Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(ECFR) in gastric cancer and the clinicopalhological features and prognosis. Methods:A total of 78 paraffin specimens of gastric cancer operation were *** immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of ECFR in 78 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of adjacent normal *** relationship between the high expression of ECFR and clinicopathological features was ***:ECFR positive expression rate in the 78 cases of gastric cancer tissue was 57.7%(43/78),while ECFR was not expressed in 20 cases of adjacent normal *** high ECFR expression was positively correlated with the position of gastric cancer,tumor size,cell differentiation,invasive depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging,yet having no obvious relation with gender or ***:ECFR expression level in gastric cancer is closely related to the incidence and development of gastric cancer,which can provide a theoretical basis for the targeted therapy for gastric cancer with ECFR as the target.

We study the quadrature squeezing and entanglement in a cavity optomechanical system (COMS). In our model, a flying atom sequentially passes through and interacts with the COMS and a Ramsey pulse zone, and subsequently the atomic state is detected. In this way, the photon-phonon squeezing and entanglement can be generated. The dynamic evolution of the squeezing and entanglement in the presence of losses are examined by using the master equation method.

Balancing cost and performance of porous carbon(PC)as anode for lithium-ion battery(LIBs)is the key to effectively promote commercial ***,low-cost N-doped PC(NPC-Ts,T=600,750 and 900°C)were facilely prepared in batches via one-pot pyrolysis of agar with different carbonization *** NPC-750 with specific surface area of 2914 m^(2)/g and N content of 2.84%exhibits an ultrahigh reversible capacity of 1019 mAh/g at 0.1 A/g after 100 cycles and 837 mAh/g at 1 A/g after 500 ***,the resulting LIBs exhibit an ultrafast charge-discharge feature with a remarkable capacity of 281 mAh/g at 10 A/g and a superlong cycle life with a capacity retention of 87%after 5000 cycles at 10 A/*** with LiFePO_(4)cathode,the fabricated lithium-ion full cells possess high capacity,excellent rate and cycling performances(125 mAh/g at 100 mA/g,capacity retention of 95%,after 220 cycles),highlighting the practicability of this NPC-750 as the anode materials.

Austenitic stainless steels are usually chosen to make many components of nuclear power plants （NPPs）. However, their microstructure in the heat-affected zone （HAZ） will change during the welding process. Some failures of the weld joints, mainly stress corrosion cracking （SCC）, have been found to be located in the HAZ. In this research, the microstructure, micro-hardness, residual strain and SCC behavior at different locations of the 316L HAZ cut from a safeend dissimilar metal weld joint were studied. However, traditional optical microscope observation could not find any microstructural difference between the HAZ and the base metal, higher residual strain and micro-hardness, and higher fraction of random high-angle grain boundaries were found in the HAZ than in the base metal when studied by using electron back-scattering diffraction scanning and micro-hardness test. What＇s more, the residual strain, the microhardness and the fraction of random grain boundaries decreased, while the fraction of coincidence site lattice grain boundaries increased with increasing the distance from the fusion boundary in 316L HAZ. Creviced bent beam test was applied to evaluate the SCC susceptibility at different locations of 316L HAZ and base metal. It was found that the HAZ had higher SCC susceptibility than the base metal and SCC resistance increased when increasing the distance from the fusion boundary in 316L HAZ.

Improving photosensitization for photochemical CO2-to-CO conversion

Inspired by nature, improving photosensitization represents a vital direction for the development of artificial photosynthesis. The sensitization ability of photosensitizers(PSs) reflects in their electron-transfer ability, which highly depends on their excited-state lifetime and redox potential. Herein, for the first time,we put forward a facile strategy to improve sensitizing ability via finely tuning the excited state of Ru(Ⅱ)-PSs(Ru-1–Ru-4) for efficient CO2reduction. Remarkably, [Ru(Phen)2(3-pyrenyl Phen)]2+(Ru-3) exhibits the best sensitizing ability among Ru-1–Ru-4, over 17 times higher than that of typical Ru(Phen)32+. It can efficiently sensitize a dinuclear cobalt catalyst for CO2-to-CO conversion with a maximum turnover number of 66 480. Systematic investigations demonstrate that its long-lived excited state and suitable redox driving force greatly contributed to this superior sensitizing ability. This work provides a new insight into dramatically boosting photocatalytic CO2reduction via improving photosensitization.

We study theoretically the features of the output field of a quadratically coupled optomechanical system assisted with three-level atoms. In this system, the atoms interact with the cavity field and are driven by a classical field, and the cavity is driven by a strong coupling field and a weak signal field. We find that there exists a multi-window transparency phenomenon. The width of the transparent windows can be adjusted by controlling the system parameters, including the number of the atoms, the powers of the lasers driving the atoms and driving the cavity, and the environment temperature. We also find that a tunable switch from fast light to slow light can be realized in this system.

In high-temperature and high-pressure water, traditional anticorrosion approaches are not suitable to be used to protect structural materials from oxidation and corrosion. In this study, monolayer graphene was explored as a barrier to protect the materials from degradation. The oxidation and corrosion rate of the monolayer-graphene-coated copper is much lower than that of the bare copper, suggesting that the monolayer graphene can effectively protect the copper from oxidation and corrosion in the simulated primary water of pressurized water reactors.

Reliability of Tonolab measurements in rats

AIM: To assess the repeatability and reproducibility of Tonolab tonometer in rats with high intraocular pressure(IOP) and evaluate its ability to detect IOP changes in rats with general ***: Left eyes of adult Fischer rats(F344) were photocoagulated by 532 nm diode laser to induce high IOP. Hypertensive eyes of 30 conscious rats were randomly chosen to measure IOP on a single *** observers independently and alternately undertook IOP measurements consecutively for three times using the same Tonolab tonometer blind to the other observer’s IOP measurements. The within subject standard deviation(Sw), coefficient of variation(CVw)(100 ×Sw/overall mean), and intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC) were calculated to evaluate intra-observer repeatability. Inter-observer difference was analysed by using 95% limits of agreement described by Bland-Altman and paired sample t- test. Also, another13 normal F344 rats were intraperitoneally administrated with ketamine/xylazine or chloral hydrate, and IOPs of both eyes were measured by a single operator once every 5min until animals came to conscious. IOPs at various time points were compared by using one-way ***: Mean IOP was 35.58 mm Hg(range 17.33 to65.33 mm Hg). For intraobserver repeatability, the Sw,CVw and ICC of high IOP for two observers were 5.20 mm Hg/3.41 mm Hg, 9.98% /8.08% and 0.820/0.928 *** inter-observer difference was 14.76% ±19.76% of the mean IOP of two observers, with a 95% limits of agreement-23.97% to 53.50%, and the difference between mean IOP of these two observers was statistically significant(P =0.001). IOPs dropped slightly during the first 15 min post-aneathesia, with a IOP change between0.17 and 1.17 mm Hg. IOPs changed from basline of11.75 ±2.05 mm Hg(n =12) to 8.75 ±1.06 mm Hg 20 min post-anesthesia(P =0.001), and this hypotensivecondition persisted until 80 min post-anesthesia.
