Indian hematite fines are normally characterized by high iron grade and minor impurities, which are usually used for sinter fines. With macroscale operations technology of blast furnace in Indian, pellets, as a kind of high-quality materials, attract more and more attention. However, the hematite fines possess the coarse size. Hence, they inevitably need to be further finely ground for pelletizing before balling. The grinding behavior of Indian hematite fines was revealed by conducting the ball milling tests and determining the Bond ball mill work index （Wi）. The results show that Indian hematite fines have an excellent grindability with Wi of only 7.40-7.73 kWh/t, indicating that ball milling is an economically viable way to pretreat Indian hematite fines. Nonetheless, due to poor sedimentation and filtering properties of wet ground products, the dry ball milling is more appropriate to process Indian hematite fines. In addition, the superior quality green balls can be manufactured with dry ground products under the conditions of 0.5% bentonite dosage, 7.5% moisture and balling for 12 min, which further confirmed that the recommended pellet feed preparation technique is reasonable.

Tungsten(W) has been received much attention,since it is regarded as one of the most promising plasma facing materials for fusion *** are two typical morphologies of unirradiated polycrystalline W,which have the equiaxed and columnar grains,***,the role of arrangement of grain boundary(GB) in absorbing irradiation-generated point defects is still waiting to be *** current investigation,irradiation-induced void formations in W with equiaxed and columnar microstructures are predicted,respectively,using the developed phase-field *** significant kinetic behavior,such as the generation and annihilation of point defects and the interaction between point defects and GB,is reasonably *** density,size and porosity of void formed in these two microstructures are examined and analyzed according to the effects of GB ratio,temperature and damage *** analytical results show that higher GB ratio can effectively reduce void porosity,and the columnar-grained structure has better irradiation resistance than that of the equiaxed one in the case of small grain *** importantly,the predicted void sizes changed with temperature and damage rate agree well with the experimentally measured *** work has a more beneficial contribution to the microstructural improvement of International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor-grade W.

Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin *** diversity and heterogeneity of immune cells in human skin have been studied in recent years,but the spatial distribution of immune cells at the single-cell level in the human psoriatic epidermis and dermis remains *** this study,we mapped psoriatic skin immune cells from paired lesional,perilesional,and nonlesional skin samples using mass *** dendritic cells(DCs)were found in the psoriatic epidermis and *** dermal CD1c^(+)CD11b^(+)cDC2s migrated to the epidermis in the perilesional skin during the preinitiation ***1c^(+)CD11b^(+)cDC2s rapidly replaced EpCAM^(+)CD11c^(low) LC cells and initiated ***,CD207^(+)CD11c^(hi) LC and CD5^(+)T cells accumulated in the psoriatic epidermis and orchestrated epidermal inflammation in *** immune cell pool in the psoriatic dermis primarily included APCs and T ***,unlike that in the dermis,the epidermal immune environment was more significant and coincided with the inflammation occurring during psoriasis.

Covalent triazine framework nanosheets (CTF NSs),an emerging class of two-dimensional nanomaterials,have received great attention due to their abundant active sites,permanent porosity,molecular structural diversity,superior chemical/thermal stability,and short charge diffusion path,enabling technological breakthroughs in a myriad of applications. The forefront developments and applications of CTF NSs as photocatalysts and electrochemical electrodes have conferred superior performance and made great impact in the field of energy and advanced catalysis. This forward-looking review aims to summarize the research trends,synthesis,properties of CTF NSs and their CTF counterpart,and highlight their progress in applications with respect to energy storage and conversion devices. Finally,the current challenges and future perspectives for CTF NSs are also presented.

α-AlH_(3)is regarded as one of the most promising hydrogen storage materials due to its high hydrogen storage capacity(10.1 wt.%,148 kg·m^(-3)).However,in practical applications,the associated hydrogen release temperature remains relatively *** effectively address this issue,hollow structured Fe@C nanorods derived from Fe-MOF are introduced as highly efficient catalyst to optimize the dehydrogenation properties ofα-AlH_(3).Comparatively,the initial hydrogen release temperature ofα-AlH_(3)+3 wt.%Fe@C is reduced to 94.2℃,which is significantly lower than that of pureα-AlH_(3)(137.8℃).At 100 and 120℃,it exhibits hydrogen capacities of 5.38 wt.%and 7.47 wt.%,respectively,whereas pureα-AlH_(3)only delivers hydrogen capacities of 0.24 wt.%and 5.94 wt.%under the same *** density functional theory(DFT)calculations further indicate that the existence of Fe@C catalyst can make the length of Al-H bond increase,which is more conducive to the release of *** results show that the synergistic effect of Fe and porous carbon in Fe@C nanorods can improve the hydrogen desorption kinetics ofα-AlH_(3),providing a good prospect for the application ofα-AlH_(3)in hydrogen storage fields.

Near-infrared(NIR)hyperspectral imaging is a powerful technique that enables the capture of three-dimensional(3D)spectra-spatial information within the NIR spectral range,offering a wide array of ***,the high cost associated with InGaAs focal plane array(FPA)has impeded the widespread adoption of NIR hyperspectral *** this challenge,in this study,we adopt an alternative approach—single-pixel detection for NIR hyperspectral *** investigation reveals that single-pixel detection outperforms conventional FPA,delivering a superior signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)for both spectral and imaging *** implement this strategy,we leverage self-assembled colloidal quantum dots(CQDs)and a digital micromirror device(DMD)for NIR spectral and spatial information multiplexing,complemented by single-pixel detection for simultaneous spectral and image *** experimental results demonstrate successful NIR hyperspectral imaging with a detection window about 600 nm and an average spectral resolution of 8.6 nm with a pixel resolution of 128×*** resulting spectral and spatial data align well with reference instruments,which validates the effectiveness of our *** circumventing the need for expensive and bulky FPA and wavelength selection components,our solution shows promise in advancing affordable and accessible NIR hyperspectral imaging technologies,thereby expanding the range of potential applications.

Surface/interface engineering of a multimetallic nanostructure with diverse electrocatalytic properties for direct liquid fuel cells is desirable yet ***,using visible light,a class of quaternary Pt_(1)Ag_(0.1)Bi_(0.16)Te_(0.29)ultrathin nanosheets is fabricated and used as high-performance anode electrocatalysts for formic acid-/alcohol-air fuel *** modified electronic structure of Pt,enhanced hydroxyl adsorption,and abundant exterior defects afford Pt_(1)Ag_(0.1)Bi_(0.16)Te_(0.29)/C high intrinsic anodic electrocatalytic activity to boost the power densities of direct formic acid-/methanol-/ethanol-/ethylene glycol-/glycerol-air fuel cells,and the corresponding peak power density of Pt_(1)Ag_(0.1)Bi_(0.16)Te_(0.29)/C is respectively 129.7,142.3,105.4,124.3,and 128.0 mW cm^(-2),considerably outperforming Pt/*** in situ Fourier transform infrared reflection spectroscopy reveals that formic acid oxidation on Pt_(1)Ag_(0.1)Bi_(0.16)Te_(0.29)/C occurs via a CO_(2)-free direct *** functional theory calculations show that the presence of Ag,Bi,and Te in Pt_(1)Ag_(0.1)Bi_(0.16)Te_(0.29)suppresses CO^(*)formation while optimizing dehydrogenation steps and synergistic effect and modified Pt effectively enhance H_(2)O dissociation to improve electrocatalytic *** synthesis strategy can be extended to 43 other types of ultrathin multimetallic nanosheets(from ternary to octonary nanosheets),and efficiently capture precious metals(i.e.,Pd,Pt,Rh,Ru,Au,and Ag)from different water sources.

Unbalanced private set intersection with linear communication complexity

The private set intersection(PSI) protocol allows two parties holding a set of integers to compute the intersection of their sets without revealing any additional information to each other. The unbalanced PSI schemes consider a specific setting where a client holds a small set of the size n and a server holds a much larger set of the size m(n ■ m). The communication overhead of state-of-the-art balanced PSI schemes is O(m + n) and the unbalanced PSI schemes are O(nlogm). In this paper, we propose a novel secure unbalanced PSI protocol based on a hash proof system. The communication complexity of our protocol grows only linearly with the size of the small set. In other words, our protocol achieves communication overhead of O(n). We test the performance on a personal computer(PC) machine with a local area network(LAN)setting for the network. The experimental results demonstrate that the client only takes 2.01 s of online computation, 4.27 MB of round trip communication to intersect 1600 pieces of 32-bit integers with 220pieces of 32-bit integers with the security parameter λ = 512. Our protocol is efficient and can be applied to resource-constrained devices, such as cell phones.
