【目的】分析贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)W-1的全基因组序列信息,探究其对花椒根腐病的生防机理,为该菌的高效开发和应用提供生物信息学基础,并为该菌开发为生物农药提供理论支持。【方法】采用三代PacBio平台测序技术对菌株W-1进行全基因组测序,并对测序结果进行基因功能注释和比较基因组学分析;采用菌丝生长速率法测定菌株W-1发酵液乙酸乙酯提取物对花椒根腐病病原菌菌丝形态、病原菌孢子悬浮液电导率和核酸含量的影响。【结果】菌株W-1基因组全长4166284 bp,GC含量为46.32%,其中编码蛋白基因4037个;GO、eggNOG和KEGG数据库中注释到的基因数分别为2935、3087和2185个;预测到菌株W-1能产生14种次级代谢产物合成基因簇,包括sur‐factin、butirosin A/butirosin B、planttazolicin、macrolactin H、bacilaene、fengycin、diffcidin、bacillibactin和bacilysin等9种已知基因簇及5种未知基因簇;菌株W-1特有的基因家族53个,特有基因414个,与模式菌株*** FZB42的亲缘关系较近。菌株W-1提取物对花椒根腐病病原菌菌丝生长具有明显的抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为4.50 mg/mL、最小杀菌浓度(MFC)为9.00 mg/mL。菌株W-1提取物可造成病原菌菌丝内含物外渗,在提取物浓度9.00 mg/mL处理10 h后,病原菌孢子悬浮液相对电导率比空白对照高57.63%、核酸含量比空白对照高64.91%。【结论】贝莱斯芽孢杆菌W-1能产生多种抗菌物质,其发酵液乙酸乙酯提取物可破坏花椒根腐病病原菌菌丝细胞膜的完整性,具有开发成生物农药的潜力,在花椒根腐病的绿色防控中具有良好的应用前景。

Legume cultivars affect N uptake,component crop growth,and soil physical and chemical characteristics in maize-legume intercropping ***,how belowground interactions mediate root growth,N fixation,and nodulation of different legumes to affect N uptake is still ***,a two-year experiment was conducted with five planting patterns,i.e.,maize-soybean strip intercropping(IMS),maize-peanut strip intercropping(IMP),and corresponding monocultures(monoculture maize(MM),monoculture soybean(MS),and monoculture peanut(MP)),and two N application rates,i.e.,no N fertilizer(N-)and conventional N fertilizer(N+),to examine relationships between N uptake and root distribution of crops,legume nodulation and soil N *** showed that the averaged N uptake per unit area of intercrops was significantly lower than the corresponding *** with the monoculture system,the N uptake of the intercropping systems increased by 31.7-45.4%in IMS and by 7.4-12.2%in IMP,*** N uptake per plant of intercropped maize and soybean significantly increased by 61.6 and 31.8%,and that of intercropped peanuts significantly decreased by 46.6%compared with the corresponding *** and soybean showed asymmetrical distribution of roots in strip intercropping *** root length density(RLD)and root surface area density(RSAD)of intercropped maize and soybean were significantly greater than that of the corresponding *** roots of intercropped peanuts were confined,which resulted in decreased RLD and RSAD compared with the *** nodule number and nodule fresh weight of soybean were significantly greater in IMS than in MS,and those of peanut were significantly lower in IMP than in *** soil protease,urease,and nitrate reductase activities of maize and soybean were significantly greater in IMS and IMP than in the corresponding monoculture,while the enzyme activities of peanut were significantly lower in IMP than in MP

AIM:To explore the therapeutic effects of Morinda officinalis capsules(MOP) on osteoporosis in ovariectomized ***:Six-month-old female Sprague–Dawley rats were induced for postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP) by bilateral ovariectomy and divided into seven groups as follows:sham-operated group,ovariectomized(OVX) control group,OVX treated with xianlinggubao(XLGB)(270 mg·kg-1·d-1),OVX treated with alendronate sodium(ALN)(3 mg·kg-1·d-1),and OVX treated with Morinda officinalis capsule(MOP) of graded doses(90,270 and 810 mg·kg-1·d-1) *** treatments were administered daily on the 4th week after ovariectomy and lasted for 12 *** bone mineral density was evaluated by dual-energy X-ray *** tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),and osteocalcin(OC) levels in the serum and plasma were determined by standard colorimetric and enzyme immunoassays *** biomechanical properties and morphological parameters were analyzed by three-point bending test and histomorphometry ***:Morinda officinalis capsules at all doses were able to significantly prevent the OVX-induced loss of bone mass due to diminishing serum AKP and TRAP levels while elevating OC level in the *** officinalis capsules also enhanced the bone strength and prevented the deterioration of trabecular ***:Morinda officinalis capsules possess potent anti-osteoporotic activity in OVX rats which could be an effective treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis.

The conversion of waste polylactic acid（PLA） plastics into high-value-added chemicals through electrochemical methods is a promising and sustainable ***,developing efficient and highly selective catalysts for lactic acid oxidation reaction（LAOR） and understanding the reaction process are ***,we report the electrooxidation of waste PLA to acetate at a high current density of 100 mA cm-2 with high Faraday efficiency（～95%） and excellent stability（>100 h） over a nickel selenide nanosheet *** addition,a total Faraday efficiency of up to 190% was achieved for carboxylic acids,including acetic acid and formic acid,by coupling with the cathodic CO2reduction *** situ experimental results and theoretical simulations revealed that the catalytic activity center of LAOR was dynamically formed NiOOH species,and the surface-adsorbed SeOxspecies accelerated the formation of Ni3+species,thus promoting catalytic *** mechanism of lactic acid electrooxidation was further *** acid was dehydrogenated to produce pyruvate first and then formed CH3CO due to preferential C-C bond cleavage,resulting in the presence of *** work demonstrated a sustainable method for recycling waste PLA and CO2into high-value-added products.
