The robustness and breakup of spiral wave in a two-dimensional lattice networks of neurons are investigated. The effect of small- world type connection is often simplified with local regular connection and the long-range connection with certain probability. The network effect on the development of spiral wave can be better described by local regular connection and changeable long-range connection probability than fixed long-range connection probability because the long-range probability could be changeable in realistic biological system. The effect from the changeable probability for long-range connection is simplified by multiplicative noise. At first, a stable rotating spiral wave is developed by using appropriate initial values, parameters and no-flux boundary conditions, and then the effect of networks is investigated. Extensive numerical studies show that spiral wave keeps its alive and robust when the intensity of multiplicative noise is below a certain threshold, otherwise, the breakup of spiral wave occurs. A statistical factor of synchronization in two-dimensional array is defined to study the phase transition of spiral wave by checking the membrane potentials of all neurons corresponding to the critical parameters(the intensity of noise or forcing current)in the curve for factor of synchronization. The Hindmarsh-rose model is investigated, the Hodgkin-Huxley neuron model in the presence of the channel noise is also studied to check the model independence of our conclusions. And it is found that breakup of spiral wave is easier to be induced by the multiplicative noise in presence of channel noise.

＜正＞The stabilization analysis of networked control systems（NCSs） with transmitted data dropout is presented based on a stochastic fuzzy system approach. In this paper, the plant in the NCS is a stochastic time-delay nonlinear system that is represented by a Takagi-Sugeno（T-S） stochastic time-delay fuzzy system. A sufficient condition for the stabilization of the NCS is obtained by using a fuzzy Lyapunov function,which is defined by fuzzily blending quadratic functions. The stabilization controller can be designed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities（LMIs） that is numerically feasible with commercially available software. A simulation example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

With the rapid development of 5G information technology,thermal conductivity/dissipation problems of highly integrated electronic devices and electrical equipment are becoming *** this work,“high-temperature solid-phase&diazonium salt decomposition”method is carried out to prepare benzidine-functionalized boron nitride(m-BN).Subsequently,m-BN/poly(pphenylene benzobisoxazole)nanofiber(pNF)nanocomposite paper with nacremimetic layered structures is prepared via sol–gel film transformation *** obtained m-BN/pNF nanocomposite paper with 50 wt%m-BN presents excellent thermal conductivity,incredible electrical insulation,outstanding mechanical properties and thermal stability,due to the construction of extensive hydrogen bonds andπ–πinteractions between m-BN and pNF,and stable nacre-mimetic layered ***λ∥andλ_(⊥)are 9.68 and 0.84 W m^(-1)K^(-1),and the vo{2.me resistivity and breakdown strength are as high as 2.3×10^(15)Ωcm and 32..2.kV mm^(-1),***,it also presents extremely high tensile strength of 193.6 Mpa and thermal decomposition temperature of 640°C,showing a broad application prospect in high-end thermal management fields such as electronic devices and electrical equipment.

Orthorhombic Nb_(2.O_(5)(T-Nb_(2.O_(5))is attractive for fast-charging Li-ion batteries,but it is still hard to realize rapid charge transfer kinetics for Li-ion ***,F-doped T-Nb_(2.O_(5) microﬂowers(F-Nb_(2.O_(5))are rationally synthesized through topotactic ***,F-Nb_(2.O_(5) are assembled by single-crystal nanoﬂakes with nearly 97%exposed(100)facet,which maximizes the exposure of the feasible Li^(+)transport pathways along loosely packed 4g atomic layers to the electrolytes,thus effectively enhancing the Li^(+)-intercalation ***,the band gap of F-Nb_(2.O_(5) is reduced to 2.87 eV due to the doping of F atoms,leading to enhanced electrical *** synergetic effects between tailored exposed crystal facets,F-doping,and ultrathin building blocks,speed up the Li^(+)/electron transfer kinetics and improve the pseudocapacitive properties of F-Nb_(2.O_(5).Therefore,F-Nb_(2.O_(5) exhibit superior rate capability(2.0.8 and 164.9 mAh g^(-1) at 1 and 10 C,respectively)and good long-term 10 C cycling performance(132.7 mAh g^(-1) after 1500 cycles).
