BACKGROUND Maturity-onset diabetes of the young(MODY)is the most common monogenic type of ***,14 gene mutations have been found to be associated with *** addition,the KLF11 gene mutation is the pathogenic gene of *** date,the clinical and functional characteristics of the novel KLF11mutation c.G31A have not yet been *** SUMMARY We report of a 30-year-old male patient with a one-year history of nonketosisprone diabetes and a 3-generation family history of *** patient was found to carry a KLF11 gene ***,the clinical data of family members were collected and investigated.A total of four members of the family were found to have heterozygous mutations in the KLF11 gene c.G31A,which resulted in a change in the corresponding amino acid *** patients had diabetes mellitus,and one patient had impaired glucose *** The heterozygous mutation of the KLF11 gene c.G31A(p.D11N)is a new mutation site of ***,the main treatment included dietary interventions and oral drugs.

Recently, neural implicit function-based representation has attracted more and more attention, and has been widely used to represent surfaces using differentiable neural networks. However, surface reconstruction from point clouds or multi-view images using existing neural geometry representations still suffer from slow computation and poor accuracy. To alleviate these issues, we propose a multi-scale hash encoding-based neural geometry representation which effectively and efficiently represents the surface as a signed distance field. Our novel neural network structure carefully combines low-frequency Fourier position encoding with multi-scale hash encoding. The initialization of the geometry network and geometry features of the rendering module are accordingly redesigned. Our experiments demonstrate that the proposed representation is at least 10 times faster for reconstructing point clouds with millions of points. It also significantly improves speed and accuracy of multi-view reconstruction. Our code and models are available at https://***/Dengzhi-USTC/Neural-Geometry-Reconstruction.

The effect of lanthanum on the characteristics of inclusions in the slab of non-oriented electrical steels was investigated through industrial trials and thermodynamic *** number,size,and chemical composition of inclusions in the surface,one-quarter of thickness and the center of slabs with and without lanthanum addition were statistically analyzed using an automatic inclusion analysis *** the lanthanum-free slab,inclusions were predominately ***_(2)O_(3),MgO,and AlN as well as a small number of Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO-CaO and *** number densities of oxide inclusions and AlN decreased from the surface to the center of the slab,which was ascribed to the difference in cooling intensity during the continuous *** the steel with lanthanum addition,inclusions were modified into LaAlO_(3) and La_(2)O_(2)S and gradually transformed into dual-phase MgO-La_(2)S3 with an increasing distance from the slab surface due to the reaction between the lanthanum-containing inclusion and the steel *** uneven distribution of oxide inclusions along the thickness of the slab was eliminated in the lanthanum-bearing slab because the dissolved oxygen was remarkably decreased by ***-bearing inclusions were more likely to agglomerate AlN by inducing the heterogeneous nucleation of AlN on their surface,while small-size ***_(2)O_(3) inclusions hardly showed a coarsening effect on the size of AlN.

This paper investigates whether changing the seating arrangement in a classroom can facilitate positive spillovers from top-performing students to others,using a field experiment conducted in a Chinese high *** study groups with balanced abilities,the treatment altered the spatial distribution by assigning the two top students to seats in the spatial center of each *** the reference groups where students were allowed to choose their own seating arrangements,the lowest performing were significantly less likely to sit next to a top student than they would be under a random *** results suggest that,in the treated groups,there could be enhanced academic spillovers from the top *** treatment especially benefited the two lowest performing students in science *** contrast,the treatment exerted negative effects on the test scores of the two middle-performing students,due to a disruption *** results suggest that the spatial layout of a peer network can have a significant impact on learning outcomes.
