Embryo implantation in both humans and rodents is initiated by the attachment of a blastocyst to the uterine *** blastocyst attachment,the uterine epithelium needs to transform at both the structural and molecular levels first,and then initiate the interaction with *** perturbation during this process will result in implantation failure or long-term adverse pregnancy *** steroid hormones,which function through nuclear receptors,combine with the local molecules produced by the uteri or embryo to facilitate *** insulin-like growth factor(IGF)signaling has been reported to play a vital role during ***,its physiological function during implantation remains *** study revealed that mice with conditional deletion of Igflr gene in uteri suffered from subfertility,mainly due to the disturbed uterine receptivity and abnormal embryo ***,we uncovered that in response to the nidatory estrogen on D4 of pregnancy,the epithelial IGF1R,stimulated by the stromal cell-produced IGF1,facilitated epithelial STAT3 activation to modulate the epithelial ***,embryonic derived IGF2 could activate both the epithelial ERK1/2 and STAT3 signaling through IGF1R,which was critical for the transcription of Cox2 and normal attachment *** brief,our data revealed that epithelial IGF1R was sequentially activated by the uterine stromal IGF1 and embryonic IGF2 to guarantee normal epithelium differentiation during the implantation process.

The title complex ni(C4H5NO4)(C7H6N2)31.75(H2O) (C25H26.5N7niO5.75, Mr = 575.74) has been prepared and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal of this chiral complex belongs to monoclinic, space group P21 with a = 13.208(1), b = 10.741(1), c = 19.398(1) ? b = 104.39(1)o, V = 2665.8(4) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.435 g/cm3, m(MoKa) = 0.780 mm-1 and F(000) = 1198. The final R = 0.0504 and wR = 0.1267 for 9159 observed reflections (I > 2s(I)), and R = 0.065 and wR = 0.1299 for 11006 independent reflections. The complex assumes a distorted octa- hedral coordinate geometry formed by one aspartate dianion and three benzimidazole ligands. The aspartate chelates to the ni atom as a tridentate ligand. The lattice water molecules are hydrogen- bonded to the ni complex molecule.

Directional Breeding of High Itaconic Acid Yielding Strain of <i>Aspergillus terreus</i>with a New Plate Technique

Itaconic acid is commercially produced by the cultivation of Aspergillus terreus using starch hydrolysate as carbon source. The degree of hydrolysis had a great influence on itaconic acid production which was suitable when corn starch was saccharified at 35 DE. The α-amylase was sufficient to drive the starch hydrolysis to the degree. The agar plate assay with LiCl treatment provided a rapid, simple and unequivocal method for screening large numbers of colonies for itaconic acid producing strains. It was learned by experience that the strains on the plates with thick hyphae and light-colored spores often accompanied high itaconic acid production. A strain, designated Ast165, producing itaconic acid with a high yield, was successfully obtained by directional breeding of metabolic end products resistant strains. The itaconic acid concentration produced by Ast165 was 53.8 g/l from 100 g/l of starch hydrolysate in shake flasks. The conversion rate was 61.3%, which was the highest value found in tests.

与传统的误差分析方法相比,基于抽样的不确定性及敏感性分析具有较大的优势。本工作通过耦合DAKOTA程序和水膜蒸发试验数据分析程序,开发了水膜热态试验误差分析方法,计算得到了试验目标参数水膜蒸发换热乘子的不确定性范围,并且分析了试验测量参数的不确定性对蒸发换热乘子不确定性的影响。计算结果表明,水膜入口流量、入口风速以及平板表面温度是主要的不确定性来源。这为优化试验测量系统,减小试验误差提供了定量支持。该方法可以用于其他试验误差分析以及参数重要性分析。
