In this paper,we investigate a kind of truck-door assignment problem in a *** related realistic constraints such as the capacity of trucks,the capacity of temporary storage area,the time windows of trucks as well as the operational time inside the crossdock are considered and therefore,make the assignment problem strongly NP-hard and very challenging.A two-stage genetic algorithm is proposed to solve this problem and the experimental results show the superiority of this approach in comparison to CPLEX solver in terms of effectiveness and efficiency especially for the large-scale *** is,the decision making process can speed up and a near optimal truck-door assignment scheme can be obtained within a relatively short time by applying this two-stage approach in practice.

This study focuses on the improvement of path planning efficiency for underwater gravity-aided ***,a Depth Sorting Fast Search(DSFS)algorithm was proposed to improve the planning speed of the Quick Rapidly-exploring Random Trees*(Q-RRT*)algorithm.A cost inequality relationship between an ancestor and its descendants was derived,and the ancestors were filtered ***,the underwater gravity-aided navigation path planning system was designed based on the DSFS algorithm,taking into account the fitness,safety,and asymptotic optimality of the routes,according to the gravity suitability distribution of the navigation ***,experimental comparisons of the computing performance of the ChooseParent procedure,the Rewire procedure,and the combination of the two procedures for Q-RRT*and DSFS were conducted under the same planning environment and parameter conditions,*** results showed that the computational efficiency of the DSFS algorithm was improved by about 1.2 times compared with the Q-RRT*algorithm while ensuring correct computational results.

To improve the accuracy and efficiency of the aging life prediction and assessment of transformer oil-paper insulation,and to make up for the deficiencies of traditional characterizers,such as 2-furfural,carbon monoxide,and carbon dioxide,a method for the simultaneous determination of methanol,ethanol,n−propanol,and η-butanol in oil with a single injection is established by headspace-gas chromatography-mass *** measured results show that the determination limits of the four alcohol characterizers can be controlled to 10μg/kg *** on this method,the change patterns of the above four alcohols with thermal aging time and degree of polymerization are obtained through thermal aging experimental ***,η-propanol,and η-butanol in oil indicate nearly linear correlations with thermal aging time and degree of polymerization,similar to that of *** analyzing 52 sets of measured data of 500 kV EHV transformers in operation,η-butanol is found to have excellent performance,and a new method to evaluate the aging state of oil-paper insulation employing η-butanol and methanol is proposed along with the aging attention value *** measured data of 500 kV EHV transformers in operation indicate that the combination of η-butanol and methanol as the preferred characterizers can effectively compensate for the shortcoming of traditional characterizers in the early stages of aging,and the feasibility of the method is *** possible pathways for the generation of η-butanol by cellulose cleavage during the aging of oil-paper are proposed from the chemical structure of cellulose.

To investigate the specific creep behavior of ultra-deep buried salt during oil and gas exploitation,a set of triaxial creep experiments was conducted at elevated temperatures with constant axial pressure and unloading confining pressure *** results show that the salt sample deforms more significantly with the increase of applied temperature and deviatoric *** accelerated creep phase is not occurring until the applied temperature reaches 130℃,and higher temperature is beneficial to the occurrence of accelerated *** describe the specific creep behavior,a novel three-dimensional(3D)creep constitutive model is developed that incorporates the thermal and mechanical variables into mechanical ***,the standard particle swarm optimization(SPSO)method is adopted to fit the experimental data,and the sensibility of key model parameters is analyzed to further illustrate the model *** a result,the model can accurately predict the creep behavior of salt under the coupled thermo-mechanical effect in deep-buried *** on the research results,the creep mechanical behavior of wellbore shrinkage is predicted in deep drilling projects crossing salt layer,which has practical implications for deep rock mechanics problems.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients with gallstones and its effect on the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a).Methods:A total of 82 patients with gallstones admitted from July 2020 to July 2023 were recruited and allocated into control and observation groups using the random number table method,with 41 cases in each *** patients were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,with the anterior triangle anatomical approach to the gallbladder in the control group and the posterior triangle anatomical approach to the gallbladder in the observation *** treatment effect and inflammatory factor levels of both groups were observed and ***:When comparing the clinical outcomes of both patient groups,the key parameters evaluated included time to mobilization,duration of surgery,extubation time,and intraoperative *** observation group exhibited a significant advantage in these parameters compared to the control group(P<0.05).Regarding the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in values before ***,following treatment,patients in the observation group showed significantly lower levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and C-reactive protein(CRP)compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones can benefit from the implementation of the posterior triangular anatomical approach to the gallbladder,which not only enhances therapeutic efficacy but also offers significant advantages in reducing levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and ***,it is recommended for the widespread adoption of this treatment approach in clinical practice.

本文以价格及销售量信号为切入点,考虑在新商品质量存在差异化的条件下,由一个线上零售商和多个消费者构成的两级两阶段供应链。本文针对线上零售商不公开销售量和公开销售量两种不同情况,研究其如何利用价格、销售量向跟随型消费者传递新商品的质量信息,以最大化自身利益。本文通过理论和数值分析表明:对于低质量新商品而言,是否公开销售量信息对于零售商利润无影响。但对于高质量新商品而言,如果消费者对其定高价时新商品质量的信赖程度足够高时,零售商会更愿意不公开销售量,反之则公开。在线上零售商公开销售量的情况下,对于消费者保留价格的差异化程度较高的新商品,定价更高的零售商销售量也更高,而消费者保留价格的差异化程度较低的新商品,则是定价更低的零售商销售量更高。

研究单个制造商在不同渠道中销售产品时面临的产品双维度差异化设计策略选择和定价问题.在考虑横向和纵向双维度的基础上,探讨了制造商三种可能的差异化策略.构建模型证明了在横向和纵向差异化策略下,最优定价策略分别为统一定价和差异化定价.通过对比不同差异化策略发现,当只有单维度差异化策略(即只有横向或纵向差异化中的一种)可供选择时,在一定条件下产品无差异都可能成为最优策略.特别地,在横向差异化策略可供选择条件下,当产品无差异是最优策略时,制造商只选择生产高质量产品;而在纵向差异化情况下结论正好相反,即只选择生产低质量产品.当两个维度的差异化策略同时可供选择时,随着生产成本增大,横向差异化逐渐占优于纵向差异化;当产品横向差异化程度足够大时,无论成本大小,横向差异化都是最优策略.此外,还拓展研究了同时采用横向纵向差异化策略的情况.

Androgenetic alopecia(AGA)is a chronic and progressive form of hair loss characterized by vascular degeneration in the perifollicular microenvironment,leading to cell apoptosis and eventual loss of hair follicles(HFs).Traditional therapeutic formulations,such as Minoxidil(MXD)tincture,have limitations in reshaping the perifollicular microenvironment and exhibit limited ***,we report a multi-synergistic therapeutic platform for high-performance hair regeneration *** platform combines microneedle(MN)patches loaded with MXD-encapsulated nanostructured lipid carriers(MXD-NLC-MNs)and cold atmospheric plasma(CAP).The MNs’mechanical strength enables efficient transdermal delivery of MXD to the targeted dermal papilla cells,promoting cell ***,in collaboration with MXD,the mechanical stimulation exerted by MN application synergistically upregulates the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor,leading to ***,the transient microchannels in the skin created by MNs facilitate the transdermal delivery of CAPgenerated nitric oxide(NO)to the sites of HF lesions,whereby the synergistic interaction between MXD and NO boosts perifollicular ***,the perifollicular microenvironment can be effectively reshaped to accelerate hair regeneration in AGA murine *** multi-synergistic combination therapy strategy would hold great promise for effectively treating AGA and promoting hair regrowth.
