To the Editor:Assessment of data appropriateness is a process to answer whether electronic health records(EHRs)from routine healthcare practices couldt intended study purposes,for example,available to be proceeded,with enough individual records,with relevant information able to be extracted from records,etc.[1-3]This has been increasingly underscored as a prerequisite when using EHRs(one important type of real-world data[RWD])for scientic purposes.[4-6]Although controversies remain on the denitions,types and assessment methods of the dimensions of RWD appropriateness,the latest ofcial guidelines(i.e.,from the *** and Drug Administration[FDA][4]and China National Medical Products Administration[NMPA][6])suggest that the assessment start from a preliminary stage on variable existence,and subsequently deepen into the issue of data value(such as missing value,outliers,etc.),as the preliminary assessment is the foundation of the overall RWD appropriateness.[7]Little is known about the appropriateness of EHRs in developing regions,which feature high visit volumes and a great number of ***,this study aimed to preliminarily investigate RWD appropriateness from hospitals in developing regions from the perspective of core variables’comparison.

背景甲状腺癌(TC)是内分泌系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病率增长迅速。甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)是最常见的甲状腺癌类型,占所有TC的80%。尽管手术治疗、放射性碘治疗、促甲状腺激素(TSH)抑制治疗和新型靶向药物治疗取得一定疗效,但是早期诊断和干预才是阻止其发生、发展的关键,然而目前临床上PTC相关敏感性指标仍然缺乏。目的探讨脂代谢、炎症相关指标与PTC的相关性。方法选择2018年1月—2020年12月华北理工大学附属医院诊治的PTC患者作为病例组(n=370),根据病例组性别和年龄匹配同期体检健康人群为对照组(n=1112)。收集两组年龄、性别、吸烟情况、BMI、外周血白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、淋巴细胞计数(LYM)、单核细胞计数(MON)、中性粒细胞计数(NEU)、空腹血糖(FBG)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、尿素(UREA)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA),计算中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比(NLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比(PLR)、淋巴细胞与单核细胞比(LMR)、单核细胞与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比(MHR),分析其与PTC的相关性及其诊断价值。结果与对照组比较,病例组患者外周血中WBC、LYM、MON、LDL-C、MHR均高于对照组(P<0.001)。不同性别PTC患者PLR、LYM、MHR比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在相关性分析中,女性PTC患者MHR指标与肿瘤大小呈正相关(r=0.582,P<0.05);而男性PTC患者MHR与肿瘤大小的相关性较弱(r=0.355,P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示:在女性PTC患者中,PLR为保护因素(OR=0.475,P=0.004),LYM、MHR为危险因素[(OR=1.605,P=0.044)、(OR=2.659,P<0.001)];在男性患者中:PLR(OR=0.280,P=0.011)、MHR(OR=0.312,P=0.029)为保险因素。MHR在男女PTC患者中的AUC分别为0.548和0.652,提示MHR指标在女性PTC患者的诊断价值高于男性。结论MHR与PTC的发生相关联,在女性中是独立危险因素,在男性中是保护因素。

为了解我国鸡滑液囊支原体(MS)的最新感染情况,试验对2019-2022年在我国河南、河北、山东、安徽、江苏5个省份收集的152份疑似MS感染的鸡病料进行MS分离鉴定,对分离的MS菌株进行基因分型,并对其vlhA基因5′端保守区域(76~421 nt)进行遗传进化分析。结果显示:共分离到29株MS菌株,除其中1株为E型外,其余28株均为L型;29株MS均处在一个大的进化分支,与国内流行菌株亲缘关系较近,与国外流行菌株亲缘关系较远。研究提示:近四年我国流行的MS菌株相对独立,各地流行菌株同源性较高。

Ferroptosis plays a critical pathophysiological role in several types of acute kidney injury(AKI).The development of nanomaterials targeting iron metabolism and ferroptosis is a promising approach for AKI ***,we synthesized gallic acid-gallium polyvinyl pyrrolidone nanoparticles(GGP NPs)as a potential iron-scavenging agent because of their nearly ionic radius and chemical similarity with *** results indicated that GGP NPs accumulated in tubular epithelial cells and showed good *** NPs significantly inhibited cisplatin(CP)-induced ferroptosis in HK-2 cells by reducing the accumulation of intracellular free iron and mitochondrial dysfunction,and suppressing the perturbations of ferroptosis processes,including lipid peroxidation,nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADPH)and glutathione(GSH)levels,glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)activity,and *** in vivo study demonstrated that treatment with GGP NPs significantly ameliorated the renal tubular injury and mitochondrial damage induced by CP treatment or ischemia-reperfusion *** study suggests that GGP NPs may be an effective and promising candidate for AKI treatment and enable potential clinical translation.

Recovering high-quality inscription images from unknown and complex inscription noisy images is a challenging research *** fromnatural images,character images pay more attention to stroke ***,existingmodelsmainly consider pixel-level informationwhile ignoring structural information of the character,such as its edge and glyph,resulting in reconstructed images with mottled local structure and character *** solve these problems,we propose a novel generative adversarial network(GAN)framework based on an edge-guided generator and a discriminator constructed by a dual-domain U-Net framework,i.e.,*** existing frameworks,the generator introduces the edge extractionmodule,guiding it into the denoising process through the attention mechanism,which maintains the edge detail of the restored inscription ***,a dual-domain U-Net-based discriminator is proposed to learn the global and local discrepancy between the denoised and the label images in both image and morphological domains,which is helpful to blind denoising *** proposed dual-domain discriminator and generator for adversarial training can reduce local artifacts and keep the denoised character structure *** to the lack of a real-inscription image,we built the real-inscription dataset to provide an effective benchmark for studying inscription image *** experimental results show the superiority of our method both in the synthetic and real-inscription datasets.

Acute kidney injury(AKI)is a heterogeneous clinical complication with no existing definite or particular ***,molecular mechanisms and approaches for treating acute kidney injury are in urgent ***,we demonstrated that dexrazoxane(DXZ),a *** and Drug Administration(FDA)-approved cardioprotective drug,can both functionally and histologically attenuate cisplatin or ischemia-reperfusion injury-induced AKI in vitro and in vivo via inhibiting ferroptosis *** effect is characterized by decreasing lipid peroxidation,shown by the biomarker of oxidative stress 4-hydroxynonenal(HNE)and prostaglandinendoperoxide synthase 2(Ptgs2),while reversing the downregulation of glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)and ferritin 1(FTH-1).Mechanistically,the results revealed that DXZ targeted at the renal tubule significantly inhibits ferroptosis by suppressingα-amino-β-carboxymuconate-ε-semialdehyde decarboxylase(ACMSD).Furthermore,the conjugation of dexrazoxane and polysialic acid(DXZ-PSA)is specifically designed and utilized to enhance the therapeutic effect of DXZ by long-term effect in the kidney,especially retention and targeting in the renal *** study provides a novel therapeutic approach and mechanistic insight for AKI by inhibiting ferroptosis through a new type drug DXZPSA with the enhanced renal distribution.

Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)is one of the most devastating diseases in the global pig industry due to its high mortality rate in *** vaccines can effectively enhance the gut-mammary gland-secretory IgA axis to boost lactogenic immunity and passive protection of nursing piglets against PEDV *** 2017 to 2021,we collected 882 diarrhea samples from 303 farms in China to investigate the epidemiology of *** result showed that about 52.15%(158/303)of the farms were positive for PEDV with an overall detection rate of 63.95%(564/882)of the *** S1 fragments of S gene from 104 strains were sequenced for the phylogenetic analysis.A total of 71 PEDV strains(68.27%)sequenced in this study were clustered into the predominant G2c subgroup,while the newly-defined G2d strains(9.62%)were identified in three provinces of *** NH-TA2020 strain of G2c subgroup was isolated and cultured,and its infection to piglets caused watery diarrhea within 24 h,indicating its strong *** administration of NH-TA2020 strain to pregnant gilts stimulated high levels of IgA antibody in *** piglets fed by the gilts above were challenged with NH-TA2020 strain or CH-HeB-RY-2020 strain from G2d subgroup,and the clinical symptoms and virus shedding were significantly reduced compared to the mock *** findings suggest that G2c subgroup is the predominant branch circulating in China from 2017 to *** administration of NH-TA2020 enhances maternal IgA and lactogenic immune responses,which confer protection against the homologous and emerging G2d PEDV strains challenges in neonates.

航空器滑行是机场运行中最重要的一环,缩短滑行时间也是提高机场运行效率的主要手段。为了改变仅依靠人工进行机坪管制的现状,文章针对航空器滑行的特殊环境,利用改进SARSA算法对航空器的滑行路径进行规划,并通过仿真验证了该算法在规划路径长度和迭代次数方面优于传统SARSA算法,进而更好地为管制员决策提供辅助参考。
