Morphological comparison and molecular marker screening of three Skeletonema species found in Changjiang(yangtze)River Basin

In our recent investigations of diatom diversity,we studied three species,namely,Skeletonema costatum,Skeletonema subsalsum,and Skeletonema *** they have been found frequently in Changjiang(yangtze)River Basin,their morphological and molecular identification is difficult in ***,to integrate morphological and molecular biological approaches,we compared systematically their morphological characters and performed phylogenetic *** strains of Skeletonema were collected and isolated from Shanghai and Jiangsu,China,and their morphological characteristics were examined by light microscopy(LM)and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Based on morphological comparison,we determined that *** is easy to distinguish from the other two *** heavily silicified areolae,undulated or cleft distal ends of terminal fultoportula processes(TFPPs),absence of basal pores of fultoportula processes(FPPs),the rootlike protrusions of FPPs,and no interlocking connection are the stable characteristics that can be used to identify ***,there are only two features that can distinguish *** from ***,namely the location of terminal rimoportulae(TRPs)and the distal shape of *** addition,we amplified and sequenced nine common genetic markers from the strains,from which 101 sequences were obtained,constructed phylogenetic trees based on the nine genes and evaluated that seven genes can be used to identify ***,and revealed that *** is the closest known relative of ***,and only ATP synthetase beta-subunit gene(atp B)is able to distinguish them from each other,which strongly support that it is an effective molecular marker for *** work provided a theoretical basis for the taxonomic study of Skeletonema.

针对航空发动机涡轮叶盘运行中产生的疲劳裂纹改变振动特性的问题,基于有限元模态分析理论对其进行研究。建立不同裂纹长度、裂纹分布位置的整体叶盘有限元模型,分别分析动静态下固有频率的变化;分析裂纹对整体叶盘频率转向的影响;最后,通过分析含裂纹叶片在激励作用下的响应,得出其响应幅值和振动方向的变化。结果表明:裂纹会降低整体叶盘固有频率,且对低阶频率影响较大;裂纹会影响整体叶盘振型,出现振动局部化现象;裂纹的出现影响整体叶盘频率转向现象的发生;整体叶盘中含裂纹叶片的响应峰值随着裂纹长度的增加而逐渐增大,且裂纹叶片会出现大范围振动反向现象。

作为连接液压管路和密封管路内的高压流体的重要部件,航空管接头的可靠性和稳定性至关重要。为了更加准确地理解和分析材料参数对航空管接头密封状态的影响规律,基于管接头实际粗糙表面建立多尺度有限元接触模型,研究材料属性对管接头密封状态影响规律。结果表明:基于实际粗糙度的多尺度有限元模型可以更加准确反映出密封接触状态;当卡套材料屈服强度小于管路材料屈服强度时,管接头密封接触面积变化较小,管接头密封区域密封接触压力值随屈服强度增大而增大;当卡套材料屈服强度大于管路材料屈服强度时,管接头密封接触面积减小,对应管接头密封接触压力分布没有形成良好密封状态,即卡套材料屈服强度的选择应接近管路材料屈服强度,进而获得最佳的管接头密封状态。

为了研究复杂载荷对整体叶盘振动特性的影响,基于热流固耦合方法对热障涂层整体叶盘振动特性进行研究。简化整体叶盘模型,对叶片表面涂敷热障涂层并建立整体叶盘的流场模型;在Fluent中采用热流固耦合方法对整体叶盘的表面进行气动载荷和温度载荷的模拟;最后,采用预应力模态分析法分别对不同工况下整体叶盘的振动特性进行分析。结果表明:考虑离心载荷对整体叶盘的固有频率影响最大,温度的影响最小;对比不同工况下,考虑温度载荷对整体叶盘的共振点个数无影响,气动载荷增加整体叶盘的共振点个数。

A novel silver-doped nickel oxide hole-selective contact for crystalline silicon heterojunction solar cells

Based on its band alignment,p-type nickel oxide(NiO_(x))is an excellent candidate material for hole transport layers in crystalline silicon heterojunction solar cells,as it has a smallΔEV and largeΔEC with crystalline ***,to overcome the poor hole selectivity of stoichiometric NiO_(x) due to its low carrier concentration and conductivity,silver-doped nickel oxide(NiO_(x):Ag)hole transport layers with high carrier concentrations were prepared by co-sputtering high-purity silver sheets and pure NiO_(x) *** improved electrical conductivity of NiO_(x) was attributed to the holes generated by the Ag^(+)substituents for Ni^(2+),and moreover,the introduction of Ag^(+)also increased the amount of Ni^(3+)present,both of which increased the carrier concentration in NiO_(x).Ag^(+)doping also reduced the c-Si/NiO_(x) contact resistivity and improved the hole-selective contact with NiO_(x).Furthermore,the problems of particle clusters and interfacial defects on the surfaces of NiO_(x):Ag films were solved by UV-ozone oxidation and high-temperature annealing,which facilitated separation and transport of carriers at the c-Si/NiO_(x) *** constructed c-Si/NiO_(x):Ag solar cell exhibited an increase in open-circuit voltage from 490 to 596 mV and achieved a conversion efficiency of 14.4%.

Alternative technology for the recovery of butyl acetate with low concentration:high capacity adsorbent and high efficiency adsorption

Industrial pharmaceutical wastewater usually contains butyl acetate(BA)with a concentration of 1 wt%-7 wt%,and the traditional method for BA recovery is distillation with high energy *** method is developed to recover BA with low concentration for the high efficiency and low energy *** polar polyacrylate resins with macroporous structure of 233.1 nm and average particle size of about 526.5μm are successfully synthesized by suspension polymerization and used for the BA adsorption and *** maximum adsorption capacity reaches 171.1 mg g^(-1)with relative standard deviation(RSD)value of 0.2%,which is more than twice the results in the *** BA desorption rate is 97.0%at 100℃with RSD value of 0.4%,and the resins are beneficial to the reuse in the adsorption-desorption *** adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics are investigated,and the BA adsorption is a spontaneous and endothermic process with the increase of disorder *** process is mainly contributed by physical absorption and agree well with Freundlich model and pseudo-first-order adsorption kinetic *** adsorption method avoids boiling a large amount of wastewater and hopefully provides a novel alternative technology for the BA recovery.

A combination of straw incorporation and polymer-coated urea offsets soil ammonia and nitrous oxide emissions in winter wheat fields

The combined effects of straw incorporation(SI)and polymer-coated urea(PCU)application on soil ammonia(NH_(3))and nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)emissions from agricultural fields have not been comprehensively evaluated in Northwest *** conducted a two-year field experiment to assess the effects of combining SI with either uncoated urea(U)or PCU on soil NH_(3)emissions,N_(2)O emissions,winter wheat yields,yield-scaled NH_(3)(/NH_(3)),and yield-scaled N_(2)O(/N_(2)O).Five treatments were investigated,no nitrogen(N)fertilizer(N_(0)),U application at 150 kg N ha-1 with and without SI(SI+U and S_(0)+U),and PCU application at 150 kg N ha^(-1) with and without SI(SI+PCU and S_(0)+PCU).The results showed that the NH_(3);emissions increased by 20.98-34.35%following Sl compared to straw removal,mainly due to increases in soil ammonium(NH_(4)^(+)-N)content and water-flled pore space(WFPS).SI resulted in higher N_(2)O emissions than under the So scenario by 13.31-49.23%due to increases in soil inorganic N(SIN)contents,WFPS,and soil microbial *** contrast,the PCU application reduced the SIN contents compared to the U application,reducing the NH_(3)and N_(2)O emissions by 45.99-58.07 and 18.08-53.04%,***,no significant positive effects of the SI or PCU applications on the winter wheat yield were *** lowest /NH_(3) and /N_(2)O values were observed under the S_(0)+PCU and SI+PCU *** results suggest that single PCU applications and their combination with straw are the optimal agricultural strategies for mitigating gaseous N emissions and maintaining optimal winter wheat yields in Northwest China.

Objective:Sex-specific differences are observed in various liver diseases,but the influence of sex on the outcomes of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after liver transplantation(LT)remains to be *** study is the first Chinese nationwide investigation of the role of sex in post-LT outcomes in patients with ***:Data for recipients with HCC registered in the China Liver Transplant Registry between January 2015 and December 2020 were *** associations between donor,recipient,or donor-recipient transplant patterns by sex and the post-LT outcomes were studied with propensity score matching(PSM).The survival associated with different sex-based donor-recipient transplant patterns was further ***:Among 3,769 patients enrolled in this study,the 1-,3-,and 5-year overall survival(OS)rates of patients with HCC after LT were 96.1%,86.4%,and 78.5%,respectively,in female recipients,and 95.8%,79.0%,and 70.7%,respectively,in male recipients after PSM(P=0.009).However,the OS was comparable between recipients with female donors and male *** analysis indicated that male recipient sex was a risk factor for post-LT survival(HR=1.381,P=0.046).Among the donor-recipient transplant patterns,the male-male donor-recipient transplant pattern was associated with the poorest post-LT survival(P<0.05).Conclusions:Our findings highlighted that the post-LT outcomes of female recipients were significantly superior to those of male recipients,and the male-male donor-recipient transplant pattern was associated with the poorest post-LT *** from male donors may provide the most benefit to female *** results indicate that sex should be considered as a critical factor in organ allocation.
