Understanding the dynamic assembly process of DNA nanostructures is important for developing novel strategy to design and construct functional *** this work,temperature-controlled dynamic light scattering(DLS)strategy has been applied to study the global assembly process of DNA origami and DNA *** the temperature dependent size and intensity profiles,the self-assembly process of various DNA nanostructures with different morphologies have been well-studied and the temperature transition ranges could be *** advantage of the DLS information,rapid preparation of the DNA origami and the brick assembly has been realized through a constant temperature *** results demonstrate that the DLS-based strategy provides a convenient and robust tool to study the dynamic process of forming hieratical DNA structures,which will benefit understanding the mechanism of self-assembly of DNA nanostructures.

Silicone rubber(SR) composites are most widely used as thermal interface materials(TIMs) for electronics heat dissipation. Thermal impedance as the main bottleneck limiting the performance of TIMs is usually neglected. Herein, the thermal impedance of SR composites loaded with different levels of hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN) as TIMs was elaborated for the first time by the ASTM D 5470 standard test and finite element analysis. It was found that elastic modulus and surface roughness of SR composites increased with the increase of h-BN content, indicating that the conformity was reduced. When the assembly pressure was 0.69 MPa, there existed an optimal h-BN content at which the contact resistance was minimum(0.39 K·cm^(2)·W^(-1)). Although the decreased bond line thickness(BLT) by increasing the assembly pressure was beneficial to reduce the thermal impedance, the proper assembly pressure should be selected to prevent the warpage of the contact surfaces and the increase in contact resistance, according to the compression properties of the SR composites. This study provides valuable insights into fabrication of high-performance TIMs for modern electronic device applications.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs) combine the benefits of metallic Zn anodes with those of aqueous electrolytes and are well suited for large-scale energy storage because of their inherent high safety, cost-effectiveness, and eco-friendliness. Currently, the practical application of such batteries is hindered by the poor cycling performance of Zn anodes due to uncontrolled dendrite formation and severe side reactions, although recent reports suggest that these problems can be mitigated through the modification of Zn anodes with metal-based *** that the mechanisms of improving Zn deposition and the structural evolution of metal-based materials have not been systematically reviewed, we herein systematically overview the metal-based materials used to stabilize Zn anodes, starting with a brief summary of the anode working mechanism and the challenges faced by stabilized Zn anodes. Subsequently, the design principles of Zn anodes stabilized by metal-based materials and the related recent progress are reviewed, and the key challenges and perspectives for the future development of such Zn anodes are proposed.

Roots are fundamental for plants to adapt to variable environmental *** development of a robust root system is orchestrated by numerous genetic determinants and,among them,the MADS-box gene ANR1 has garnered substantial *** research has demonstrated that,in chrysanthemum,CmANR1positively regulates root system ***,the upstream regulators involved in the CmANR1-mediated regulation of root development remain *** this study,we successfully identified bric-a-brac,tramtrack and broad(BTB)and transcription adapter putative zinc finger(TAZ)domain protein CmBT1 as the interacting partner of CmANR1 through a yeasttwo-hybrid(Y2H)screening ***,we validated this physical interaction through bimolecular fluorescence complementation and pull-down *** assays revealed that CmBT1 exerted a negative influence on root development in *** both in vitro and in vivo assays,it was evident that CmBT1mediated the ubiquitination of CmANR1 through the ubiquitin/26S proteasome *** ubiquitination subsequently led to the degradation of the CmANR1 protein and a reduction in the transcription of CmANR1-targeted gene CmPIN2,which was crucial for root development in *** analysis suggested that CmBT1 modulated root development,at least in part,by regulating the level of CmANR1 ***,these findings shed new light on the regulatory role of CmBT1 in degrading CmANR1 through ubiquitination,thereby repressing the expression of its targeted gene and inhibiting root development in chrysanthemum.

Magnesium-based hydrides have been widely recognized as an appropriate choice for solid-state hydrogen ***,its undesirable thermodynamics and sluggish hydrogenation/dehydrogenation kinetics are major bottlenecks for its ***,a highly stable and highly dispersed Ni-based catalyst （Ni/Al2O3/GN） was fabricated to promote the hydrogen storage performance of MgH2via the electrostatic effect of NiAl-LDH/GN precursor with a co-calcination reduction ***2-5wt % Ni/Al2O3/GN exhibits excellent hydrogen storage performance,releasing about 5.7 wt % hydrogen in 3500 s at 250℃,and can reach a saturation hydrogen absorption of about 6.15 wt% in 3000 s at 100℃.Furthermore,it also shows low dehydrogenation apparent activation energy of 89.1 and 118.2 kJ·***,the catalyst ensures the stability of both the physical phase and structure during ball milling and cycling *** role of each phase in Ni/Al2O3/GN on the hydrogen storage performance of MgH2was also discussed through experiments and theoretical calculation,and the synergistic catalytic mechanism of Ni/Al2O3/GN was clearly *** work provides a unique perspective for the preparation of highly stable and highly dispersible catalysts.

Carbon dioxide fixation presents a potential solution for mitigating the greenhouse gas *** carbon dioxide fixation,C1 compound reduction requires a high energy *** calculations suggest that the energy source for cofactor regeneration plays a vital role in the effective enzymatic C1 *** utilizes renewable hydrogen to achieve the regeneration and supply cofactor nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH),providing a driving force for the reduction reaction to reduce the thermodynamic barrier of the reaction cascade,and making the forward reduction pathway thermodynamically *** on the regeneration of cofactor NADH by hydrogenase,and coupled with formaldehyde dehydrogenase and formolase,a favorable thermodynamic mode of the C1 reduction pathway for reducing formate to dihydroxyacetone(DHA)was designed and *** resulted in accumulation of 373.19μmol·L^(-1) DHA after 2 h,and conversion reaching 7.47%.These results indicate that enzymatic utilization of hydrogen as the electron donor to regenerate NADH is of great significance to the sustainable and green development of bio-manufacturing because of its high economic efficiency,no by-products,and environment-friendly ***,formolase efficiently and selectively fixed the intermediate formaldehyde(FALD)to DHA,thermodynamically pulled formate to efficiently reduce to DHA,and finally stored the low-grade renewable energy into chemical energy with high energy density.

Rock physical characteristics of deep dolomite under complex geological conditions: A case study of 4th Member of Sinian Dengying Formation in the Sichuan Basin, China

The deep-ultra deep carbonate reservoir in China, commonly subjected to modification of multi-stage diagenesis, has extremely high heterogeneity. Conventional rock physics analysis cannot accurately identify the elastic responses of reservoir. Here, the rock physics properties of the dolomite from the 4th Member of the Sinian Dengying Formation are experimentally measured, and the change law of rock physics characteristics is investigated within the framework of the diagenetic processes by the analysis of the elastic and petrologic characteristics, pore structure, and sedimentary environments. The results show that the differentiated diagenesis results in different pore structure characteristics and microtexture characteristics of the rock. The microbial dolomite of the algal mound-grain beach facies is subjected to the contemporaneous microbial dolomitization and seepage-reflux dolomitization, penecontemporaneous selective dissolution, burial dolomitization, and hydrothermal dolomitization. The resultant crystalline dolomite is found with one main type of the dolomite crystal contact boundaries,and the dissolution pore is extensive development. The siliceous, muddy, and limy dolomite of the interbeach sea environment mainly experiences the weak capillary concentration dolomitization, intensive mechanical compaction-induced densification, and burial dolomitization. Such crystalline dolomite is observed with four types of contact boundaries, namely the dolomite contact, clay contact, quartz contact, and calcite contact boundaries, and porosity mostly attributed to residual primary inter-granular or crystalline pores. The samples with the same crystal boundary condition have consistent correlations between the compressional-and shear-wave velocities, and between the compressional-wave velocity and the velocity ratio.
