Utilizing EMR Data for Smoking Behavior Surveillance in Hospitalized Patients With Chronic Respiratory Diseases and Its Impact on Clinical Outcomes—Beijing Municipality,China,2014–2023

For measuring a certain solute’s concentration distribution in counter current chromatography tube,a numerical model was suggested for calculation of the retention volume (V) and simulation of ***-Stage ratio(RSR) was introduced to describe retention time;it has positive proportion to the retention time(RSR =(F/V)t,where F is the flow rate;V is the balance mobile phase volume;t is time.).RSR(RSR =[(1-S+ kS)/(1 - S)](1 -1/n), where S is the retention ratio of stationary phase,n is stages number.) is a constant for a specified k value for a large number of stages(k value is defined as the proportion of concentration in the stationary phase and mobile phase).For a certain material,the concentration distribution is a Negative Binomial(x= Cpqx,where x is the concentration for a solute which distribution ratio is k,x is the initial concentration,p=(1-S)/(1-S+kS), q = kS/(1-S+kS)).For some solvent system,the consumed time for the balance of the solvents is very long and the consumption of solvents is costly,solvents reuse became very important,especially for the balanced ***-feed is essential for such a time and money consumed *** numerical model can predict the optimal feed *** influence to the process for the amount of a feeding solute is discussed *** efficiency(E),which was defined as E = n/n(n is stages,which can be measured by the equation n=1/2πqX,where X is the dimensionless concentration.),was introduced to determine the effect to the spectrum by different k values of different components.

Though Zn-air batteries(ZABs)are one of the most promising system for energy storage and conversion,challenge still persists in its commercial application due to the sluggish kinetics of oxygen reduction/evolution reaction(ORR/OER).Hereby,a polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)-assisted pyrolysis strategy is proposed to develop a novel corrugated plate-like bifunctional electrocatalyst using two-dimensional zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(2D ZIF-67)as the *** employed PVDF plays an important role in inheriting the original 2D structure of ZIF-67 and modulating the composition of the final *** a result,a corrugated plate-like electrocatalyst,high-density Co nanoparticles decorated 2D Co,N,and F tri-doped carbon nanosheets,can be *** acquired electrocatalyst enables efficient active sites and rapid mass transfer simultaneously,thus showing appreciable electrocatalytic performance for rechargeable Zn-air ***,our proposed strategy offers a new perspective to the design of advanced oxygen electrocatalysts.

The plant genome produces an extremely large collection of long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)that are generally expressed in a context-specific manner and have pivotal roles in regulation of diverse biological ***,we mapped the transcriptional heterogeneity of lncRNAs and their associated gene reg-ulatory networks at single-cell *** generated a comprehensive cell atlas at the whole-organism level by integrative analysis of 28 published single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)datasets from juvenile Arabidopsis *** then provided an in-depth analysis of cell-type-related lncRNA signatures that show expression patterns consistent with canonical protein-coding gene *** further demon-strated that the cell-type-specific expression of lncRNAs largely explains their tissue *** addi-tion,we predicted gene regulatory networks on the basis of motif enrichment and co-expression analysis of lncRNAs and mRNAs,and we identified putative transcription factors orchestrating cell-type-specific expression of *** analysis results are available at the single-cell-based plant lncRNA atlas data-base(scPLAD;https://***/scPLAD/).Overall,this work demonstrates the power of inte-grative single-cell data analysis applied to plant lncRNA biology and provides fundamental insights into lncRNA expression specificity and associated gene regulation.

The emerging of single-atom catalysts(SACs)offers a great opportunity for the development of advanced energy storage and conversion devices due to their excellent activity and durability,but the actual mass production of high-loading SACs is still ***,a facile and green boron acid(H_(3)BO_(3))-assisted pyrolysis strategy is put forward to synthesize SACs by only using chitosan,cobalt salt and H_(3)BO_(3)as precursor,and the effect of H_(3)BO_(3)is deeply *** results show that molten boron oxide derived from H_(3)BO_(3)as ideal high-temperature carbonization media and blocking media play important role in the synthesis *** a result,the acquired Co/N/B tri-doped porous carbon framework(Co-N-B-C)not only presents hierarchical porous structure,large specific surface area and abundant carbon edges but also possesses high-loading single Co atom(4.2 wt.%),thus giving rise to outstanding oxygen catalytic *** employed as a catalyst for air cathode in Zn-air batteries,the resultant Co-N-B-C catalyst shows remarkable power density and long-term ***,our work gains deep insight into the role of H_(3)BO_(3)and provides a new avenue to synthesis of high-performance SACs.

含砷尾矿中砷(As)及伴生元素铊(Tl)等毒性元素易向周边水和土壤介质中迁移,揭示尾矿中毒性元素的矿相特征及其释放机制具有重要意义。本研究以某雄黄矿区含砷尾矿为研究对象,结合化学分析、矿物学表征等手段,通过静态浸出实验探究含砷尾矿中As和Tl的矿相特征及其释放机制。研究结果表明,含砷尾矿中As和Tl的环境行为明显受到其矿相特征及赋存形态影响。矿物学分析结果显示尾矿中As的主要矿物相为砷铂矿和砷铁矿,矿物解离度表明砷矿物处于风化状态,As释放风险较高;而Tl则以伴生元素形式存在于Ca、Mn和Mg等矿物相中,这些矿物的沉淀溶解控制着尾矿中Tl的释放。尾矿中As主要以铁锰氧化物结合态和有机结合态存在,Tl主要以铁锰氧化物结合态和残渣态存在。酸性浸出条件下金属的活性态比例增高,可交换态As由0.29%上升至1.67%,可交换态Tl从5.46%升高至8.67%;尾矿中As释放加强而Tl受到抑制,表明尾矿中As与Tl释放存在竞争关系。As的浸出符合双常数模型,为多因素控制的物理和化学过程;Tl的浸出符合抛物线扩散模型,由结构掺入和表面吸附等扩散机制控制。本研究明确了含砷尾矿As和Tl的释放特性、化学形态转变及矿物相特征,为含砷尾矿中As和Tl污染风险控制提供了科学依据。

作为超临界二氧化碳(SCO_(2))布雷顿循环的核心动力部件,准确分析近临界工况下压缩机的气动热力性能及损失特性对循环的高效运行至关重要。SCO_(2)压缩机在近临界点工作时易发生凝结,且凝结过程具有非平衡性,因此本文建立了基于欧拉–欧拉源项的SCO_(2)非平衡冷凝模型,并与平衡冷模型对比,评估了非平衡冷凝过程对SCO_(2)离心压缩机气动热力性能的影响。结果表明,非平衡冷凝模型对压缩机效率预测的结果更加准确;此外,非平衡的冷凝过程将导致压缩机的实际进口流量增加并使压缩机更快到达近喘振工况。
