As a result of climate change and increasing engineering activities, soil-related disasters such as slope failures and sandstorms have become more frequent worldwide. These disasters have caused not only loss of life, but also have led to serious economic losses as well as ecological and environmental damage. To sustain mankind, a new discipline, eco-geotechnics, has rapidly become established and developed in recent years. It integrates scientific knowledge from soil mechanics, rock mechanics,ecology, biology, and atmospheric science to develop cross-disciplinary theories and carry out experiments to tackle grand world challenges such as the effects of climate change. Through the development of eco-geotechnics, various eco-friendly technologies have been developed to mitigate sandstorms and to improve the performance of earthen structures such as embankments, slopes and landfill covers. This state-of-the-art review introduces and discusses the important advances in the field of eco-geotechnics,covering theoretical developments, laboratory testing, centrifuge modelling, field monitoring and engineering ***, the research gaps and future needs of eco-geotechnics are highlighted and discussed.

目的了解腺病毒相关肝损伤患儿的临床特征及其影响因素。方法2019年4月至2023年4月宁南县人民医院收治的腺病毒感染患儿572例,其中肝损伤组236例,非肝损伤组336例。比较两组患儿的临床资料,多因素logistic回归分析腺病毒相关肝损伤患儿的危险因素。结果肝损伤组患儿男性、重症肺炎、胃肠炎、喘息、气促、呼吸困难、心力衰竭、混合感染比例分别为64.0%、19.1%、8.1%、37.3%、27.5%、20.3%、10.6%、53.0%,高于非肝损伤组的55.1%、12.5%、3.9%、25.6%、18.8%、12.8%、6.0%、42.3%;肝损伤组年龄、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、IL-6、ALT、AST、TBil、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和住院时间分别为(2.8±1.0)岁、(28.6±4.4)mg/L、(1.7±0.4)ng/mL、(78.4±20.8)pg/mL、(75.7±25.2)U/L、(162.3±45.6)U/L、(5.6±2.1)μmol/L、(18.1±10.3)U/L、(645.2±501.2)U/L和(10.5±2.3)d,高于非肝损伤组的(3.1±1.1)岁、(25.3±3.8)mg/L、(1.2±0.2)ng/mL、(36.5±16.3)pg/mL、(46.8±12.5)U/L、(124.6±40.3)U/L、(4.9±2.3)μmol/L、(12.4±8.6)U/L、(354.6±98.7)U/L和(8.1±1.6)d;肝损伤组支气管炎比例、Hb、IL-10分别为29.7%、(114.8±12.1)g/L、(1.08±0.4)pg/mL,低于非肝损伤组的30.1%、(119.4±10.5)g/L、(2.3±0.5)pg/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重症肺炎[OR(95%CI):2.563(1.112~5.906)]、GGT[OR(95%CI):1.982(1.054~3.725)]、LDH[OR(95%CI):2.100(1.056~4.179)]是患儿发生肝损伤的独立危险因素。结论腺病毒相关肝损伤以年龄低的男性患儿常见,重症肺炎患儿肝损伤发生率高,临床症状以发热为主,重症肺炎、GGT、LDH是腺病毒相关肝损伤的影响因素。

Defect engineering represents one degree of freedom to tune the physical and chemical properties of two-dimensional (2D)***,we demonstrate that the thermal and electronic properties of 2D Bi2O2Se can be optimized simultaneously by introducing oxygen defects.2D Bi2O2Se and its oxygendeficient counterpart (Bi2Ox Se,xng oxygen defects,the thermal conductivity of 2D Bi2O2Se is reduced by nearly three times,achieving an extremely low thermal conductivity of 0.68±0.06 W/mK at room temperature via the thermal bridge *** low thermal conductivity is enabled by the scattering of phonons by targeting of high-,mid-,and low-frequency phonons due to oxygen defects,strong anharmonicity,and nanostructure boundaries,***,the mobility is also improved to 260–500 cm2·V-1·s-1and the usual polar optical phonon scattering in 2D Bi2O2Se is weakened owing to the introduction of oxygen *** results promise potential applications for thermoelectric design,nanoelectronics,and thermal barrier coating devices based on emerging 2D materials.

Influence of dissolved organic carbon on multimedia distribution and toxicity of fipronil and its transformation products in lotic waterways

Environmental fate and ecological impacts of fipronil and its transformation products(FIPs)in aquatic environment have caused worldwide attention,however,the influence of dissolved organic carbon(DOC)on multimedia distribution,bioavailability,and toxicity of FIPs in field waterways was largely ***,we collected 11 companion water and sediment samples along a lotic stream in Guangzhou,South *** were ubiquitous with total water concentrations ranging from 1.22 to 43.2 ng/L(14.8±12.9 ng/L)and fipronil sulfone was predominant in both water and *** than 70%of FIPs in aqueous phase were bound to DOC and the KDOC values of FIPs were approximately 1–2 orders of magnitude higher than K_(d-s)/K_(OC),emphasizing the significance of DOC in phase partitioning and transport of FIPs in aquatic *** and sediment samples were more toxic to Chironomus dilutus than Hyallela azteca,and FIPs(especially fipronil sulfone)pronouncedly contributed toxicity to *** units(TU)based on freely dissolved concentrations in water determined by solid phase microextraction significantly improved toxicity estimation of FIPs to the invertebrates compared to TUs based on aqueous *** present study highlights the significance of DOC association on fate and ecological risk of hydrophobic insecticides in lotic ecosystem.

目的本文對全膝關節置換術後病人硬膜外單次給予嗎啡的鎮痛效果進行了研究。方法研究資料來自澳門鏡湖醫院,2021年4月~2022年8月60例全膝關節置換手術病人隨機分到試驗組(腰硬聯合麻醉:單次蛛網膜下腔注射0.5%布比卡因2-3ml+硬膜外注射嗎啡2mg)和對照組(單次蛛網膜下腔注射0.5%布比卡因2~3ml),兩組患者術中均行關節周圍浸潤。記錄患者術後0~6h、6~12h、12~24h、24~36h、36~48h的NRS(numerical rating scale)疼痛評分以及是否發生瘙癢、尿瀦留、噁心嘔吐、呼吸抑制。結果與對照組相比,試驗組術後48小時内NRS評分≧4分發生率較低(20.0%[6/30]vs.46.7%[14/30]P=0.028),試驗組尿瀦留發生率高於對照組(36.7%[11/30]vs.6.7%[2/30]P=0.005)。結論硬膜外小劑量嗎啡可以減少全膝關節置換術後病人中至重度疼痛發生率,但病人術後尿瀦留風險增加。
