Security-constrained Transmission Maintenance Optimization Considering Generation and Operational Risk Costs

With the large-scale integration of renewable energy,the traditional maintenance arrangement during the load valley period cannot satisfy the transmission demand of renewable energy ***,in a market-oriented operation mode,the power dispatching control center aims to reduce the overall power purchase cost while ensuring the security of the power ***,a security-constrained transmission maintenance optimization model considering generation and operational risk costs is proposed *** model is built on double-layer optimization framework,where the upper-layer model is used for maintenance and generation planning,and the lowerlayer model is primarily used to address the operational security risk arising from the random prediction error and N-1 transmission ***,a generation-maintenance iterative algorithm based on a defined cost feedback is included to increase solution *** cost is determined using long-term security-constrained unit commitment,and the operational risk cost is obtained using a double-layer N-1 risk assessment *** electrical correlation coupling coefficient is proposed for the solution process to avoid maintenance of associated equipment simultaneously,thereby improving model convergence *** IEEE 118-bus system is used as a test case for illustration,and test results suggest that the proposed model and algorithm can reduce the total cost of transmission maintenance and system operation while effectively improving the solution efficiency of the joint optimization model.

The reliability of the coated industry components demands ideal fatigue properties of the coating,and it is mainly determined by the performance of the *** this study,pulsed magnetic treatment(PMT)was applied to the thermal sprayed WC-10Co4Cr coating,and the fatigue lifetime of the coated bolt increased by 219.82%under an imitation of the operating mode *** tests further proved that both the adhesion and cohesion strength were improved after PMT,and they benefit from the interface strengthening *** formation of coherent WC/Co interfaces was characterized by in-situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the molecular dynamic simulations indicate that the work of separation of these interfaces is much higher than the original disordered *** stress was relaxed and distributed more homogeneously after PMT,and it mainly contributes to the coating/substrate *** work provides a new post-treatment method focusing on the interfaces in the WC-based coating and gives insight into its mechanism so that it is hopeful to be applied to other kinds of coatings.

BACKGROUND The TRIANGLE operation involves the removal of all tissues within the triangle bounded by the portal vein-superior mesenteric vein,celiac axis-common hepatic artery,and superior mesenteric artery to improve patient *** previously promising in patients with locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC),data are limited regarding the long-term oncological outcomes of the TRIANGLE operation among resectable PDAC patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD).AIM To evaluate the safety of the TRIANGLE operation during PD and the prognosis in patients with resectable *** This retrospective cohort study included patients who underwent PD for pancreatic head cancer between January 2017 and April 2023,with or without the TRIANGLE *** were divided into the PD_(TRIANGLE)and PD_(non-TRIANGLE)*** and survival outcomes were compared between the two *** adjuvant chemotherapy was defined as adjuvant chemotherapy≥6 *** The PD_(TRIANGLE)and PD_(non-TRIANGLE) groups included 52 and 55 patients,*** were no significant differences in the baseline characteristics or perioperative indexes between the two ***,the recurrence rate was lower in the PD_(TRIANGLE) group than in the PD_(non-TRIANGLE) group(48.1%vs 81.8%,P<0.001),and the local recurrence rate of PDAC decreased from 37.8%to 16.0%.Multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that PD_(TRIANGLE)(HR=0.424;95%CI:0.256-0.702;P=0.001),adequate adjuvant chemotherapy≥6 months(HR=0.370;95%CI:0.222-0.618;P<0.001)and margin status(HR=2.255;95%CI:1.252-4.064;P=0.007)were found to be independent factors for the recurrence *** The TRIANGLE operation is safe for PDAC patients undergoing ***,it reduces the local recurrence rate of PDAC and may improve survival in patients who receive adequate adjuvant chemotherapy.

给定由若干连边和节点组成的网络系统,为了有效、经济地提升整个网络的可靠性,一些耦合的2条连边关于整个网络失效的交互机理需要加以分析.首先,采用饱和非时齐泊松过程刻画连边的失效过程,基于组合计数的思想,导出2条连边处于4种不同状态的概率公式,并结合2条连边的联合D-谱,发展联合失效重要度的计算公式,用于分析2条连边关于网络失效的交互机理.理论分析表明,当时间t趋于0或趋于无穷大时, 2条连边的交互效果越来越微弱.然后,由于精确的计算联合失效重要度的值是NP-难问题,设计蒙特卡洛近似算法求其值.最后,提供一个路网的算例,其数值结果表明,所提出联合失效重要度计算方法能够有效地阐释2条连边关于网络失效的交互机理.

Urban agglomeration plays a vital role in fostering high-quality and sustainable development in China,where urbanization rates signifi-cantly influence both urban and rural environments,generating different economic and socio-spatial impacts that,in turn,influence carbon emissions in *** delve into the influencing mechanisms of carbon emissions,this paper examines the spatio-temporal pattern of carbon emissions across 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration in *** utilizes data on economic,social,and spatial factors from 2012 to 2019 and employs a spatial econometric regression model for *** results indicate that carbon emissions of cities in the urban agglomeration exhibited strong spatial correlation from 2012 to 2019,characterized by relatively stable cold and hot spots,along with continuous outward spread of high-value *** and social factors demonstrate a significant positive spatial correlation with carbon emissions of a city,with weak spatial spillover *** factors exhibit correlations with carbon emissions in both the city and neighboring cities,with strong spatial spillover ***,the spatial layout and functional division of cities in the urban agglomeration also significantly impact the spatio-temporal pattern of carbon emissions.

推动欧亚大陆经济一体化是应对全球地缘政治和经济贸易格局转变的必然要求,也是满足欧亚诸多国家发展利益最大化的有效路径。过去一段时间,全球不平等的交换体系、不安全的发展体系与不公平的治理体系使得过去全球经济系统长期处于不稳定的状态,推动欧亚大陆经济一体化的目标就是要从旧系统的不稳定状态跃迁至新的系统稳态。为此,应从系统联接、系统耦合、系统运行等方面同时着手,不断增强欧亚大陆经济一体化的系统水平。在此基础上,应以当前主要区域合作协议为基准,在政治、经济、文化、地缘等领域进行全面合作,以产业转移、产业开发、产业转化、产业培育为抓手,创新探索科学有效的利益增长和分享机制,不断提高欧亚大陆经济一体化发展水平。
