Analyses toward factors influencing sealing clearance of a metal rubber seal and derivation of a calculation formula

Sealing clearance is a key factor for a metal rubber seal＇s sealability. The expansion coef- ficient and expansion deformation in the radial direction of metal rubber have been obtained through a thermal expansion experiment of metal rubber. The influence of the elastic modulus to the sealing clearance has been analyzed theoretically. By combining the temperature and elasticity factors of metal rubber with the elastic mechanics theory, the calculation formula of the sealing clearance has been derived, and the values of the sealing clearance and the leakage rate in certain working conditions have been calculated. Experimental results are consistent with calculation results in a high degree. The calculation formula of the sealing clearance can explain the influences of the temperature and elastic modulus factors of metal rubber on the sealing clearance. It can pro- vide guidance for the study of sealing mechanism of metal rubber seals.

Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)is a severe globally distributed liver disease that could occur at any *** menstrual blood-derived stem cells(MenSCs)have shown therapeutic effect in acute lung injury and liver ***,their role in the curative effect of AIH remains ***,a classic AIH mouse model was constructed through intravenous injection with concanavalin A(Con A).MenSCs were intravenously injected while Con A injection in the treatment *** results showed that the mortality by Con A injection was significantly decreased by MenSCs treatment and liver function tests and histological analysis were also *** results of phosphoproteomic analysis and RNA-seq revealed that MenSCs improved AIH,mainly by apoptosis and c-Jun N-terminal kinase/mitogen-activated protein signaling *** analysis demonstrated that the protein expression of cleaved caspase 3 was increased by Con A injection and reduced by MenSCs transplantation,consistent with the TUNEL staining *** AML12 co-culture system and JNK inhibitor(SP600125)were used to verify the JNK/MAPK and apoptosis signaling *** findings suggested that MenSCs could be a promising strategy for AIH.

Primary hepatocytes(PHCs)are widely used in various fields,but the progressive deterioration of liverspecific features in vitro significantly limits their *** the transcriptional regulation and whole cell proteome(WCP)of PHCs have been extensively studied,only a small number of studies have addressed the role of posttranslational modifications in this *** elucidate the underlying mechanisms that induce dedifferentiation,we carried out parallel quantifications of the transcriptome,WCP,ubiquitinome,and phosphoproteome of rat PHCs after 0,6,12,24,and 48 h of in vitro *** data constitute a detailed proteomic analysis of dedifferentiated PHCs including 2196 proteins,2056 ubiquitinated sites,and 4932 phosphorylated *** revealed a low correlation between the transcriptome and WCP during dedifferentiation.A combined analysis of the ubiquitinome with the corresponding WCP indicated that the dedifferentiation of PHCs led to an increase in nondegradative K27 *** analysis of the altered phosphoproteins suggested a significant enrichment in *** all,404 proteins with both ubiquitination and phosphorylation were identified to be involved in critical metabolic ***,Ptbph Hnqjd,Hnrnpu,and Srrm2 were identified as hub *** together,our data provide new insights into proteome dynamics during PHC dedifferentiation and potential targets to inhibit the dedifferentiation process.

Background and Aims:1,5-Anhydroglucitol(1,5AG)activ-ity has been reported in chronic liver *** B vi-rus(HBV)-related acute-on-chronic liver failure(HBV-ACLF)patients have a high *** aimed to discover the re-lationship between serum 1,5AG and the prognosis of ***:Serum 1,5AG levels were determined in 333 patients with HBV-ACLF,300 without diabetes were allo-cated to derivation(n=206)and validation cohorts(n=94),and 33 were recruited to evaluate 1,5AG in those with *** patients with chronic hepatitis B,40 with liver cir-rhosis,and 40 healthy people were controls in the validation ***:In the derivation and validation cohorts,serum 1,5AG levels were significantly lower in nonsurvivors than in *** AUC of 1,5AG for 28-day mortality was *** patients with diabetes,serum 1,5AG levels were also significantly lower in nonsurvivors than in *** multivariate Cox regression analysis,serum 1,5AG levels were independently associated with 28-day mortal-ity.A novel predictive model(ACTIG)based on 1,5AG,age,TB,cholesterol,and INR was derived to predict *** ACTIG,the AUC for 28-day mortality was 0.914,which was superior to some prognostic score *** was also comparable to those prognostic score models in pre-dicting 6-month *** mice with D-galactosamine/lipopolysaccharide-induced liver failure,1,5AG levels were significantly reduced in serum and significantly increased in urine and liver ***:Serum 1,5AG levels are a promising predictor of short-term mortality in HBV-ACLF *** 1,5AG distribution changed in mice with D-galactosamine/lipopolysaccharide-induced liver failure.

Partial liver resection is an established treatment for hepatic ***,surgical bleeding,intra-abdominal adhesion and rapid liver regeneration are still major challenges after partial liver resection,associated with morbidity and ***,a biomimetic hybrid hydrogel,composed of oxidized hyaluronic acid,glycol chitosan and MenSCs-derived conditioned medium(CM),is presented to address these *** hybrid hydrogel is formed through reversible Schiff base,and possesses injectability and self-healing ***,hybrid hydrogel exhibits the capabilities of hemostasis,anti-infection,tissue adhesion and controllable release of *** on in vivo studies of the multifunctional hybrid hydrogel,it is demonstrated that acute bleeding in partial liver resection can be ceased immediately by virtue of the hemostasis features of hybrid ***,a significant reduction of intra-abdominal adhesion is confirmed in hybrid hydrogel-treated resection ***,upon the treatment of hybrid hydrogel,hepatic cell proliferation and tissue regeneration can be significantly improved due to the controllably released cytokines from MenSCs-derived CM,exerting the effects of mitogenesis and anti-inflammation in ***,the biomimetic hybrid hydrogel can be a promising candidate with great potential for application in partial liver resection.

Background Parvovirus B19 is a single-stranded DNA virus with a 5.6 kilobase DNA genome and a diameter of 22–24nm.1 This virus does not possess an envelope and it is the most pathogenic virus belonging to the family of Parvoviridae that infects human beings.2 The main diseases caused by parvovirus B19 are as follows:(1)infectious erythema(also known as fifth disease,erythema infection),a cause of a common rash in pediatric patients;(2)joint disease;(3)aplastic anemia crisis in patients with chronic hemolytic disease;(4)chronic anemia in immunodeficient patients;(5)fetal hydrops in addition to stillbirth and abortion(fetal death).

Short-term Effects of Nitrogen Deposition on Soil Enzyme Activities in Tibet Grasslands

[Objective] The paper was to study the effects of nitrogen deposition on enzyme activity in different layers of soil. [Method] With grass-land located in Zhuqudeng Village, Bujiu Township, Linzhi City, the Tibet Autonomous Region, as the object, nitrogen deposition was simulated from July 2014 to August 2015. Four N addition treatments were established： control （0 kg·hm^2/a）, low N （LN, 25kg·hm^2/a）, medium N （MN, 50 kg·hm^2/a） and High N （HN, 150 kg·hm^2/a）, aiming at measuring enzyme activity （invertase, catalase, urease, amylase, cellulase, polyphenol oxidase and β-glucosi- dase） in different layers of grassland soil （0 -20 cm and 20-40 cm）. [Result] （1） Different levels of simulated nitrogen deposition had significant impact on invertase and β-glucosidase at the soil depth of 0-20 cm （P〈0.05）, but no significant impact on catalase, urease, amylase, cellulase and polyphenol oxidase（P〉0.05）; invertase, polyphenol oxidase and β-glucosidase had significant response to nitrogen deposition at the soil depth of 20- 40 cm （P〈0.05）, while catalase, urease, amylase and cellulose had no significant response （P〉0.05）. （2） The activities of invertase and polyphenol oxidase were enhanced at the soil depth of 0-20 cm, and that of β-glucosidase was inhibited. （3） With the deepening of nitrogen deposition, the ac- tivities of invertase and cellulose were enhanced at the soil depth of 20-40 cm; the activity of polyphenol oxidase was reduced in LN treatment, but increased in HN treatment; the activity of β-glucosidase was increased in LN treatment, but decreased in MN treatment. （4） With the deepening of soil layers, invertase and polyphenol oxidase responded similarly to simulated nitrogen deposition. [Conclusion] The results provide certain scientific basis and fundamental data for better understanding and evaluating the effects of nitrogen deposition on enzyme activity in grassland soil.

The simulated nitrogen deposition [control check （CBQ, 0 kg＇hm^2 /a; low nitrogen （LN）, 25 kg-hm^2 /a; medium nitrogen （MN）, 50 kg-hm^2/a high nitrogen （HN）, 150 kg·hm^2 /a] was performed from July 2014 to August 2015 in the fotest-gtassland boundary in Zhuqudeng Village, Bujiu Township, Iinzhi City, Tibet Autonomous Regioii to analyze the activity of enzymes （invertase, catalase, ufease, amylase, cellukse, polyphenol oxidase, and p-glucosidase） in soil layers of 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm and explore die effect of different levels of nitrogen deposition on enzyme activity different layers of soiL The results showed tiiat＇ ① different levels of simulated nitrogen deposition had rematkable effects on sucrase, amylase, cellukse, polyphenol oxidase and p-gjucosidase in the soil layer of 0-20 cm （p 〈 0.05） and unrematkable effects on catalase and urease （p 〉 0.05）; in the soil layer of 2CM0 cm, the response made by suctase, catalase, urease, amylase, cellulase, polyphenol oxidase and p-glucosidase to nitrogen deposition reached a significant level 〈 0.05）.② In the soil layer of 0-20 cm, the activity of ufease and polyphenol oxidase reduced under LN treatment and enhanced under HN treatment, and the activity of invertase, catalase, amylase, cellulose, and p-glucosidase was inhibited by nitrogen deposition. ③In the soil layer of 2CM0 cm, the activity of polyphenol oxidase and p-glucosidase reduced under under LN treatment and enhanced under HN treatment, and the activity of invertase, catalase, urease, amylase, and cellulase was inhibited by nitrogen deposition. ④ With the deepening of the boundary soil layer （from 0-20 cm to 20-40 cm）, urease and pucosidase made different responses to the different levels of nitrogen deposition, while invertase, catakse, amylase, cellulose, and polyphenol oxidase showed the same response to nitrogen deposition.

Field intensity dependence of the dissociative multiple ionization of argon dimers in strong femtosecond laser fields

The dissociative ionization of Ar dimers is investigated in femtosecond laser fields with intensities from 260 to 1020 TW/*** three-dimensional momentum and kinetic-energy release of fragmental ions generated from the channels Ar22+→Ar++Ar+,Ar23+→Ar2++Ar+, and Ar24+→Ar2++Arwere measured with a cold-target recoil-ion momentum spectrometer. It is shown that the laser intensity significantly modulates the kinetic energies and angular distributions of fragmental ions from dissociative double ionization. Laser-induced charge-transfer following one-site double ionization contributes relatively more to the dissociative double ionization at lower laser intensity. The calculation results of a one-dimensional model based on the WKB approximation suggest that the charge transfer is suppressed at higher laser intensity due to the core polarization effect. In addition, double,triple, and quadruple dissociative ionizations of Ar dimers are accompanied by frustrated-tunneling ionization that increases with the laser intensity.
