Carbonate deposits in the Ordovivian Majiagou Formation are significant source rocks for natural gas generation in the Ordos Basin, northwestern China. Previous studies mainly focused on the organic matter enrichment mechanism of shales rather than carbonate rocks. The biological sources and paleoenvironment of carbonate source rocks, and the main controlling factors of organic matter enrichment in the carbonate source rocks were studied in this paper in combination with evidence from biomarkers, microfossils and inorganic geochemistry analysis. The results show that four types of microfacies were identified in the Majiagou Formation, respectively as: mud flat microfacies, mud-dolomite flat microfacies, dolomite flat microfacies, and open marine microfacies. The biological sources of organic matter are chiefly planktonic algae, followed by bacteria. The mud flat and mud-dolomite flat contain a high abundance of terrigenous detrital inputs, as indicated by the high content of Al_(2)O_(3), TiO_(2), Th, and Zr. The low Sr/Cu and high Rb/Sr values reveal warm and humid paleoclimate conditions in the mud flat and mud-dolomite flat, whereas the dolomite flat and open marine were likely formed in hot and arid paleoclimate conditions. The mud flat and mud-dolomite flat deposits were characterized by high paleoproductivity of the Majiagou Formation. Low Sr/Ba values were found in the mud flat samples, indicating fresh to brackish water condition, whereas samples of other facies have a relatively high degree of salinity. Based on U_(auth), Mo_(auth), Cr_(auth), Co_(auth), δCe, and δEu values, the mud flat microfacies was formed in a suboxic and anoxic environment, whereas the mud-dolomite flat, dolomite flat and open marine microfacies were within dysoxic to oxic conditions. A model of organic matter enrichment in the Majiagou Formation is thus established. The detection of hypersonic targets usually confronts range migration(RM)issue before coherent integration(CI).The traditional methods aiming at correcting RM to obtain CI mainly considers the narrow-band radar ***,with the increasing requirement of far-range detection,the time bandwidth product,which is corresponding to radar’s mean power,should be promoted in actual ***,the echo signal generates the scale effect(SE)at large time bandwidth product situation,influencing the intra and inter pulse integration *** eliminate SE and correct RM,this paper proposes an effective algorithm,i.e.,scaled location rotation transform(ScLRT).The ScLRT can remove SE to obtain the matching pulse compression(PC)as well as correct RM to complete CI via the location rotation transform,being implemented by seeking the actual rotation *** to the traditional coherent detection algorithms,Sc LRT can address the SE problem to achieve better detection/estimation *** last,this paper gives several simulations to assess the viability of ScLRT.

A decline in mucosal vascularity is a histological hallmark of oral submucous fibrosis (OSF), a premalignant disease that is largely induced by betel quid chewing. However, the lack of available models has challenged studies of angiogenesis in OSF. Here, we found that the expression of thrombospondin 1 (THBS1), an endogenous angiostatic protein, was elevated in the stroma of tissues with OSF. Using a fibroblast-attached organoid (FAO) model, the overexpression of THBS1 in OSF was stably recapitulated in vitro. In the FAO model,treatment with arecoline, a major pathogenic component in areca nuts, enhanced the secretion of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 by epithelial cells, which then promoted the expression of THBS1 in fibroblasts. Furthermore, human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs)were incorporated into the FAO to mimic the vascularized component. Overexpression of THBS1 in fibroblasts drastically suppressed the sprouting ability of endothelial cells in vascularized FAOs (v FAOs). Consistently, treatment with arecoline reduced the expression of CD31in v FAOs, and this effect was attenuated when the endothelial cells were preincubated with neutralizing antibody of CD36, a receptor of THBS1. Finally, in an arecoline-induced rat OSF model, THBS1 inhibition alleviated collagen deposition and the decline in vascularity in vivo. Overall, we exploited an assembled organoid model to study OSF pathogenesis and provide a rationale for targeting THBS1.

The biological effects of magnetic fields(MFs)have been a controversial ***,in recent years,there has been increasing evidence that MFs do affect biological ***,the physical mechanism remains ***,we show that MFs(16 T)reduce apoptosis in cell lines by inhibiting liquid–liquid phase separation(LLPS)of Tau-441,suggesting that the MF effect on LLPS may be one of the mechanisms for understanding the“mysterious”magnetobiological *** LLPS of Tau-441 occurred in the cytoplasm after induction with *** phase-separated droplets of Tau-441 recruited hexokinase(HK),resulting in a decrease in the amount of free HK in the *** cells,HK and Bax compete to bind to the voltage-dependent anion channel(VDAC I)on the mitochondrial membrane.A decrease in the number of free HK molecules increased the chance of Bax binding to VDAC I,leading to increased Bax-mediated *** the presence of a static MF,LLPS was marked inhibited and HK recruitment was reduced,resulting in an increased probability of HK binding to VDAC I and a decreased probability of Bax binding to VDAC I,thus reducing Bax-mediated *** findings revealed a new physical mechanism for understanding magnetobiological effects from the perspective of *** addition,these results show the potential applications of physical environments,such as MFs in this study,in the treatment of LLPS-related diseases.

Composition characterization and transformation mechanism of dissolved organic phosphorus in wastewater treatment using 31P NMR spectroscopy
