LuGre friction model can describe dynamic characteristics of friction in servo system accurately,but because of its high nonlinearity,it is very difficult to estimate the parameters of the *** this paper,based on particle swarm optimiza- tion algorithm,a two-step off-line identification methodology of the LuGre friction parameters is presented to compensate the dynamic ***,four static parameters are identified via Stribeck ***,two dynamic parameters are esti- mated by stick-slip response *** swarm optimization is used in both steps to minimize the identification errors,which can avoid local convergence problem existing in the many linear identification *** main advantage of this method in comparison with classical ones,as the least-squares approach,is that it provides not only estimation of the parame- ters but also precision with which the estimated values is guaranteed,and at the same time it can avoid the problem of local *** last,the identification results are applied to a ship-borne gun servo *** verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme for high-precision motion trajectory tracking.

Dynamic friction and force ripple are the most predominant factors that affect the positioning accuracy of perma- nent magnet synchronous motor servo system,and it is desirable to compensate them in finite time with a continuous control *** this paper,based on LuGre dynamic friction model,an adaptive sliding mode controller is proposed to compensate the nonlinear effect of friction and force *** compensation scheme consists of a pD component and an adaptive sliding mode component for estimating the unknown system *** Lyapunov stability theorem,asymptotic stability analysis and position tracking performance are *** results well verify the feasibility and the effective- ness of the proposed scheme for high-precision motion trajectory tracking.

This paper is to provide quantitative data on some critical issues in anticipation of the forthcoming international negotiations in Denmark on the control of atmospheric CO2.concentrations. Instead of letting only a small number of countries dominate a few controversial dialogues about emissions reductions, a comprehensive global system must be established based on emissions allowances for different countries, to realize the long-term goal of controlling global atmospheric CO2.concentrations. That a system rooted in "cumulative emissions per capita," the best conception of the "common but differentiated responsibilities" principle affirmed by the Kyoto protocol according to fundamental standards of fairness and justice, was demonstrated. Based on calculations of various countries' cumulative emissions per capita, estimates of their cumulative emissions from 1900 to 2.05, and their annual emissions allowances into the future (2.06―2.50), a 470 ppmv atmospheric CO2.concentration target was set. According to the following four objective indicators―total emissions allowance from 1900 to 2.50, actual emissions from 1900 to 2.05, emissions levels in 2.05, and the average growth rate of emissions from 1996 to 2.05―all countries and regions whose population was more than 300000 in 2.05 were divided into four main groups: countries with emissions deficits, countries and regions needing to reduce their gross emissions, countries and regions needing to reduce their emissions growth rates, and countries that can maintain the current emissions growth rates. Based on this proposal, most G8 countries by 2.05 had already expended their 2.50 emissions allowances. The accu-mulated financial value based on emissions has reached more than 5.5 trillion US dollars (2. dollars per ton of CO2.. In this paper,by using the bifurcation theory for dynamical system,we construct traveling wave solutions of a high-order nonlinear Schrödinger equation with a quintic ***,based on wave variables,the equation is transformed into an ordinary differential ***,under the parameter conditions,we obtain the Hamiltonian system and phase ***,traveling wave solutions which contains solitary,periodic and kink wave so-lutions are constructed by integrating along the homoclinic or heteroclinic *** addition,by choosing appropriate values to parameters,different types of structures of solutions can be displayed ***,the computational work and it’sfigures show that this tech-nique is influential and efficient.

Accurate genomic information is essential for advancing genetic breeding research in specific rice *** study presented a gapless genome assembly of the indica rice cultivar Zhonghui 8015(ZH8015)using pac Bio HiFi,Hi-C,and ONT(Oxford Nanopore Technologies)ultra-long sequencing technologies,annotating 43037 gene ***,utilizing this genome along with transcriptomic and metabolomic techniques,we explored ZH8015's response to brown planthopper(BpH)*** transcriptomic sampling indicated significant changes in gene expression levels around 48 h after BpH *** analysis revealed particularly significant alterations in genes related to reactive oxygen species scavenging and cell wall *** results demonstrated marked increases in levels of several monosaccharides,which are components of the cell wall and dramatic changes in flavonoid *** association analysis identified differentially expressed genes associated with key metabolites,shedding light on ZH8015's response to BpH *** summary,this study constructed a reliable genome sequence resource for ZH8015,and the preliminary multi-omics results will guide future insect-resistant breeding research.

The differentiation transforming (DFT) system is developed to produce the tangent linear codes, which is used to calculate the Jaco- bian- and the Hessian-vector products with no truncation errors. This paper first gives the introduction of the functionality and features of the DFT system, and then discusses several techniques for the implementation of automatic differentiation tools, including data depen- dence analysis, singular differentiation and code optimization. Finally, the codes generated with DFT used in several applications have been demonstrated.

Genomic selection (GS) has the potential to improve selection efficiency and shorten the breeding cycle in fruit tree breeding. In this study,we evaluated the effect of prediction methods, marker density and the training population (Tp) size on pear GS for improving its performance and reducing cost. We evaluated GS under two scenarios:(1) five-fold cross-validation in an interspecific pear family;(2. independent validation. Based on the cross-validation scheme, the prediction accuracy (pA) of eight fruit traits varied between 0.33 (fruit core vertical diameter)and 0.65 (stone cell content). Except for single fruit weight, a slightly better prediction accuracy (pA) was observed for the five parametrical methods compared with the two non-parametrical methods. In our Tp of 310 individuals, 2.000 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNp) markers were sufficient to make reasonably accurate predictions. pAs for different traits increased by 18.2.%-46.98%when the Tp size increased from 50to 100, but the increment was smaller (-4.13%-33.91%) when the Tp size increased from 2.0 to 2.0. For independent validation, the pAs ranged from 0.11 to 0.45 using rrBLUp method. In summary, our results showed that the Tp size and SNp numbers had a greater impact on the pA than prediction methods. Furthermore, relatedness among the training and validation sets, and the complexity of traits should be considered when designing a Tp to predict the test panel.
