Due to its properties of mutagenic,teratogenic,and carcinogenic,the detection of furazolidone(FZD)in aquaculture is of great importance for food safety and human *** this study,molecularly imprinted fi lms modifi ed with carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotube-phosphomolybdic acid composite were used to fabricate an electrochemical sensor for the determination of *** nanocomposites were characterized using infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,and X-ray diff *** electrochemical characteristics of the modifi ed electrodes were examined using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,cyclic voltammetry,and diff erential pulse *** sensor exhibited exceptional catalytic *** calibration curves were acquired in the concentration range of 6 nmol·L^(−1)to 0.6μmol·L^(−1),with a limit of detection of 3.38 nmol·L^(−1).Additionally,the sensor proved successful in recognizing FZD in shrimp samples with satisfactory recoveries and *** method provides a strategy to construct a molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensing platform using nanomaterials,w.ich has great promise in the field of food safety.

Cancer stem cells(CSCs)play a crucial role in tumor initiation,recurrence,metastasis,and drug ***,the current understanding of CSCs in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)remains *** a comprehensive analysis of the database,it has been observed that 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase(HMGCR),a critical enzyme involved in cholesterol synthesis,is up-regulated in HCC tissues and liver ***,high expression of HMGCR is associated with a poor prognosis in patients with ***,HMGCR promotes the stemness and metastasis of HCC both in vitro and in *** screening various signaling pathway inhibitors,we have determined that HMGCR regulates stemness and metastasis by activating the Hedgehog signaling in ***,HMGCR positively correlates with the expression of the Smoothened receptor and facilitates the nuclear translocation of the transcriptional activator GLi family zinc finger *** of the Hedgehog pathway can reverse the stimulatory effects of HMGCR on stemness and metastasis in ***,simvastatin,an FDA-approved cholesterol-lowering drug,has been shown to inhibit stemness and metastasis of HCC by targeting *** together,our findings suggest that HMGCR promotes the regeneration and metastasis of HCC through the activation of Hedgehog signaling,and simvastatin holds the potential for clinical suppression of HCC metastasis.

named Entity Recognition(nER)stands as a fundamental task within the field of biomedical text mining,aiming to extract specific types of entities such as genes,proteins,and diseases from complex biomedical texts and categorize them into predefined entity *** process can provide basic support for the automatic construction of knowledge *** contrast to general texts,biomedical texts frequently contain numerous nested entities and local dependencies among these entities,presenting significant challenges to prevailing nER *** address these issues,we propose a novel Chinese nested biomedical nER model based on RoBERTa and Global Pointer(RoBGP).Our model initially utilizes the RoBERTa-wwm-ext-large pretrained language model to dynamically generate word-level initial *** then incorporates a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory network for capturing bidirectional semantic information,effectively addressing the issue of long-distance ***,the Global Pointer model is employed to comprehensively recognize all nested entities in the *** conduct extensive experiments on the Chinese medical dataset CMeEE and the results demonstrate the superior performance of RoBGP over several baseline *** research confirms the effectiveness of RoBGP in Chinese biomedical nER,providing reliable technical support for biomedical information extraction and knowledge base construction.

Based on experiments and first-principles calculations,the microstructures and mechanical properties of as-cast and solution treated Mg-10Gd-4Y-xZn-0.6Zr(x=0,1,2,wt.%)alloys are *** transformation process of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)structure during solidification and heat treatment and its effect on the mechanical properties of experimental alloys are *** reveal that the stacking faults and 18R LPSO phases appear in the as-cast Mg-10Gd-4Y-1Zn-0.6Zr and Mg-10Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.6Zr alloys,*** solution treatment,the stacking faults and 18R LPSO phase transform into 14H LPSO *** Enthalpies of formation and reaction energy of 14H and 18R LPSO are calculated based on *** show that the alloying ability of 18R is stronger than that of *** reaction energies show that the 14H LPSO phase is more stable than the 18R *** elastic properties of the 14H and 18R LPSO phases are also evaluated by first-principles calculations,and the results are in good agreement with the experimental *** precipitation of LPSO phase improves the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the *** solution treatment,the Mg-10Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.6Zr alloy has the best mechanical properties,and its ultimate tensile strength and yield strength are 278.7 MPa and 196.4 MPa,*** elongation of Mg-10Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.6Zr reaches 15.1,w.ich is higher than that of Mg-10Gd-4Y0.6Zr *** improving mechanism of elastic modulus by the LPSO phases and the influence on the alloy mechanical properties are also analyzed.

Proper function of the centromeres ensures correct attachment of kinetochores to spindle microtubules and faithful chromosome segregation in mitosis. Defects in the integrity and function of centromeres can result in chromosome missegregation and genomic ***1 is essential for the mitotic centromere dynamics, yet the underlying molecular mechanisms remain largely unclear. Here, we demonstrate that TiP60 acetylates Bub1 at K424 and K431 on kinetochores in early mitosis. This acetylation increases the kinase activity of Bub1 to phosphorylate centromeric histone H2A at T120(H2Ap T120), w.ich recruits Aurora B and Shugoshin 1(Sgo1) to regulate centromere integrity, protect centromeric cohesion, and ensure the subsequent faithful chromosome segregation. Expression of the nonacetylated Bub1 mutant reduces its kinase activity, decreases the level of H2Ap T120, and disrupts the recruitment of centromere proteins and chromosome congression, leading to genomic instability of daughter cells. when cells exit mitosis, HDAC1-regulated deacetylation of Bub1 decreases H2Ap T120 levels and thereby promotes the departure of centromeric CPC and Sgo1, ensuring timely centromeres disassembly. Collectively, our results reveal a molecular mechanism by w.ich the acetylation and deacetylation cycle of Bub1 modulates the phosphorylation of H2A at T120 for recruitment of Aurora B and Sgo1 to the centromeres, ensuring faithful chromosome segregation during mitosis.

in this paper, Si coatings were sprayed onto C/Si C composite substrates by atmospheric plasma spraying(APS). The high-temperature oxidation behavior of the substrate and coating at temperatures of 1100 and 1300 °C was also studied. The C/Si C ceramic matrix composite will be damaged seriously and even failed due to the oxidation of carbon fibers in matrix. The Si coating effectively improved the oxidation resistance of the C/Si C substrate in the high-temperature oxidation test. The effect of the thickness of the Si coatings on the oxidation resistance was investigated. The 150-μm coating is proved to enable the substrate to have the lowest oxidation w.ight loss and the best oxidation resistance after static oxidation for 5 h.
