninfected cells and reducing the numbers of latent cells,infected cells,and ***,cell-to-cell transmission is identified as a facilitator of HIV *** analytical and numerical results presented in this study contribute to a better understanding of HIV dynamics and can potentially aid in improving HIV management strategies.

The error caused by irreversible demagnetization damages the accurate velocity tracking of an in-wheel motor in a mobile robot.A current feedforward vector control system based on ESO is proposed to compensate it for the demagnetization motor.A demagnetization mathematical model is established to describe a permanent magnet synchronous motor,which took the change of permanent magnet flux linkage parameters as a factor to count the demagnetization error in velocity *** uncertain disturbance estimation model of the control system is built based on ESO,which eliminates the system error by the feedforward current *** is compared with the vector control method in terms of control *** simulation results show that the current feedforward vector control method based on ESO reduces the velocity tracking error greatly in conditions of motor demagnetization less than 30%.It is effective to improve the operation accuracy of the mobile robot.

As the proliferation and development of automated container terminal continue,the issues of efficiency and safety become increasingly *** container yard is one of the most crucial cargo distribution centers in a *** Guided Vehicles(AGVs)that carry materials of varying hazard levels through these yards without compromising on the safe transportation of hazardous materials,while also maximizing efficiency,is a complex *** research introduces an algorithm that integrates Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)neural network with reinforcement learning techniques,specifically Deep Q-Network(DQN),for routing an AGV carrying hazardous materials within a container *** objective is to ensure that the AGV carrying hazardous materials efficiently reaches its destination while effectively avoiding AGVs carrying non-hazardous *** real data from the Meishan Port in Ningbo,Zhejiang,China,the actual yard is first abstracted into an undirected *** LSTM neural network can efficiently conveys and represents information in long time sequences and do not causes useful information before long time to be ignored,a two-layer LSTM neural network with 64 neurons per layer was constructed for predicting the motion trajectory of AGVs carrying non-hazardous materials,which are incorporated into the map as background ***,DQN is employed to plan the route for an AGV transporting hazardous materials,aiming to reach its destination swiftly while avoiding encounters with other *** tests have shown that the route planning algorithm proposed in this study improves the level of avoidance of hazardous material AGV in relation to non-hazardous material *** to the method where hazardous material AGV follow the shortest path to their destination,the avoidance efficiency was enhanced by 3.11%.This improvement demonstrates potential strategies for balancing efficiency and safety in automated ***,

Importance:Pediatric cerebral cavernous malformation(CCM)is a rarely encountered vascular *** study on surgical excision and nonsurgical management outcomes of CCM in pediatrics is ***:To determine the demographic characteristics,hemorrhage rate,and long-term outcomes of pediatric patients with ***:A retrospective study of pediatric patients with CCM in Chinese PLA General Hospital was conducted between January 2004 and January *** compared the clinical characteristics,radiological features,and outcomes of the surgical and nonsurgical ***:Seventy-nine children were included,with 69.6%being boys,and the average age was 11.8±5.5 *** annual retrospective hemorrhagic rate was 5.7%per patient per ***-six children(70.9%)underwent surgical excision,and they were more likely to present with seizure symptoms(P=0.011),have a higher proportion of larger lesion size(P=0.008),less likely to have durations≤10 days(P=0.048),and less likely to have supratentorial deep CCM(P=0.014)compared to children who received nonsurgical *** resection was achieved in most surgical cases(55,98.2%).During the 143.9±50.8 months of follow-up,44 patients(78.6%)achieved improvement,12 patients(17.8%)remained the same,and two(3.6%)experienced *** the nonsurgical management group,14 children(60.9%)experienced symptom improvement,eight(34.8%)remained the same,and one(4.3%)worsened,with a re-hemorrhagic risk of 8.7%.Interpretation:Surgical removal of pediatric CCM can eliminate the risk of hemorrhage and lead to satisfactory *** children undergoing nonsurgical management,long-term close monitoring is essential due to the life-long risk of hemorrhage.
