Self-supervised graph representation learning has recently shown considerable promise in a range of fields, including bioinformatics and social networks. A large number of graph contrastive learning approaches have shown promising performance for representation learning on graphs, which train models by maximizing agreement between original graphs and their augmented views(i.e., positive views). Unfortunately, these methods usually involve pre-defined augmentation strategies based on the knowledge of human experts. Moreover, these strategies may fail to generate challenging positive views to provide sufficient supervision signals. In this paper, we present a novel approach named graph pooling contrast(GPS) to address these *** by the fact that graph pooling can adaptively coarsen the graph with the removal of redundancy, we rethink graph pooling and leverage it to automatically generate multi-scale positive views with varying emphasis on providing challenging positives and preserving semantics, i.e., strongly-augmented view and weakly-augmented view. Then, we incorporate both views into a joint contrastive learning framework with similarity learning and consistency learning, where our pooling module is adversarially trained with respect to the encoder for adversarial robustness. Experiments on twelve datasets on both graph classification and transfer learning tasks verify the superiority of the proposed method over its counterparts.

两级车辆路径问题是指货物必须首先由中心仓库配送至中转站(第一级),再转运至需求点(第二级)的一种新型车辆路径问题.针对该问题特性,提出一种多起始点变邻域下降求解算法.首先由改进的Split算法循环分割由所有需求点组成的随机排列,直至出现可行的第二级配送方案,然后求解第一级问题,获得完整的初始可行解,再通过变邻域下降算法进一步改进.当变邻域下降算法无法改进时,采用多起始点技术重复上述过程,直至算法终止.实验结果表明,所提出的算法易于实现,且性能优于已有最好的两种启发式算法.

17α-methyltestosterone(17α-MT)is an emerging pollutant,which is harmful to the endocrine system and reproduction of *** investigated the effects of different concentrations of 17α-MT(0,5,30,60,and 100 mg/kg)on endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)and apoptosis in the liver of Takifugu *** show that:(1)with the increase of 17α-MT treatment concentration,liver transaminases(alanine aminotransferase;aspartate aminotransferase)and the mRNA expression of ERS marker genes(glucose-regulated protein 78;calreticulin)of *** were significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05);(2)the activity of succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),Caspase3 and Caspase9 in the liver of *** increased with the increase of 17α-MT concentration compared with the control group(P<0.05);(3)by using 4-phenylbutyricacid(4-PBA)inhibitors to stimulate ERS through in vitro experiments,the expression of ERS and apoptosis-related genes significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the apoptosis rate of *** hepatocytes was significantly inhibited(P<0.05)under 17α-MT *** study confirmed that ERS played an important role in the induction of apoptosis in the hepatocytes of ***,which enriched the ecotoxicological information of environmental androgens.

Hepatitis B virus(HBV) is a noncytopathic human hepadnavirus that causes acute, chronic hepatitis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).As the clinical utility of current therapies is limited,new anti-HBV agents and sources for such agents are still highly sought ***,we report that Mucroporin-Ml,a scorpion venom-derived peptide, reduces the amount of extracellular HBsAg,HBeAg and HBV DNA productions of HepG2.2.15 cells in a dose-dependent manner and inhibits HBV capsid DNA,HBV intracellular RNA replication intermediates and the HBV Core protein in the cytoplasm of HepG2.2.15 *** a mouse model of HBV infection,we found that HBV replication was significantly inhibited by intravenous injection of the Mucroporin-Ml *** inhibitory activity was due to a reduction in HBV promoter activity caused by a decrease in the binding of HNF4a to the precore/core promoter ***,we confirmed that Mucroporin-Ml could selectively activate mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPKs) and lead to the down-regulation of HNF4αexpression,which explains the decreased binding of HNF4αto the HBV ***,when the protein phosphorylation activity of the MAPK pathway was inhibited,both HNF4a expression and HBV replication ***,we proved that treatment with the Mucroporin-Ml peptide increased phosphorylation of the MAPK proteins in HBV-harboring *** results implicate Mucroporin-Ml peptide can activate the MAPK pathway and then reduce the expression of HNF4α,resulting in the inhibition of HBV replication in vitro and in *** work also opens new doors to discovering novel anti-HBV agents or sources.

Wind power plants(WPPs)are increasingly mandated to provide temporary frequency support to power systems during contingencies involving significant power ***,the frequency support capabilities of WPPs under derated operations remain insufficiently investigated,highlighting the potential for further improvement of the frequency *** paper proposes a bi-level optimized temporary frequency support(OTFS)strategy for a *** implementation of the OTFS strategy is collaboratively accomplished by individual wind turbine(WT)controllers and the central WPP ***,to exploit the frequency support capability of WTs,the stable operational region of WTs is expanded by developing a novel dynamic power control approach in WT *** approach synergizes the WTs'temporary frequency support with the secondary frequency control of synchronous generators,enabling WTs to release more kinetic energy without causing a secondary frequency ***,a model predictive control strategy is developed for the WPP *** strategy ensures that multiple WTs operating within the expanded stable region are coordinated to minimize the magnitude of the frequency drop through efficient kinetic energy ***,comprehensive case studies are conducted on a real-time simulation platform to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

Hepatitis B virus（HBV） infection significantly increases the risk for the development of chronic active hepatitis,cirrhosis,and primary hepatocellular carcinoma,which is still a major public health problem *** of toxic side effects and drug-resistance of currentdrugs against HBV,the new anti-HBV agentsstill need to be *** nucleic acid（PNA） is a synthetic polymer commonly used in antisense therapies and clinical diagnosis,possessing high binding strength and specificity to complementary DNA or ***,we firstly designed,synthesized and identified a cell-penetrating peptide（CPP） conjugated PNA,named Tat-PNA-DR,targeting 5’73’ DR1 of HBV pregenomic ***-PNA-DR can effectively inhibit HBV infection on both the cellular level and a mouse HBV acute-infected model in a dose-dependent manner,whichwas able to clear80%HBV DNA,similar to the clinical drug ***-PNA-DR can efficientlypenetrate throughthe cell membrane into the cytoplasm and the ***,Tat-PNA-DR was proven to not only interfere the reverse transcription of HBV genome by blocking the translocation of short nascent DNA strand to DR1 *in a sequence specific way,but also interrupt the translation of HBV viral proteins by binding 5’/3’ DR1 of HBV ***-PNA-DR inhibited HBVinfection in vitro and in vivobya unique double mechanism—specifically targeting 5’/3’ DR1 to prevent HBV reverse transcription and ***,Tat-PNA-DR possessed low hemolysisand good serum *** importantly,not only does 100 μM of Tat-PNA-DR not affect the growth of hepatocytes,but also 50.5 mg/kg Tat-PNA-DR has no obvious acute toxicity on mice by intravenous ***,Tat-PNA-DR is a unique peptide nucleic acid conjugate and a new drug lead against HBV with clinical potential.

Thermodynamic modeling is still themostwidely usedmethod to characterize aerosol acidity,a critical physicochemical property of atmospheric ***,it remains unclear whether gas-aerosol partitioning should be incorporated when thermodynamicmodels are employed to estimate the acidity of coarse *** this work,field measurements were conducted at a coastal city in northern China across three seasons,and covered wide ranges of temperature,relative humidity and NH_(3) *** examined the performance of different modes of ISORROPIA-II(a widely used aerosol thermodynamic model)in estimating aerosol acidity of coarse and fine *** M0 mode,which incorporates gas-phase data and runs the model in the forward mode,provided reasonable estimation of aerosol acidity for coarse and fine *** to M0,the M1 mode,which runs the model in the forward mode but does not include gas-phase data,may capture the general trend of aerosol acidity but underestimates pH for both coarse and fine particles;M2,which runs the model in the reverse mode,results in large errors in estimated aerosol pH for both coarse and fine particles and should not be used for aerosol acidity ***,M1 significantly underestimates liquid water contents for both fine and coarse particles,while M2 provides reliable estimation of liquid water *** summary,our work highlights the importance of incorporating gas-aerosol partitioning when estimating coarse particle acidity,and thus may help improve our understanding of acidity of coarse particles.
