In the realm of large-scale machine learning,it is crucial to explore methods for reducing computational complexity and memory demands while maintaining generalization ***,since the collected data may contain some sensitive information,it is also of great significance to study privacy-preserving machine learning *** paper focuses on the performance of the differentially private stochastic gradient descent(SGD)algorithm based on random *** begin,the algorithm maps the original data into a lowdimensional space,thereby avoiding the traditional kernel method for large-scale data storage ***,the algorithm iteratively optimizes parameters using the stochastic gradient descent ***,the output perturbation mechanism is employed to introduce random noise,ensuring algorithmic *** prove that the proposed algorithm satisfies the differential privacy while achieving fast convergence rates under some mild conditions.

Objective: Abnormal metabolism is the underlying reason for breast cancer progression. Decreased lactate dehydrogenase B(LDHB) has been detected in breast cancer but the function of LDHB remains ***: Western blot was used to analyze LDHB expression in breast cancer cells. The impact of LDHB on tumor cell migration and invasion was determined using Transwell assays, wound healing assays, and a mouse lung metastasis model. Subcutaneous tumor formation, a natural killer(NK) cell cytotoxicity assay, and flow cytometry evaluated NK cell activation. Immunofluorescence and quantitative real-time PCR detected NK cell activation markers. Kaplan-Meier analysis evaluated the effect of immune cell infiltration on prognosis. Single-sample gene set enrichment analysis determined NK cell activation scores. A support vector machine predicted the role of LDHB in NK cell ***: In this study we showed that LDHB inhibits the breast cancer cell metastasis and orchestrates metabolic reprogramming within tumor cells. Our results revealed that LDHB-mediated lactic acid clearance in breast cancer cells triggers NK cell activation within the tumor microenvironment. Our findings, which were confirmed in a murine model, demonstrated that LDHB in tumor cells promotes NK cell activation and ultimately results in the eradication of malignant cells. Clinically, our study further validated that LDHB affects immune cell infiltration and function. Specifically, its expression has been linked to enhanced NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity and improved patient survival. Nanoelectrodes have been shown to be powerful tools for nanoscopic research on single entities,deepening the understanding of heterogeneity and stochastics for single molecules,nanoparticles and cells[1–3].However,despite their importance,current nanoelectrode preparations are highly restrained to flame/electrochemical etching,metal sputtering,electrochemical deposition,etc.[3],resulting in a limited range of materials(mainly gold,platinum and carbon)for potential-resolved detection of redox-active species(Table S1 online).The enrichment of preparation methods to introduce novel materials and mechanisms should prove significant for the development of nanoelectrodes.

Coal gangue(CG)is an environmental waste that faces an urgent demand for disposal in *** utilization of CG in construction materials has broad application prospects and gained increasing ***,the poor compatibility of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)with CG powder hinders its efficiency in a wide range of ***,this paper attempts to improve the compatibility of PCE with CG powder in cement paste based on the regulation of aggregation and the adsorption behavior of *** light scattering(DLS)and fluorescence spectroscopy tests were carried out to understand the improved *** results indicated that the addition of CG powder increases the ionic strengths of the cement liquid phase,which makes PCE tend to aggregate at a lower concentration compared with no CG powder ***(CH_(3)COO)_(2)Cu is beneficial for enhancing the workability of cement paste by reducing PCE aggregation while maintaining the compressive strength of cement ***,(CH_(3)COO)_(2)Cu extra addition can be regarded as an effective and sustainable way to improve the workability of cement paste with CG powder.

Superconducting SnTe-type topological crystalline insulators(TCIs)are predicted to host multiple Majorana zero modes(MZMs)which can coexist in a single *** level(FL)close to the Dirac points of topological surface states is helpful for detecting ***,the TCI SnTe is a heavily p-type semiconductor which is very difficult to modify to n-type via doping or *** this work,we fabricate the atomically flat Sn_(1-x)Pb_(x)Te/Pb heterostructure by molecular beam epitaxy,and make the p-type Sn_(1-x)Pb_(x)Te become n-type through changing the interface *** scanning tunnelling microscope,we find the Dirac points of Sn_(1-x)Pb_(x)Te/Pb heterostructure are always above the FL due to the Fermi level pinning(FLP)induced by topological surface states at atomically flat *** increasing the interface roughness,the FLP effect is suppressed and then the Dirac points of p-type Sn_(1-x)Pb_(x)Te can be tuned very close to or even below the *** work provides a new method for tuning the FL of SnTe-type TCI which has potential application in novel topological superconductor device.
