Constructing own oxygen vacancies in the photocatalysts is a very promising method to improve their photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction ***,some catalysts have excellent stabilities,making it difficult for them to construct their own oxygen *** simplify the above difficulty of stable photocatalysts,constructing extrinsic oxygen vacancies on their surface as a novel idea is ***,a stable TiO_(2)nanosheet is chosen as a research object,we uniformly deposited BiOCl quantum dots on their surface via a simple adsorption-deposition *** is found that BiOCl quantum dots are able to simultaneously self-transform into defective BiOCl with many oxygen vacancies when the photocatalyst is performed photocatalytic CO_(2)*** extrinsic oxygen vacancies can act as“CO_(2)and photo-generated electrons reservoirs”to improve CO_(2)capture and accelerate the separation of photogenerated electrons and *** the above reasons,the modified TiO_(2)showed obvious enhancement of photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction compared to pristine TiO_(2)and *** work may open a new avenue to broaden the use of oxygen vacancies in the process of photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.

The catalyst layers(CLs) electrode is the key component of the membrane electrode assembly(MEA) in proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs). Conventional electrodes for PEMFCs are composed of carbon-supported, ionomer, and Pt nanoparticles, all immersed together and sprayed with a micron-level thickness of CLs. They have a performance trade-off where increasing the Pt loading leads to higher performance of abundant triple-phase boundary areas but increases the electrode cost. Major challenges must be overcome before realizing its wide commercialization. Literature research revealed that it is impossible to achieve performance and durability targets with only high-performance catalysts, so the controllable design of CLs architecture in MEAs for PEMFCs must now be the top priority to meet industry goals. From this perspective, a 3D ordered electrode circumvents this issue with a support-free architecture and ultrathin thickness while reducing noble metal Pt loadings. Herein, we discuss the motivation in-depth and summarize the necessary CLs structural features for designing ultralow Pt loading electrodes. Critical issues that remain in progress for 3D ordered CLs must be studied and characterized. Furthermore, approaches for 3D ordered CLs architecture electrode development, involving material design, structure optimization, preparation technology, and characterization techniques, are summarized and are expected to be next-generation CLs for PEMFCs. Finally, the review concludes with perspectives on possible research directions of CL architecture to address the significant challenges in the future.

Cropping activities may affect soil microbial activities and biomass,which would affect C and N cycling in soil and thus the crop yields and *** the present study,a combination of microcalorimetric,enzyme activity(sucrase,urease,catalase,and fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis),and real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) analyses was used to investigate microbial status of farmland soils,collected from 5 different sites in Huazhong Agriculture University,*** results showed that among the 5sites,both positive and negative impacts of cropping activities on soil microbial activity were *** activity analysis showed that cropping activities reduced soil sucrase and urease activities,which would influence the C and N cycles in *** more attentions should be given to microbial status affected by cropping activities in *** to the correlation analysis,fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis showed a significantly(P < 0.05) negative correlation with the time to reach the maximum power output(R ——0.898),but a significantly(P < 0.05) positive correlation with bacterial gene copy number(R = 0.817).Soil catalase activity also showed a significantly(P < 0.05) positive correlation with bacterial gene copy number(R = 0.965).Using combined methods would provide virtual information of soil microbial status.

Basis weight is an important indicator for evaluating paper quality and a major factor directly affecting the economic benefits of *** on the large time-delay,time-varying,and nonlinear characteristics of a basis weight control system,a two-degree-of-freedom(TDF)internal model control(IMC)method based on a particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm was *** method took the integral of time multiplied by the absolute error(ITAE)as the objective function,and the PSO algorithm was used to optimize the time constant of the tuning IMC *** simulation results for the control system under the proposed TDF-IMC method based on the PSO algorithm demonstrate good set-point tracking performance,strong anti-interference capabilities,and good robustness *** application results revealed that the basis weight fluctuation range of the paper was±2 g/m2,which significantly improved both the control quality and the product quality.

Objective： To study the expressions of FAK and Pyk2 in human astrocytic tumors and their relationship with angiogenesis. Methods： The S-P immunohistochemical method was used to measure the expressions of FAK, Pyk2 and VEGF proteins in 58 human brain astrocytic tumors, and microvessel density （MVD） was detected by CD31 staining. Results： In astrocytic tumors with Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ grades, the positive rates of FAK were 20.00%, 26.67%, 44.44% and 50.00%, respectively, those of Pyk2 were 40.00%, 60.00%, 77.78% and 85.00%, respectively. FAK and Pyk2 expressions, especially Pyk2, correlated positively with VEGF expression and MVD. Conclusion： FAK and Pyk2 plays the important role in astrocytic tumor angiogenesis through regulation to VEGF.

To observe the dietary glycemic load(GL) in patients with newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM), and discuss the relationship between dietary GL and blood glucose and lipid, 201 patients with newly-diagnosed T2 DM and 126 people with normal blood glucose above 40 years old in communities of Guangzhou were enrolled. Carbohydrate(CHO) intake and GL were assessed based on 3-d dietary records. With GL as the dependent variable, correlation analysis and multiple regression were used to analyze the relationship between dietary GL and concentrations of blood glucose and lipid. The results showed that dietary GL in patients with newly-diagnosed T2 DM was significantly higher than control group((169.61±44.83) vs(157.50±38.47), P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that dietary GL was positively correlated with BMI and Hb A1 c in patients with T2DM(r=0.187, P<0.01 and r=0.154, P<0.05, respectively), while negatively correlated with HDL-C in both control group and diabetes group(r=-0.197, P<0.05 and r=-0.207, P<0.01, respectively). Adjusted for age and sex by multiple regression, the result was the same. It is concluded that high-GL diet may be associated with the occurrence of T2 DM, and is closely related to glucose control and blood lipid metabolism. It is necessary for both patients with diabetes and healthy people to control dietary GL.

为解决卫星网络中由于链路长时延、网络拓扑动态变化等造成的TCP连接RTT不公平性问题,给出了一个卫星网络中RTT不公平性增强方案TCP Riff。TCP Riff中引入了参考连接RTT的概念,通过一个基准RTT,使得异构RTT的TCP连接窗口的增长,继而传输速率的增长独立于连接的RTT,从而获得了很好的RTT公平性。NS仿真实验表明TCPRiff明显地减少对长RTT连接的性能差异,并且,在出现拥塞和链路差错情况下,相对于TCP标准版本具有明显的吞吐量优势,以及良好的公平性和友好性。值得提出的是TCP Riff没有破坏TCP协议端到端的语义,并且与其他TCP增强方案是兼容的。
