Association between luteinizing hormone level decrease on the triggering day and pregnancy outcome for in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection patients following gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist protocol: a retrospective cohor

Objective: Optimal luteinizing hormone (LH) levels forin vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) patients following the gonadotropin-releasing hormone (gnRH) antagonist protocol remain controversial. This study aimed to estimate the association between serum LH levels on the triggering day (LHLOT) and clinical pregnancy outcomes in IVF/ICSI patients following the gnRH antagonist ***: We enrolled 4743 IVF/ICSI cycles using flexible or fixed gnRH antagonist protocols between January 2017 and June 2021. The patients were stratified into four groups according to the LHLOT quartiles (Q1–Q4). Each group was further divided into two subgroups according to the median basal LH/LHLOT. The main outcomes were clinical pregnancy, birth, and miscarriage rates. Secondary outcomes were oocyte yield, number of MII, fertilized oocytes (2PN), and high-quality ***: Serum LHLOT levels were negatively correlated with oocyte yield and the numbers of MII, 2PN, and high-quality embryos. Reproductive outcomes were compared among the different quartiles and subgroups. The absolute difference in the clinical pregnancy rates between the Q4 and Q1 groups was 6.4% (47.2%vs. 40.8%,P gnancy rates between the subgroups with basal LH/LHLOT >3.04 and ≤3.04 were 32.7% and 48.6% (P gnancy rates between the subgroups with basal LH/LHLOT >2.14 and ≤2.14 were 50.2% and 41.9%, respectively (P greater the decrease in LH levels, the lower the oocyte maturation rate across all ***: According to the LHLOT quartiles, the Q1 of serum LHLOT gher number of oocytes but reduced oocyte maturation and lower clinical pregnancy rates. A decrease in LH levels by approximately 2.14 to 3.04 times compared to basal LH levels may lead to higher clinical pregnancy rates in IVF/ICSI patients following the gnRH antagonist protocol.

MTTSNet:Military time-sensitive targets stealth network via real-time mask generation

The automatic stealth task of military time-sensitive targets plays a crucial role in maintaining national military security and mastering battlefield dynamics in military *** propose a novel Military Time-sensitive Targets Stealth Network via Real-time Mask generation(MTTSNet).According to our knowledge,this is the first technology to automatically remove military targets in real-time from *** critical steps of MTTSNet are as follows:First,we designed a real-time mask generation network based on the encoder-decoder framework,combined with the domain expansion structure,to effectively extract mask ***,the ASPP structure in the encoder could achieve advanced semantic feature *** decoder stacked high-dimensional information with low-dimensional information to obtain an effective mask ***,the domain expansion module guided the adaptive expansion of mask ***,a context adversarial generation network based on gated convolution was constructed to achieve background restoration of mask positions in the original *** addition,our method worked in an end-to-end manner.A particular semantic segmentation dataset for military time-sensitive targets has been constructed,called the Military Time-sensitive Target Masking Dataset(MTMD).The MTMD dataset experiment successfully demonstrated that this method could create a mask that completely occludes the target and that the target could be hidden in real time using this *** demonstrated the concealment performance of our proposed method by comparing it to a number of well-known and highly optimized baselines.

Pericentric inversion of chromosome 9(inv[9])is a common chromosomal structural variant,but its impact on clinical outcomesremains *** screening criteria of sperm banks are rarely mentioned to individuals with inv(9).In this study,we evaluatedthe fertility of sperm donors with inv(9)who met eligibility criteria for sperm banks(inv[9]-eligible donors).From March 2004 toMay 2022,chromosomal analysis of 16124 sperm donors at CITIC-xiangya Human Sperm bank in Hunan Province(cha.gsha,China)found that 251(1.6%)had chromosome variations,with inv(9)being the most prevalent at 1.1%.All 169 inv(9)-eligibledonors were contacted to collect fertility outcome data,along with 206 eligible donors without inv(9)as *** addition,semen samples from inv(9)-eligible donors and eligible donors underwent assessments of sperm fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH),mitochondrial membrane potential,DNA fragmentation index,acrosome integrity,reactive oxygen species(ROS),andsperm *** showed that inv(9)did not significantly increase reproductive risks *** detecting ROSlevel differences,the clinical impact may be *** study provides new data on the inv(9)population that can serveas a valuable reference for decision-making by sperm banks as well as for genetic counseling and clinical guidance for individualscarrying inv(9)variant.

The autotetraploid Carassius auratus(4nRR,4n=200,RRRR)is derived from whole-genome duplication of Carassius auratus red var.(RCC,2n=100,RR).In the current study,we demonstrated that chromatophores and pigment cha.ges directly caused the coloration and variation of 4nRR skin(red in RCC,brownish-yellow in4nRR).To further explore the molecular mechanisms underlying coloration formation and variation in 4nRR,we performed transcriptome profiling and molecular functional verification in RCC and *** revealed that scarb1,associated with carotenoid metabolism,underwent significant down-regulation in *** editing of this candidate pigment gene provided clear evidence of its significant role in RCC ***,we identified four divergent scarb1 homeologs in 4nRR:two original scarb1 homeologs from RCC and two duplicated ***,three of these homeologs possessed two highly conserved alleles,exhibiting biased and allelespecific expression in the ***,after precise editing of both the original and duplicated scarb1homeologs and/or alleles,4nRR individuals,whether singly or multiply mutated,displayed a transition from brownishyellow skin to a cyan-gray ***,the proportional areas of the cyan-gray regions displayed a gene-dose *** findings illustrate the subfunctionalization of duplicated scarb1,with all scarb1genes synergistically and equally contributing to the pigmentation of *** is the first report concerning the functional differentiation of duplicated homeologs in an autopolyploidfish,substantiallyenrichingour understanding of coloration formation and cha.ge within this group of organisms.
