Fabrication of patterned transparent conductive glass via laser metal transfer for efficient electrical heating and antibacteria

Vapor deposition and three-dimensional(3D)printing technology are considered to be conventional methods to achieve patterned metal film preparation through the assistance of masks and high ***,there are still some challenges in fabricating metal films in template-free and normal temperature *** this work,we report a flexible and rapid laser metal transfer(LMT)technique for fabricating the various metal films(Cu,Ni,Sn,Al,Fe,and Ag)with different patterns without templates on arbitrary substrates(glass,polyimide(PI)films,and aluminum nitride(AlN)ceramic).Especially,the obtained transparent conductive glass displays high transmittance(more than 90%)and adjustable resistances(≈5Ω).According to the Joule effect,the interface resistance between Cu particles and copper oxide coating produces the high temperature approximately 280℃ at 2 V in a short time(≈60 s)and remains stable at 120℃ over 12 *** last,the multifunctional glass with Cu patterns also shows excellent bactericidal activity(≈95%).This work demonstrates that laser metal transfer is an exceeding effective means of fabricating the micro/nano structures with potential applications in functional devices.

A DFT Study on the Adsorption of CO_2 Molecules on CaO(001) Surface at Different Coverages

The CO_2 adsorption on CaO(001) surface at different coverages from 1/9 monolayer(ML) to 1 ML has been investigated using density functional theory calculations. With the analysis of the most stable adsorption structures at different coverages, the mechanism of CaO(001)surface carbonating into CaCO_3 has been explored. At low coverages(≤1/3 ML), CO_2 molecule prefers sitting in parallel pattern on the CaO(001) surface, while the structure of the CaO(001)surface remains unchanged. At medium coverage(4/9 ～ 2/3 ML), the repulsive interactions between oxygen atoms of CO_2 become stronger, and the calcium carbonation structure appears on the CaO(001) surface. At high coverage( ≥ 7/9 ML), the structure of the CaO(001) surface is deeply damaged, and a few CO_2 molecules have penetrated into the surface and bound to the O atom of the second layer(sub-surface), eventually forming the layered structure of CaCO_***, herein has discussed the simulation of HREELS and thermodynamical stability of these structures at different coverages.

The blood-spinal cord barrier plays a vital role in recovery after spinal cord *** neurovascular unit concept emphasizes the relationship between nerves and vessels in the brain,while the effect of the blood-spinal cord barrier on the neurovascular unit is rarely reported in spinal cord injury *** models of spinal cord injury were established by heavy object impact and then immediately injected with plateletderived growth factor(80μg/kg)at the injury *** results showed that after platelet-derived growth factor administration,spinal cord injury,neuronal apoptosis,and blood-spinal cord barrier permeability were reduced,excessive astrocyte proliferation and the autophagyrelated apoptosis signaling pathway were inhibited,collagen synthesis was increased,and mouse locomotor function was *** vitro,human umbilical vein endothelial cells were established by exposure to 200μM *** 2 hours prior to injury,in vitro cell models were treated with 5 ng/mL platelet-derived growth *** results showed that expression of blood-spinal cord barrier-related proteins,including Occludin,Claudin 5,andβ-catenin,was significantly decreased and autophagy was significantly ***,the protective effects of platelet-derived growth factor could be reversed by intraperitoneal injection of 80 mg/kg chloroquine,an autophagy inhibitor,for 3 successive days prior to spinal cord *** findings suggest that platelet-derived growth factor can promote endothelial cell repair by regulating autophagy,improve the function of the blood-spinal cord barrier,and promote the recovery of locomotor function post-spinal cord *** for animal experiments was obtained from the Animal Ethics Committee,Wenzhou Medical University,China(approval ***2018-0043)in July 2018.

Research on workload measurement of the air traffic controllers has attracted much attention in the air traffic management community because of its important role for the human resource planning, running efficiency, and especially the safety of the air traffic system. Recently, traditional ATM has encountered some challenging problems, such as the substantial increase of the flights number, the more complex airspace, sensitivity to the change of weather, and interaction among the factors mentioned above. Accordingly, The method, ATCs’ workload measurement method based on air traffic complexity, has gradually become the leading one. This paper reviews the process of research on ATCs’ workload measurement, and focuses on three aspects of the ATCs’ workload measurement based on air traffic complexity, including typical models, research methods and some important achievements. It also points out some existing problems which remain to be solved and gives some preliminary ideas for future research.

BACKGROUND Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors(IMTs)are defined as tumors composed of differentiated myofibroblastic spindle cells,usually accompanied by numerous plasma cells and lymphocytes,and classified as intermediate(occasionally metastatic)by the World Health *** pathogenesis and biological behavior have not yet been *** IMT is extremely rare,and prosthesis implantation combined with IMT has not been *** study reports a case of IMT following resection of a malignant phyllodes tumor of the left breast and implantation of a *** SUMMARY A 41-year-old female presented to our hospital with a mass in the left breast for 3 *** patient had undergone resection of a large mass in her left breast pathologically diagnosed as a malignant phyllodes tumor and implantation of a prosthesis five years *** examination revealed an oval mass in the left breast,and the patient underwent left breast mass resection and prosthesis *** microscopy revealed the spindle cells to be diffusely proliferated,with a large number of neutrophils,lymphocytes,and plasma cell *** staining revealed that the spindle cells were partially positive for smooth muscle actin,which is positive for BCL-2 and cluster of differentiation(CD)99 but were negative for anaplastic lymphoma kinase,cytokeratin,S-100 protein,desmin,and *** final diagnosis was *** recurrence or metastasis was observed during the 5-year postoperative *** Prosthesis implantation may be one of the causes of IMT,but further investigation is necessary to prove it.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs), consisting of metal, anion and organic ligands, have attracted much attention. The structure of MOFs is affected by various factors. To explore the effects of metal ions, we synthesized six complexes, namely {[Me2NH2][Zn4(H2L)(L)]·2 H2O·2 DMF}n(1), {[Me2NH2]2[Cd2(L)]·2H2O}n(2), {[Me2NH2]2[Ca3(L)(μ-OH)2(DMF)2]·2H2O}n(3) and {[Me2NH2]2[M2(L)(μ-OH)]· H2O·2DMF}n(M = Co, 4;Ni, 5;Mn, 6), from a C2v-based hexacarboxylate ligand([1,1’;4’,1’’]terphenyl-3,5,2’,5’,3’’,5’’-hexacarboxylic acid(H6L)) using metal-induced strategy. These MOFs were thoroughly characterized by single-crystal and X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, Fourier-transform infrared spectra(FTIR) and photoluminescence.

To treat technical problems of data acquisition,alarm management, and historical data archiving of radiation protection control system in Thorium Molten Salt Reactor, a network prototype system was designed based on experimental physics and industrial control *** level of many locations in Jiading campus of Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics is being continuously monitored, and boundaries of accelerator facilities and radiochemical areas are defined by the access control system. In this paper, we introduce the control system design,including human–machine interfaces, alarm system, historical data archiving system, and the software for access control. The software development followed the standard of Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMIò) Level3, and the software had passed a third-party test, which indicated that the functionality and the reliability could fulfill the requirements of the radiation protection system.

A new structure of substage in pipelined analog-to-digital converters

The article presents a new （1＋1）-bit/stage structure for pipelined analog-to-digital converters （ADC）. When the input analog signal of the structure exceeds the converting range of the whole ADC, the signal can still be converted precisely and the output residue voltage of the structure will be in the converting range of the ADC. The structure is used in a 12-bit 40 MS/s pipelined ADC to test its function. The testing results show that the structure has right function and can correct the transition error induced by offset of comparators＇ decision levels. The ADC implemented in Semiconductor Manufactory International Corporation （SMIC） 0.18 μm CMOS process consumes 210 mW and occupies a chip area of 3.2×3.7 mm2.
