电商直播中主播情绪沟通与认知沟通对消费者直播购买行为的影响

随着电商直播模式的不断发展与成熟,主播直播时的话术内容已成为影响消费者直播购买行为的关键因素。本研究以信息加工理论为基础,探讨了主播的积极情绪沟通、消极情绪沟通以及认知沟通如何影响消费者的直播购买行为。本研究通过收集电商直播间的真实数据进行分析,并采用实验室实验做进一步验证,研究发现积极情绪沟通和认知沟通对消费者直播购买行为有正向作用,且两者存在交互效应;此外,研究还发现主播类型(企业主播和名人主播)和商品类型(私有消费品和公开消费品)在其中存在调节效应,情绪沟通更容易在名人主播和公开消费品上产生影响,认知沟通更容易在企业主播和私有消费品上发挥作用。因此,本研究丰富了电商直播领域的情绪与认知研究,拓展了信息加工理论在电商直播场景中的实践应用,研究结论对主播的直播话术制定、企业的直播策略选择以及观众的理性购物都具有重要指导意义。

Increasing popularity of spectrum-based services brings the striking contradictions between the limited spectrum resource and its increasing *** paper puts forward an approach to forecast the future spectrum demand and its economic value,so as to offer a scientific basis for spectrum regulators to resolve this contradiction effectively and make a long-term spectrum-use ***,this paper analyzes the driving factors of spectrum demand firstly,based on which a forecasting model is constructed to predict the spectrum demand and its deficit/surplus in the next few ***,a forecasting model to measure the economic value of spectrum is proposed based on marginal opportunity cost theory,and the indifference curve is introduced to show the economic value generated by additional ***,an empirical study is conducted to forecast the spectrum demand and its economic value for china in the next 10 years according to the proposed *** results of this study show that spectrum deficit is a trend in future and releasing additional spectrum will bring china huge economic benefits.

The effects of customers' social ties on switching costs have recently attracted researchers' *** study formally included customers' social ties as a new antecedent to supplement those elucidated by Burnham in *** empirical research,this study successfully verified the reliability and validity of items created to measure social ties,and it demonstrated the facilitating effects of social ties as an antecedent on customers' procedural and relational switching ***,the study lists managerial implications aimed at retaining customers through knowledge of this added antecedent.

基于计算机电磁辐射的实测结果,对计算机视频信号的电磁辐射机理进行建模,利用计算电磁学的方法计算了计算机视频信号的远场电磁辐射;提出了利用FDTD (时域有限差分) 计算电磁辐射伴随的噪声衰落的方法,表述了随机噪声的时变和远场特性;最后针对具有20dB噪声的泄漏电磁波进行软件模拟处理,利用同步、滤波、锁相、识别和重构等技术获得了再现的文字图像,研究了电磁信息泄漏现象,讨论了有关的规律。

This paper introduces an adaptive traffic allocation scheme with cooperation of multiple Radio Access Networks (RANs) in universal wireless *** different cooperation scenarios are studied,and based on the scenario of cooperation in both network layer and terminal layer,an open queuing system model,which is aiming to depict the characteristics of packet loss rate of wireless communication networks,is proposed to optimize the traffic allocation *** analysis and numerical simulations indicate that the proposed scheme achieves inter-networking load balance tominimize the whole transmission delay and expands the communication ability of single-mode terminals to support high data rate traffics.

In this paper,we propose a systemic architecture of network selection based on context-awareness services,which gathers contextual information that includes such network information,user information and local *** network selection strategy considers the Quality of Service(QoS) and user ***,it perceives contexts such as speed,coverage percentage and location,etc.,and it eventually performs network selection decision making and network execution based on multiple *** the perspective of network decision,it presents two network selection algorithms,namely the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method and multiple attribute decision making using the TOPSIS evaluation *** simulations suggest that network selection based on the mathematics evaluation method is much faster than the TOPSIS evaluation ***,the TOPSIS evaluation method is practically more *** network selection method based on context-awareness provides an effective and flexible network vertical handover strategy,and ensures a good accuracy and efficiency.

This paper discussed the differences of context-aware service between the cloud computing environment and the traditional service *** the above differences,the paper subsequently analyzed the changes of context-aware service during preparation,organization and delivery,as well as the resulting changes in service acceptance of *** of these changes,the context-aware service modes in the cloud computing environment change are intelligent,immersive,highly interactive,and *** to active and responded service,and authorization and non-authorized service,the paper drew a case diagram of context-aware service in Unified Modeling Language(UML) and established four categories of context-aware service modes.
