为实现延迟焦化工艺优化与重油资源的高效利用,从热转化反应机理出发,利用基于结构导向集总方法建立的分子水平延迟焦化反应动力学模型,计算不同工艺条件下汽油、柴油产物中烃族组成和典型分子含量,并从分子水平揭示工艺条件的影响规律。分子水平的延迟焦化反应动力学模型能够考察不同供氢剂对延迟焦化产物分布的作用机理。模型计算结果表明,四氢萘能够有效地提供氢自由基,提高液体产物收率。当四氢萘添加质量分数为5%时,与未添加四氢萘相比,延迟焦化产物气体和焦炭收率分别下降3.60%和0.80%,液体收率增加4.40%。以增加汽油和柴油收率为目的,催化裂化柴油比焦化柴油更加适合作为供氢剂掺炼。

为了研发出一种可同时预防猪德尔塔冠状病毒(porcine deltacoronavirus,PDCo V)和猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)两种病毒病的有效二联亚单位疫苗,本研究将PDCo V的受体结合域(receptor binding domain,RBD)与PEDV的RBD基因进行串联,构建至真核表达载体p CDNA3.1(+)中,利用哺乳动物细胞Expi CHO^(TM)表达系统表达纯化出PDCo V-RBD-PEDV-RBD(简写为pd RBD-pe RBD)融合蛋白,以3种不同剂量(10、2.和30μg)免疫小鼠,利用ELISA和流式细胞术评估该融合蛋白诱导的体液免疫反应和细胞免疫反应,利用病毒微量中和试验测定免疫小鼠血清对PDCo V或PEDV的中和效价。结果表明,3个不同剂量组在加强免疫后均诱发了高水平的Ig G抗体,不同剂量组间抗体水平没有明显差异,说明10μg的免疫剂量即可达到较好免疫效果。流式细胞术检测结果显示,免疫组的CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T细胞比例显著升高,CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T细胞比例相对较低,这符合亚单位疫苗主导机体产生体液免疫反应的预期。同时,对血清中细胞因子白细胞介素-2.interleukin-2.IL-2.、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)和干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)的含量进行了检测,结果表明该融合蛋白诱导了良好的体液免疫效果,同时还产生了一定的细胞免疫应答。中和试验结果表明,10μg免疫剂量所诱导的抗体即可在体外有效中和PDCo V和PEDV两种病毒,效价分别为1:179.2.和1:141.2.。上述研究结果表明,pd RBD-pe RBD融合蛋白10μg免疫剂量即可诱导高水平的体液免疫反应,诱导的抗体可同时中和PDCo V和PEDV两种病毒,说明pd RBD-pe RBD融合蛋白有希望成为一种能同时预防PDCo V和PEDV的有效二联亚单位疫苗。

We study theoretically and experimentally the acoustic Purcell effect induced by quasi-bound states in the continuum(quasiBICs).A theoretical framework describing the acoustic Purcell effect of a resonant system is developed based on the system’s radiative and dissipative factors,which reveals the critical emission condition for achieving optimum Purcell *** show that the quasiBICs contribute to highly confined acoustic field and bring about greatly enhanced acoustic emission,leading to strong Purcell *** concept is demonstrated via two coupled resonators supporting a Friedrich-Wintgen quasiBIC,and the theoretical results are validated by the experiments observing emission enhancement of the sound source by nearly two orders of *** work bridges the gap between the acoustic Purcell effect and acoustic BICs essential for enhanced wave-matter interaction and acoustic emission,which may contribute to the research of high-intensity sound sources,high-quality-factor acoustic devices and nonlinear acoustics.

通过溶剂热法合成了3个锌的配位聚合物{[Zn_(2.(bipmo)_(2.(ipa)_(2.]·3H_(2.O}n(1)、{[Zn(bipmo)(5-OH-ipa)]·DMA·H_(2.O}n(2.和{[Zn(bipmo)(5-Me-ipa)]·H_(2.O}n(3),其中bipmo=双(4-(1H-咪唑-1-基)苯基)甲酮,H_(2.ipa=间苯二甲酸,5-OH-ipaH_(2.=5-羟基间苯二甲酸,5-Me-ipaH_(2.=5-甲基间苯二甲酸。用元素分析、红外光谱和单晶X射线衍射等技术对结构进行了表征。单晶X射线衍射分析表明,配合物1具有二重互穿的{4^(4)·6^(2.}二维网络结构,配合物2.是{6^(5)·8}拓扑的二维结构,配合物3却表现为二维的{63}拓扑网络。间苯二甲酸上5-位取代基的不同对最终的结构形成有重要的影响。此外,对化合物1~3的发光性质也进行了详细研究。

Background and Aims:The application of antifibrotic drugs to treat patients with chronic liver diseases who are receiving antiviral therapies for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)has not been ***,we aimed to assess the impact of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Fuzheng Huayu(FZHY)on the occurrence of HCC in patients with hepatitis B virus-related compensated cirrhosis receiving the antiviral drug entecavir(ETV).Methods:A multicenter retrospective cohort study was *** liver cirrhosis patients were divided into the ETV+FZHY group or the ETV group according to *** cumulative incidence of HCC was analyzed using Kaplan-Meier and log-rank *** score matching was used for confounding *** analysis and Cox regression were used to determine the effects of FZHY on the occurrence of HCC and liver function ***:Out of 910 chronic hepatitis B patients,458 were in the ETV+FZHY group and 452.were in the ETV *** propensity score matching,the 5-year cumulative incidence of HCC was 9.8%in the ETV+FZHY group and 2..8%in the ETV group(p2.6(0.108,0.432.when FZHY treatment was>36 ***,diabetes,alanine aminotransferase,􀇄-glutamyl transpeptidase,albumin,hepatitis B e-antigen,and fibrosis 4 score were associated with the occurrence of *** decreased the risk of HCC in patients aged>45 years with a hepatitis B virus DNA level of􀂕2.000 IU/***:Adjunctive FZHY treatment reduced HCC occurrence in patients with hepatitis B virus cirrhosis who were treated with ETV,possibly due to the antifibrotic properties of FZHY.

Pretreatment of the carrier for supported catalysts can effectively improve the strong metal-support interaction(SMSI)and increase the dispersion of precious metals,which are critical to many important catalytic *** this work,we tuned SMSI on Pd/TiO_(2.catalysts through inducing surface defects of TiO_(2.by pretreated with different atmospheres(H_(2./N_(2.,N_(2.,O_(2./N_(2.)at the high temperature(800℃).Multiple characterization results illustrated that surface defects anchored Pd species and thus enhanced their *** reduction,Ti^(3+)species formed and transferred onto the metallic Pd species and then induced SMSI,which effectively stabilize Pd species in the metallic *** stronger MSI,the more stability of Pd *** a case,Pd/TiO_(2.–800H_(2.,with strongest MSI,displayed the best HCHO oxidation performance at low temperature(10℃).
