Preparation, Crystallization and Mechanical Properties of Potassium Aluminosilicate Glass-ceramics

In this study,transparent K_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(KAS)glass-ceramics with leucite as the main crystalline phase were prepared by melting-quench method and two-step heat treatment.The effects of SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio and heat treatment on crystallization and mechanical properties were studied.The crystallization kinetics and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD)results showed that SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio and heat treatment system had a direct impact on the crystallization behavior of potassium aluminosilicate glass-ceramics.When heat-treated at 680℃/2 h and 780℃/1 h,cracks generated on the surface of the sample with the addition of SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)=4.8(in mol)due to the huge difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between glass matrix and surface.When the addition of SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)(in mol)was 4,the sample with leucite as the main crystalline phase showed an excellent fracture toughness(1.46 MPa·m^(0.5))after the heat treatment of 680℃/2 h and 780℃/5 h.And there was a phase transformation from kaliophilite to leucite.The crystalline phases of the sample heat-treated at 680℃/8 h and 780℃/1 h were leucite and kaliophilite,which resulted in the visible light transmittance of 63%and the fracture toughness of 0.91 MPa·m^(0.5).Furthermore,after the heat treatment of 680℃/2 h and 780℃/5 h,the main crystalline phase of the sample with SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)=3.2(in mol)was still kaliophilite.Because leucite only grows on the surface of the sample and is hard to grow inward,it is hard to achieve the bulk crystallization of leucite in the sample with SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)=3.2(in mol).

Fusion of Ground-Based and Spaceborne Radar Precipitation Based on Spatial Domain Regularization

High-quality and accurate precipitation estimations can be obtained by integrating precipitation information measures using ground-based and spaceborne radars in the same target area.Estimating the true precipitation state is a typical inverse problem for a given set of noisy radar precipitation observations.The regularization method can appropriately constrain the inverse problem to obtain a unique and stable solution.For different types of precipitation with different prior distributions,the L_(1) and L_(2) norms were more effective in constraining stratiform and convective precipitation,respectively.As a combination of L_(1) and L_(2) norms,the Huber norm is more suitable for mixed precipitation types.This study uses different regularization norms to combine precipitation data from the C-band dual-polarization ground radar(CDP)and dual-frequency precipitation radar(DPR)on the Global Precipitation Measurement(GPM)mission core satellite.Compared to single-source radar data,the fused figures contain more information and present a comprehensive precipitation structure encompassing the reflectivity and precipitation fields.In 27 precipitation cases,the fusion results utilizing the Huber norm achieved a structural similarity index measure(SSIM)and a peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)of 0.8378 and 30.9322,respectively,compared with the CDP data.The fusion results showed that the Huber norm effectively amalgamate the features of convective and stratiform precipitation,with a reduction in the mean absolute error(MAE;16.1%and 22.6%,respectively)and root-mean-square error(RMSE;11.7%and 13.6%,respectively)compared to the 1-norm and 2-norm.Moreover,in contrast to the fusion results of scale recursive estimation(SRE),the Huber norm exhibits superior capability in capturing the localized precipitation intensity and reconstructing the detailed features of precipitation.

A Projection and Decomposition Approach for Multi-agent Coordinated Scheduling in Power Systems

Aiming at multi-agent coordinated scheduling problems in power systems under uncertainty, a generic projection and decomposition(P&D) approach is proposed in this letter. The canonical min-max-min two-stage robust optimization(TSRO) model with coupling constraints is equivalent to a concise robust optimization(RO) model in the version of mixed-integer linear programming(MILP) via feasible region projection. The decentralized decoupling of the non-convex MILP problem is realized through a dual decomposition algorithm, which ensures the fast convergence to a high-quality solution in the distributed optimization. Numerical tests verify the superior performance of the proposed P&D approach over the existing distributed TSRO method.

Structural characterization and prebiotic potential of polysaccharides from Polygonatum sibiricum

Polygonatum sibiricum has been widely used due to its excellent biological activities.We prepared a novel polysaccharide from P.sibiricum(PSP)in this study.According a monosaccharide composition analysis,PSP was mainly composed of fructose and glucose with a molar percentage of 93.81:5.12.The main linkage types were identified asα-D-Glcp-1→and→2-β-D-Fruf-1→.The molecular weight of PSP showed no significant change after simulated salivary and gastrointestinal digestion.However,PSP could be broken down by intestinal bacteria.Our findings revealed that PSP administration increased the abundance of probiotics such as Bifidobacterium.Furthermore,the results showed that gut microbes could utilize PSP to produce short-chain fatty acids including acetic acid,propionic acid,and butyric acid.Also,the PSP fermentation broth displayed an excellent scavenging effect on free radicals,including 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical,superoxide radical,and hydroxyl radical.In summary,this study will help to promote the application of PSP as prebiotics in functional food and the medical industry.

PbGIF1 promoting cell-proliferation in pear fruit is transcriptionally activated by Pb RR1

As a cell proliferation regulator involved in wide biological processes in plants,GRF-INTERACTING FACTOR(GIF)controls different tissues development.However,whether GIF participates in fruit development remains unclear.According to transcriptome data,we identified PbGIF1was highly expressed during fruit development in cytokinins induced parthenocarpy pear.In the present study,the biofunction of PbGIF1 was initially verified.Overexpression of PbGIF1 promoted fruit size of transgenic tomato.The size of flesh fruit was not affected by cell expansion but the cell proliferation was promoted by overexpressing Pb GIF1.The accelerated cell proliferation process was also observed in PbGIF1-overexpressed transgenic pear fruit calli.The transcriptional regulation of cytokinins on PbGIF1 was further confirmed by exogenous CPPU treatments in pear fruitlets.To investigate the underlying mechanism,the cytokinins-responded factor,PbRR1,was further focused on.The results of Yeast-one-hybrid assay suggested that PbRR1 can bind to the promoter sequence of PbGIF1.The transcriptional activation of PbRR1 on PbGIF1 was also confirmed by Dual-Luciferase assays.Taken together,the results showed that cytokinins control pear fruit development via the transcriptional activation of PbGIF1 by PbRR1.

The establishment of a dependable electrophysiological detection platform is paramount for cardiology and neuroscience research.In the past decade,devices based on micro and nanoscale sensing and control technologies have been developed to construct electrophysiological platforms.Their unique morphological advantages and novel processing methods offer the potential for high-throughput,high-fidelity electrical signal recording.In this review,we analyze the structure,transmembrane strategies,and electrophysiological detection methods of active/passive micro and nano sensing platforms.We also provide an outlook on their vast potential for development in light of the opportunities and challenges facing micro and nano sensing technology,with the aim of pushing for higher-level electrophysiological platform construction to meet the needs of experimental research and clinical applications.

To the Editor:Current guidelines recommend that for patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT),preferably involving powerful P2Y_(12) receptor inhibitors,including ticagrelor or prasugrel,should be used for at least 12 months.^([1–3])However,there is a lack of relevant evidence regarding the feasibility of de-escalation treatment and specific DAPT treatment regimens for ACS patient populations with high ischemic risk.

Congenital biliary dilatation(CBD)is a congenital biliary tract anomaly characterized by expansion of the common bile duct and is thus known clinically as a choledochal cyst.The form of CBD varies,and the commonly used clinical classification was described by Todani et al.1 Pancreaticobiliary maljunc-tion is reported to be present in 30%-96%of patients with CBD.23 The main aims of laparoscopic surgery include resection of the dilated biliary ducts,gallbladder,pancreatic-bile diversion,and biliary tract reconstruc-tion.

Adding PD-1 blockade in the neoadjuvant regimens for locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC)patients with microsatellite stable(MsS)/mismatch repair-proficient(pMMR)tumors is an attractive,but debatable strategy.This phase 2,multicenter,prospective,single-arm study enrolled patients from 6 centers from June 2021 to November 2022.Locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC,cT_(3-4a)N_(0)M_(0) and cT_(1-4a)N_(1-2)M_(0))patients aged≥18 years with the distance from distal border of tumor to anal verge≤10 cm(identified by Magnetic Resonance Imaging)were qualifed for inclusion.The patients received long-course radiotherapy(50 Gy/25 fractions,2 Gy/fraction,5 days/week)and three 21-day cycles capecitabine(850-1000 mg/m2,bid,po,day1-14)and three 21-day cycles tislelizumab(200 mg,iv.gtt,day8)as neoadjuvant.Total mesorectal excision(TME)was 6-12 weeks after the end of radiotherapy to achieve radical resection.A total of 50 patients were enrolled in this study.The pathological complete response rate was 40.0%[20/50,95%confidence interval(CI):27.61-53.82%],while 15(30.0%,95%CI:19.1-43.75%),9(18.0%,95%CI:9.77-30.8%),2(4.0%,95%CI:1.10-13.46%)patients respectively achieved grade 1,2,and 3 tumor regression.Treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs)occurred in 28(56.0%)LARC patients,including 26(52.0%)with grade I-II and 2(4.0%)with grade II(1 with grade 3 immune-related colitis and 1 with grade 3 rash).PD-1 blockade plus long-course chemoradiotherapy(CRT)showed promising therapeutic effects according to pathological complete response rate and is well-tolerated in LARC patients.A larger randomized controlled study is desired to further validate the above findings.

在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的背景下,中国共产党将马克思主义公平正义观与新时代中国具体实际相结合,建构形成新时代中国共产党公平正义观。相较于党的十八大前的公平正义认识,新时代中国共产党公平正义观以高度彰显公平正义价值为起点,在价值引领上由内隐式价值转向外显式价值,实现前提上由增长式发展转型共享式发展,内在动力上由兼顾式改革转型公平正义式改革,实现原则上由客体性原则转向主客体相统一原则,最终旨归上实现人的全面发展与全体人民共同富裕高度统一。这丰富了马克思主义公平正义观新内涵,发展和提升了马克思主义公平正义观的新境界。
