Enantioselective domino alkenylation-alkynylation of olefins is achieved for the first time,using terminal alkynes directly as pronucleophiles.The new reaction enables facile construction of azacycles carrying quaternary stereocenters,including 5–7 membered pyrrolidines,piperidines and tetrahydroazepines.Moreover,alkynyl groups in azacyclic products provide a useful handle for derivatization that formed both fused and bridged azabicycles.

Cryo-electron microscopy(cryo-EM)has emerged as an unprecedented tool to resolve protein structures at atomic resolution.Structural insights of biological samples not accessible by conventional X-ray crystallography and NMR can be explored with cryo-EM because measurements are carried out under near-native crystal-free conditions,and large protein complexes with conformational and compositional heterogeneity are readily resolved.RNA has remained underexplored in cryo-EM,despite its essential role in various biological processes.This review highlights current challenges and recent progress in using cryo-EM singleparticle analysis to determine protein-free RNA structures,enabled by improvement in sample preparation and integration of multiple structural and biochemical methods.

β-thymosins, a family of highly conserved peptides, play a vital role in wound-healing, angiogenesis,antimicrobial process and antiviral immunity. Three novel β-thymosin-repeat proteins, named mjthm4, mjthm3 and mjthm2, were cloned from marsupenaeus japonicus using expressed sequence tags（EST） from suppression subtractive hybridization. The mjthm4, mjthm3 and mjthm2 c DNAs possessed open reading frames that encoded166, 128 and 90 amino acid residue polypeptides and contained four, three and two β-thymosin actin binding modules, respectively. Blast analysis demonstrated that mjthm4, mjthm3 and mjthm2 shared high homology with known invertebrate multi-repeat β-thymosins. These proteins are ubiquitously expressed in all of the examined tissues, and the transcriptional levels were highest in the intestine. Further investigation revealed that mjthm4,mjthm3 and mjthm2 were remarkably up-regulated 6 h after WSSV infection. Moreover, while mjthm4 transcriptional levels displayed no changes, mjthm3 and mjthm2 levels decreased in the virus-resistant shrimps.The results indicate that mjthm4, mjthm3 and mjthm2 are novel multi-repeat β-thymosin homologues, have a close relationship with WSSV infection, and might contribute to a better understanding of host defense and/or virus invasion interactions in shrimps.

The traffic explosion and the rising of diverse requirements lead to many challenges for traditional mobile network architecture on flexibility, scalability, and deployability. To meet new requirements in the 5 G era, service based architecture is introduced into mobile networks. The monolithic network elements(e.g., MME, PGW, etc.) are split into smaller network functions to provide customized services. However, the management and deployment of network functions in service based 5 G core network are still big challenges. In this paper, we propose a novel management architecture for 5 G service based core network based on NFV and SDN. Combined with SDN, NFV and edge computing, the proposed framework can provide distributed and on-demand deployment of network functions, service guaranteed network slicing, flexible orchestration of network functions and optimal workload allocation. Simulations are conducted to show that the proposed framework and algorithm are effective in terms of reducing network operating cost.

The explosive increase of smart devices and mobile traffic results intolerable network latency and degraded service to the end-users. in heavy burden on backhaul and core network, As a complement to core network, edge network contributes to relieving network burden and improving user experience. To investigate the problem of optimizing the total consumption in an edge-core network, the system consumption minimization problem is fromulated, considering the energy consumption and delay. Given that the formulated problem is a mixed nonlinear integer programming （MNIP） , a low-complexity workload allocation algorithm is proposed based on interior-point method. The proposed algorithm has an extremely short running time in practice. Finally, simulation results show that edge network can significantly complement core network with much reduced backhaul energy consumption and delay.

Triptolide（TPL/TL） is a natural drug with novel anticancer effects. Preclinical studies indicated that TPL inhibits cell proliferation, induces cell apoptosis, inhibits tumor metastasis and enhances the effect of other therapeutic methods in various cancer cell lines. Multiple molecules and signaling pathways, such as caspases, heat-shock proteins, NF-κB, and deoxyribonucleic acid（DNA） repair-associated factors, are associated with the anti-cancer effect. TPL also improves chemoradiosensitivity in cancer therapy. Phase I trials indicate the potential clinical value of TPL use. However, further trials with larger sample sizes are needed to confirm these results.

The aim of the present work was to evaluate the anaerobic ammonium oxidation （anammox） activity of simultaneous partial nitrification, anammox and denitrification （SNAD） biofilm with different substrate concentrations and pH values. Kaldnes rings taken from the SNAD biofilm reactor were incubated in batch tests to determine the anammox activity. Haldane model was applied to investigate the ammonium inhibition on anammox process. As for nitrite inhibition, the NH4-N removal rate of anammox process remained 87.4% of the maximum rate with the NO2-N concentration of 100 mg/L. Based on the results of Haldane model, no obvious difference in kinetic coefficients was observed under high or low free ammonia （FA） conditions, indicating that ammonium rather than FA was the true inhibitor for anammox process of SNAD biofilm. With the pH value of 7.0, the rmax, KS and K of ammonium were 0.209 kg NO2-N/kg VSS/day, 9.5 mg/L and 422 rag/L, respectively. The suitable pH ranges for anammox process were B.0 to 9.0. These results indicate that the SNAD biofilm performs excellent tolerance to adverse conditions.

The nitritation performance of biofilm reactor for treating domestic wastewater under high dissolved oxygen

The objective of this study was to investigate the nitritation performance in a biofilm reactor for treating domestic wastewater.The reactor was operated in continuous feed mode from phases 1 to 3.The dissolved oxygen（DO）was controlled at 3.5–7 mg/L throughout the experiment.The biofilm reactor showed excellent nitritation performance after the inoculation of nitrifying sludge,with the hydraulic retention time being reduced from 24 to 7 hr.Above 90%nitrite accumulation ratio（NAR）was maintained in phase 1.Afterwards,nitratation occurred with the low NH4^＋–N concentration in the reactor.The improvement of NH4^＋–N concentration to 20–35 mg/L had a limited effect on the recovery of nitritation.However,nitritation recovered rapidly when sequencing batch feed mode was adopted in phase 4,with the effluent NH4^＋-N concentration above 7 mg/L.The improvement of ammonia oxidizing bacteria（AOB）activity and the combined inhibition effect of free ammonia（FA）and free nitrous acid（FNA）on the nitrite oxidizing bacteria（NOB）were two key factors for the rapid recovery of nitritation.Sludge activity was obtained in batch tests.The results of batch tests had a good relationship with the long term operation performance of the biofilm reactor.

基于我国普通高等院校高水平运动队的创办初衷,审视高水平运动队近29年的发展历程发现:其办队绩效特别低下,处于"名存实亡"的状态;并伴随其衍生国家竞技体育资源浪费、高等教育不公平等现象逐渐突显。为此,本研究从转轨改制的思想入手,就高水平运动队转轨改制的必要性、转轨改制路径选择、转轨改制要解决的现实问题、转轨改制后如何运行等问题进行了探讨。研究认为:将高水平运动队的建设基地由原来的"普通高校"转变为"高等体育院校";将管理组织机构由原来的"教育部和体育总局共同管理"转变为"体育总局管理",实现国家竞技体育院校化模式的可持续发展。

随着我国社会转型和经济转轨,高等教育相应地颁布了扩招政策。此政策实施以来,竞技体育优秀运动员培养模式由原来的基层体育运动学校逐向普通高校高水平运动队转变,自1987年至2014年我国已有275所普通高等体育院校建立高水平运动队伍,但高水平运动队伍建设绩效仍然处于较低层次的发展,难以肩负起国家竞技体育事业发展的重任。针对其当前现状,主要从招收院校的地域分布、运行管理结构、运动员现状特征、教练员执教能力和管理制度等方面进行探讨分析,并针对这种状况提出了优化措施,期待能够为普通高校高水平运动队可持续发展提供理论基础。
