Co-free Li-rich layered oxides(LLOs)are emerging as promising cathode materials for Li-ion batteries due to their low cost and high ***,they commonly face severe structural instability and poor electrochemical activity,leading to diminished capacity and voltage ***,we introduce a Co-free LLO,Li_(1.167)Ni_(0.222)Mn_(0.611)O_(2)(Cf-L1),which features a cooperative structure of Li/Ni mixing and stacking *** structure regulates the crystal and electronic structures,resulting in a higher discharge capacity of 300.6 ma h g^(-1)and enhanced rate capability compared to the typical Co-free LLO,Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.2)Mn_(0.6)O_(2)(Cf-Ls).Density functional theory(DFT)indicates that Li/Ni mixing in LLOs leads to increased Li-O-Li configurations and higher anionic redox activities,while stacking faults further optimize the electronic interactions of transition metal(TM)3d and non-bonding O 2p ***,stacking faults accommodate lattice strain,improving electrochemical reversibility during charge/discharge cycles,as demonstrated by the in situ XRD of Cf-L1 showing less lattice evolution than *** study offers a structured approach to developing Co-free LLOs with enhanced capacity,voltage,rate capability,and cyclability,significantly impacting the advancement of the next-generation Li-ion batteries.

Objective Recombinase-aided polymerase chain reaction(RAP)is a sensitive,single-tube,two-stage nucleic acid amplification *** study aimed to develop an assay that can be used for the early diagnosis of three types of bacteremia caused by Staphylococcus aureus(SA),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA),and Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)in the bloodstream based on recombinant human mannanbinding lectin protein(M1 protein)-conjugated magnetic bead(M1 bead)enrichment of pathogens combined with *** Recombinant plasmids were used to evaluate the assay *** blood influenza bacteria were used for the specific *** and clinical plasma samples were enriched with M1 beads and then subjected to multiple recombinase-aided PCR(M-RAP)and quantitative PCR(qPCR)*** analysis was used to evaluate the consistency between the two *** The M-RAP method had sensitivity rates of 1,10,and 1 copies/μL for the detection of SA,PA,and AB plasmids,respectively,without cross-reaction to other bacterial *** M-RAP assay obtained results forhan qPCR.M-RAP and qPCR for SA,PA,and AB yielded Kappa values of 0.839,0.815,and 0.856,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion An M-RAP assay for SA,PA,and AB in blood samples utilizing M1 bead enrichment has been developed and can be potentially used for the early detection of bacteremia.

Ultrashort and powerful laser interactions with a target generate intense wideband electromagnetic pulses(EMPs).In this study,we report EMPs generated by the interactions between petawatt(30 fs,1.4×10^(20) W/cm^(2))femtosecond(fs)lasers with metal flat,plastic flat,and plastic nanowire-array(NWA)*** analyses are conducted on the EMPs in terms of their spatial distribution,time and frequency domains,radiation energy,and *** results indicate that EMPs from metal targets exhibit larger amplitudes at varying angles than those generated by other types of targets and are enhanced significantly for NWA *** a plastic target holder and increasing the laser focal spot can significantly decrease the radiation energy of the ***,the composite shielding materials indicate an effective shielding effect against *** simulation results show that the NWA targets exert a collimating effect on thermal electrons,which directly affects the distribution of *** study provides guidance for regulating EMPs by controlling the laser focal spot,target parameters,and target rod material and is beneficial for electromagnetic-shielding design.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

褪黑激素(melatonin,Mel)已有研究表明其具有心脏保护作用,但对离子通道作用尚不清楚。本实验探究了Mel对小鼠心室肌细胞晚钠电流(late-sodium current,I_(Na.L))的抑制作用、在器官水平上的抗心律失常作用及其机制。采用膜片钳技术全细胞模式记录离子电流和动作电位(action potential,AP),利用多通道采集分析系统同步记录小鼠心电图(electrocardiogram,ECG)和单相动作电位(monophasic action potential,maP)。结果显示,Mel抑制瞬时钠电流(transient-sodium current,I_(Na.T))和特异性I_(Na.L)开放剂2 nmol·L^(-1)海葵毒素II(anemone toxins II,ATX II)诱导增大的I_(Na.L),其IC_(50)值分别为686.615和7.37μmol·L^(-1),且Mel不影响L型钙电流(L-type calcium current,I_(Ca.L))、瞬时外向钾电流(transient outward current,I_(to))和AP。此外,16μmol·L^(-1)Mel可缩短ATX II延长的动作电位时程(action potential duration,APD),并消除了由ATX II诱导的早发后除极(early afterdepolarizations,EADs)。在Langendorff灌流的小鼠心脏上,16μmol·L^(-1)Mel显著降低了室速(ventricular tachycardia,VT)和室颤(ventricular fibrillation,VF)的发生率。综上所述,Mel主要通过阻断I_(Na.L)发挥抗心律失常作用,为Mel的临床新应用提供了重要的理论基础。本研究动物福利和实验过程均遵循武汉科技大学实验动物伦理委员会的规定(批准号:2023130)。

【目的】孢囊线虫病在我国广泛存在,危害粮食安全与环境健康,严重影响了农业的可持续发展。硅作为一种诱导因子,在植物抗病性方面具有重要的作用,研究施用硅肥诱导小麦防御孢囊线虫病的作用机制对环境保护和小麦生长具有十分重要的意义。【方法】以菲利普孢囊线虫(Heterodera filipjevi)为供试孢囊线虫,首先开展硅肥施用水平盆栽试验,在不接虫和接虫条件下,分别设置5个硅肥施用水平:0、0.25、0.5、1、2 g/kg。在小麦接虫后2个月,取样测定小麦单株孢囊量、植株生长指标,筛选出最优硅肥施用浓度。以最优施硅水平继续进行施硅与接虫2×2双因素盆栽试验,共4个处理:不施硅不接虫(CK)、施硅不接虫(Si)、不施硅接虫(Cyst)、施硅接虫(Si×Cyst)。接虫2个月后,取样分析小麦硅、营养物质(可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸)、次生代谢物质(木质素和总酚)以及活性氧(过氧化氢)含量,将未接虫处理小麦的相关成分含量定义为组成型抗性,接虫前后的各成分差值定义为诱导型抗性,探究施硅提高小麦防御孢囊线虫能力的组成型和诱导型抗性机制。【结果】浓度为0.5 g/kg的硅肥处理使小麦单株孢囊量显著减少了67.74%,且显著提高了小麦地上部鲜重、株高、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)、地下部鲜重、根总长、根表面积、根尖数和根系活力。与不施硅处理(Si 0 g/kg)相比,施硅处理(Si 0.5 g/kg)的组成型地上和地下部硅含量分别显著提高76.50%和116.60%,诱导型地下部硅含量显著下降;施硅显著提高了营养物质中组成型可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,组成型游离氨基酸含量显著降低了33.10%,增加了诱导型可溶性糖和游离氨基酸含量;施硅后的组成型木质素、总酚含量分别显著增加37.98%和35.55%,诱导型含量均显著减少;诱导型过氧化氢含量在施硅后显著降低了25.39%。PCA与相关性分析结果表明,地上部鲜重及株高、组成型游离氨基酸含量、诱导型地上部硅含量及过氧化氢含量与小麦防御孢囊线虫病能力的关系最为紧密。【结论】施用硅肥通过对小麦硅含量、营养物质、次生代谢物质以及活性氧的影响,从小麦的组成型抗性和诱导型抗性方面提高了小麦对孢囊线虫病的抗性。

采用MM3000型摩擦磨损试验机,在7种连续制动工况下分别测试铁铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料的摩擦性能和耐热性能,利用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析研究两种转速(等效半径线速度)下摩擦材料的磨损机理。结果表明:在线速度为19.40 m·s^(-1)时,随着面压增加,摩擦材料的动摩擦系数略有降低。在0.44 MPa面压下,动摩擦系数为0.267~0.312;在0.80 MPa面压下,动摩擦系数为0.258~0.308。在线速度19.40 m·s^(-1)、面压0.44 MPa、单位面积制动能量268 J·cm^(-2)的连续制动工况条件下,动摩擦系数波动较大,在其他工况条件下,动摩擦系数波动较小。随着制动能量的增加,7种连续制动工况下平均动摩擦系数在0.300~0.334之间,动摩擦系数均在0.250以上,无明显衰退现象,表明铁铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料具有较好的耐热性能。在线速度为19.40 m·s^(-1)工况下,铁铜基摩擦材料的摩擦磨损机理主要为磨料磨损及氧化磨损;在线速度为30.00 m·s^(-1)工况下,铁铜基摩擦材料的摩擦磨损机理主要为疲劳磨损及氧化磨损。

Crystal Structure and Fluorescent Property of a 2D Coordination Polymer:[Eu(PCPA)_3(H_2O)]_n

The title coordination polymer [Eu（PCPA）3（H2O）]n （PCPA = p-chlorophenoxyacetate） has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition, determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and characterized by FT-IR, UV-VIS and fluorescent spectra. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group PI^- with a = 7.8036（1）, b = 12.7458（4）, c = 14.0208（3） A, α = 81.610（8）, β = 79.406（8）, γ = 77.567（7）°, V = 1330.40（5） A^3, C24H20Cl3EuO10, Mr = 726.71, Z = 2, F（000） = 716, Dc= 1.814 g/cm^3, λ（MoKa） = 0.71073 A, μ（MoKα） = 2.713 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0284 and wR = 0.0678 for 5529 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. The europium ions are located in a nine-coordinate environment. PCPA ions with two different coordination modes connect the metal ions to form 1D zigzag chains which are arranged to generate 2D supramolecular layers by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The luminescence properties of the rare-earth ions are studied in this paper.
