[目的]观察基于焦点式心理护理模式下综合耳穴疗法预防与治疗经行头痛的临床效果.[方法]选择符合纳入标准的60例经行头痛患者采用随机数字表法分为口服盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗的对照组和给予综合耳穴治疗的观察组,每组各为30例.两组均给予焦点式心理护理且于经期前后头痛发作时或根据疼痛规律选择头痛的前2 d开始干预,治疗5 d/月经周期,连续干预3个月(月经周期).比较两组治疗前后疼痛六点行为评分法(BRS-6)、头痛影响测试问卷(HIT-6)、头痛证候积分、合伙人健康量表评分(PIH)变化.[结果]与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后BRS-6评分、HIT-6评分、头痛证候积分、PIH评分均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组BRS-6评分、HIT-6评分、头痛证候积分、PIH评分均显著下降(P<0.05).[结论]基于焦点式心理护理模式下综合耳穴疗法预防与治疗经行头痛临床疗效满意,可以有效改善患者头痛症状与生活质量,值得临床应用.

如何阐释马克思对资本主义的批判,是理解马克思正义思想的前提。艾伦·布坎南提出了双重路径的建构与阐释视角--非法权的外在批判与法权的内在批判,从而把马克思正义思想以内在批判的形式呈现出来。然而,布坎南的建构与阐释是失败的。首先,其双重建构存在着两条路径之间的对抗。其次,其外在建构忽略了法权批判的可能性。最后,其内在建构违背了历史唯物主义对资本主义的批判逻辑。布坎南失败的根本原因在于误读了历史唯物主义,但这并不意味着双重路径的设想没有合理性。基于历史唯物主义,我们仍然可以提出一种马克思批判资本主义的双重路径--低阶批判与高阶批判。这样理解的“双重路径”,清晰地呈现了马克思正义思想的内在构成,将为马克思主义正义理论的当代建构提供真正合乎马克思本人思想的方法论支持。

Electronic engineering of gallium nitride(Ga N) is critical for enhancement of its electrode *** this work, copper(Cu) cation substituted Ga N(Cu-Ga N) nanowires were fabricated to understand the electronically engineered electrochemical performance for Li ion storage. Cu cation substitution was revealed at atomic level by combination of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS), density functional theory(DFT) simulation, and so forth. The Cu-Ga N electrode delivered high capacity of 813.2 m A h g^(-1) at 0.1 A g^(-1) after 200 cycles, increased by 66% relative to the unsubstituted Ga N electrode. After 2000 cycles at 10 A g^(-1),the reversible capacity was still maintained at326.7 m A h g^(-1). The DFT calculations revealed that Cu substitution introduced the impurity electronic states and efficient interatomic electron migration, which can enhance the charge transfer efficiency and reduce the Li ion adsorption energy on the Cu-Ga N electrode. The ex-situ SEM, TEM, HRTEM, and SAED analyses demonstrated the reversible intercalation Li ion storage mechanism and good structural stability. The concept of atomic-arrangement-assisted electronic engineering strategy is anticipated to open up opportunities for advanced energy storage applications.

The Cr, Zn, Cu, Cd, Pb contents were determined in Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, Carassius auratus Linnaeus, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix and Aristichthys nobilis, which were caught from Meiliang Bay, Taihu Lake, a large, shallow and eutrophic lake of China. The results showed that：（1） the Cr, Cu, Pb, Cd contents in the edible parts of the four fish species were much lower than Chinese Food Health Criterion （1994）, but the Zn contents were higher than the Criterion; （2） Cd contents were the highest in the liver of fish, Pb contents were almost the same in all organs of fish, Cr contents mainly enriched in the skin and gonads, Zn contents were the highest in the gonad （♀）, and Cu contents were the highest in the liver; （3） the total metal accumulation was the greatest in the liver and the lowest in the muscle. The total metal accumulation was the highest in C. auratus L. This investigation indicated that fish products in Taihu Lake were still safe for human consumption, but the amount consumed should be controlled under the Chinese Food Health Criterion to avoid excessive intake of Zn.

The adhesive tensile stress between moist bulk iron ore solids and wall surfaces are critical to control and avoid blockage in large throughput material handling *** this study,an experimental system was designed to investigate the adhesive tensile contact between a range of iron ore materials and wall lining *** contact mechanism between the material specimen and the wall surface was initially *** experimental results indicated that the adhesive tensile stress is dependent on both the moisture content and the applied major consolidation stress,with the former exhibiting more significant contribution to increasing the magnitude of *** surface roughness of the wall showed a negligible effect in determining the adhesive tensile ***,the iron ore sample with a higher fines content was observed to be able to achieve a higher adhesive tensile stress compared to the coarse ***,the insights resulting from the study demonstrated practical applicability through measures such as blending and/or beneficiation,which reduce the adhesive tensile stress and minimise blockages.

A novel characterization method is proposed to extract the optical frequency field-effect mobility(μ_(op,FE))of transparent conductive oxide(TCO)materials by a tunable silicon microring resonator with a heterogeneously integrated titanium-doped indium oxide(ITiO)/SiO_(2)/silicon metal–oxide–semiconductor(MOS)*** operating the microring in the accumulation mode,the quality factor and resonance wavelength shift are measured and subsequently used to derive the𝜇op,FE in the ultra-thin accumulation *** results demonstrate that the μ_(op,FE) of ITiO increases from 25.3 to 38.4 cm2⋅V^(−1)⋅s^(−1) with increasing gate voltages,which shows a similar trend as that at the electric frequency.

Transients are fundamental to ecological systems with significant implications to management,conservation and biological control. We uncover a type of transient synchronization behavior in spatial ecological networks whose local dynamics are of the chaotic, predator–prey type. In the parameter regime where there is phase synchronization among all the patches, complete synchronization(i.e. synchronization in both phase and amplitude) can arise in certain pairs of patches as determined by the network symmetry—henceforth the phenomenon of ‘synchronization within synchronization.’ Distinct patterns of complete synchronization coexist but, due to intrinsic instability or noise, each pattern is a transient and there is random, intermittent switching among the patterns in the course of time evolution. The probability distribution of the transient time is found to follow an algebraic scaling law with a divergent average transient lifetime. Based on symmetry considerations, we develop a stability analysis to understand these phenomena. The general principle of symmetry can also be exploited to explain previously discovered,counterintuitive synchronization behaviors in ecological networks.
