Discovering API Directives from API Specifications with Text Classification

Application programming interface(API)libraries are extensively used by *** correctly program with APIs and avoid bugs,developers shall pay attention to API directives,which illustrate the constraints of ***,API directives usually have diverse morphologies,making it time-consuming and error-prone for developers to discover all the relevant API *** this paper,we propose an approach leveraging text classification to discover API directives from API ***,given a set of training sentences in API specifications,our approach first characterizes each sentence by three groups of ***,to deal with the unequal distribution between API directives and non-directives,our approach employs an under-sampling strategy to split the imbalanced training set into several subsets and trains several *** a new sentence in an API specification,our approach synthesizes the trained classifiers to predict whether it is an API *** have evaluated our approach over a publicly available annotated API directive *** experimental results reveal that our approach achieves an F-measure value of up to 82.08%.In addition,our approach statistically outperforms the state-of-the-art approach by up to 29.67%in terms of F-measure.

Information leak,which can undermine the compliance of web-service-composition business processes for some policies,is one of the major concerns in web service *** present an automated and effective approach for the detection of implicit information leaks in business process execution language(BPEL)based on information flow *** introduce an adequate meta-model for BPEL representation based on a Petri net for transformation and *** on the concept of Petri net place-based noninterference,the core contribution of this paper is the application of a Petri net reachability graph to estimate Petri net interference and thereby to detect implicit information leaks in web service *** addition,a case study illustrates the application of the approach on a concrete workflow in BPEL notation.

Meaningful Update and Repair of Markov Decision Processes for Self-Adaptive Systems

Self-adaptive systems are able to adjust their behaviour in response to environmental condition changes and are widely deployed as *** as a promising way to handle the ever-growing complexity of software systems,they have seen an increasing level of interest and are covering a variety of applications,e.g.,autonomous car systems and adaptive network *** approaches for the construction of self-adaptive systems have been developed,and probabilistic models,such as Markov decision processes(MDPs),are one of the ***,the majority of them do not deal with the problems of the underlying MDP being obsolete under new environments or unsatisfactory to the given *** results in the generated policies from such MDP failing to guide the self-adaptive system to run correctly and meet *** this article,we propose a systematic approach to updating an obsolete MDP by exploring new states and transitions and removing obsolete ones,and repairing an unsatisfactory MDP by adjusting its structure in a more meaningful way rather than arbitrarily changing the transition probabilities to values not in line with *** results show that the MDPs updated and repaired by our approach are more competent in guiding the self-adaptive systems’correct running compared with the original ones.

Effect of cenospheres addition on microstructure and properties of AZ91D alloy

The cenospheres/AZ91D composites were fabricated by melt stir method. The phases, microstructure and tensile fracture morphology of the composites were analyzed using XRD, Olympus metallurgical microscopy and SEM methods. The thermal expansion coefficient(CTE) and tensile properties were measured. The results showed that the cenospheres distribute uniformly in the Mg alloy matrix and refine the matrix microstructure. Mg2 Si and MgO were found in addition to α-Mg and β-Mg17Al12 phases using XRD. The CTE of the composites reduced after the cenospheres are added. The yield strength of the composites increases significantly with an increase in the mass fraction and a decrease in the size of the cenospheres. The tensile strength of the composites achieves maximum when the mass fraction of cenospheres is 9wt.% and the size of cenospheres is 80 μm. The fracture mechanism of the composites is cleavage fracture.

Traceability link recovery(TLR)is an important and costly software task that requires humans establish relationships between source and target artifact sets within the same *** research has proposed to establish traceability links by machine learning ***,current machine learning approaches cannot be well applied to projects without traceability information(links),because training an effective predictive model requires humans label too many traceability *** save manpower,we propose a new TLR approach based on active learning(AL),which is called the AL-based *** evaluate the AL-based approach on seven commonly used traceability datasets and compare it with an information retrieval based approach and a state-ofthe-art machine learning *** results indicate that the AL-based approach outperforms the other two approaches in terms of F-score.

Preserving privacy information flow security in composite service evolution

After a composite service is deployed, user privacy requirements and trust levels of component services are subject to variation. When the changes occur, it is critical to preserve privacy information flow security. We propose an approach to preserve privacy information flow security in composite service evolution. First, a privacy data item dependency analysis method based on a Petri net model is presented. Then the set of privacy data items collected by each component service is derived through a privacy data item dependency graph, and the security scope of each component service is calculated. Finally, the evolution operations that preserve privacy information flow security are defined. By applying these evolution operations, the re-verification process is avoided and the evolution efficiency is improved. To illustrate the effectiveness of our approach, a case study is presented. The experimental results indicate that our approach has high evolution efficiency and can greatly reduce the cost of evolution compared with re-verifying the entire composite service.

“One stone, two birds”: Salt template enabling porosity engineering and single metal atom coordinating toward high-performance zinc-ion capacitors

Zinc-ion hybrid capacitors （ZIHCs） have received increasing attention as energy storage devices owing to their low cost,high safety,and environmental ***,their progress has been hampered by low energy and power density,as well as unsatisfactory long-cycle stability,mainly due to the lack of suitable electrode *** this context,we have developed manganese single atoms implanted in nitrogen-doped porous carbon nanosheets （MnSAs/NCNs） using a metal salt template method as cathodes for *** metal salt serves a dual purpose in the synthesis process:It facilitates the uniform dispersion of Mn atoms within the carbon matrix and acts as an activating agent to create the porous *** applied in ZIHCs,the MnSAs/NCNs electrode demonstrates exceptional performance,including a high capacity of 203 m Ah g-1,an energy density of 138 Wh kg-1at 68 W kg-1,and excellent cycle stability with 91%retention over 10,000 *** calculations indicate that the introduced Mn atoms modulate the local charge distribution of carbon materials,thereby improving the electrochemical *** work demonstrates the significant potential of carbon materials with metal atoms in zinc-ion hybrid capacitors,not only in enhancing electrochemical performance but also in providing new insights and methods for developing high-performance energy storage devices.

A low redox potential and long life organic anode material for sodium-ion batteries

Sodium-ion batteries （SIBs） with organic electrodes are an emerging research direction due to the sustainability of organic materials based on elements like C,H,O,and sodium ***,organic electrode materials for SIBs are mainly used as cathodes because of their relatively high redox potentials（>1 V）.Organic electrodes with low redox potential that can be used as anode are ***,a novel organic anode material （tetrasodium 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylate,Na4TDC） has been developed with low redox potential （<0.7 V） and excellent cyclic *** three-sodium storage mechanism was demonstrated with various in-situ/ex-situ spectroscopy and theoretical calculations,showing a high capacity of 208 mAh/g and an average decay rate of merely 0.022%per ***,the Na4TDC-hard carbon composite can further acquire improved capacity and cycling stability for 1200 cycles even with a high mass loading of up to 20 mg *** pairing with a thick Na3V2（PO4）3cathode (20.6 mg cm-2),the as-fabricated full cell exhibited high operating voltage （2.8 V）,excellent rate performance and cycling stability with a high capacity retention of 88.7% after 200 cycles,well highlighting the Na4TDC anode material for SIBs.

为解析东江南支流低氧现象的成因,并为水环境治理提供科学依据,本研究分别于2019年春季和夏季对该河流的主要断面进行了水质监测。监测结果显示,东江南支流的溶解氧(DO)水平从中游道滘镇的6.93 mg/L降至出海口处的4.08 mg/L。DO与影响因子的相关性分析显示,DO与水温呈显著负相关,与盐度呈正相关,而与氨氮和总磷等营养物质呈显著负相关。这些营养物质的增加与DO的降低在空间上呈显著重叠,特别是在夏季。研究结果表明,东江南支流低氧现象受物理、化学和生物因素的共同影响,其中温度升高和营养物质浓度增加使得中下游水体的氧气消耗加快,河道汇流处的断面缩窄和下游水体的透光性差引起DO补给不足,从而导致下游沙田泗盛断面经常性出现氧亏(低氧)现象。

Design of a terahertz slotted waveguide array antenna based on photonic crystal

In this paper， a terahertz slotted waveguide array antenna is designed based on photonic crystal， which can realize efficient radiation of terahertz waves. The electromagnetic wave is fed from the rectangular waveguide at the bottom of the antenna， coupled to photonic crystal waveguide through photonic crystal cavity， and radiated outward through slots at the top layer of antenna. The simulation results show that the antenna achieves a peak gain of 13.45dBi at 360 GHz， a half-power beamwidth of 10.9o， and a side lobe level of -13.9dB. The antenna based on photonic crystal has the advantages of low profile， low loss， and high radiation efficiency， which can be applied to terahertz wireless communication systems.
