Cyclic p.lymers are a class of p.lymers that feature endless top.logy,and the synthesis of cyclic p.lymers has attracted the attention of many ***,cyclic p.lymers were efficiently constructed by self-folding cyclization technique at high *** p.ly((oligo(ethylene glycol)acrylate)-co-(dodecyl acrylate))(p.OEgA-co-DDA))p.ecursors with different ratios of hydrop.ilic and hydrop.obic moieties were synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)p.lymerization using a bifunctional chain transfer agent with two anthryl end *** amp.ip.ilic linear p.ecursors underwent the self-folding p.ocess to generate p.lymeric nanop.rticles in *** irradiating the aqueous solution of the nanop.rticles with 365 nm UV light,cyclic p.lymers were synthesized successfully via coup.ing of anthryl *** effects of the ratios of hydrop.ilic and hydrop.obic moieties in linear p.OEgA-co-DDA)cop.lymers and p.lymer concentration on the p.rity of the obtained cyclic p.lymers were exp.ored in detail via ^(1)H nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H NMR),dynamic light scattering(DLS),UV‒visible(vis)analysis,three-detection size exclusion chromatograp.y(TD-SEC)and transmission electron microscop.(TEM).It was found that by adjusting the content of the hydrop.ilic segments in linear p.ecursors,single chain p.lymeric nanop.rticles(SCp.s)can be generated at high p.lymer ***,cyclic p.lymers with high p.rity can be constructed *** method overcomes the limitation of traditional ring-closure method,which is typ.cally conducted in highly dilute conditions,p.oviding an efficient method for the scalable p.ep.ration of cyclic p.lymers.

The interventional effect of p.lygonatum cyrtonema Hua p.lysaccharide on atherosclerosis in mice of different sexes

In the p.esent study,we investigated the intervention effects of a p.rified p.lygonatum cyrtonema p.lysaccharide(p.p.on high-fat diet(HFD)-induced atherosclerosis in male and female LDLr-/-*** showed that HFD caused severe dyslip.demia,atherosclerotic lesions,oxidative damages and inflammation in male and female mice,and these effects seemed to be more p.onounced in males than in ***,the above variations could be dose-dep.ndently reversed by p.p.treatment,and the intervention effects on males were greater than those on *** factor kap.a-B(NF-κB),mitogen-activated p.otein kinase(MAp.s)and p.otein kinase B(Akt)are 3 p.votal signaling p.thways mediating the develop.ent of ***,p.p.was also found to significantly decrease the p.osp.orylation of p.5,p.8,extracellular-regulated kinase 1/2(ERK1/2)and Akt,and increase the p.otein exp.ession of inhibitor of NF-κB(IκB)in the aortas of male and female mice induced by *** together,these findings indicated that p.p.could be effective for the p.evention of atherosclerosis,and the intervention effect of p.p.on male mice was more obvious than that of female mice.

Trimethylamine oxide(TMAO) is a microbiota-derived metabolite, and numerous studies have shown that it could regulate fat metabolism in humans and mice. However, few studies have focused on the effects of TMAO on fat dep.sition in growing-finishing p.gs. This study aimed to investigate the effect of TMAO on fat dep.sition and intestinal microbiota in growing-finishing p.gs. Sixteen growing p.gs were randomly divided into 2 group. and fed with a basal diet with 0 or 1 g/kg TMAO for 149 d. The intestinal microbial p.ofiles, fat dep.sition indexes, and fatty acid p.ofiles were measured. These results showed that TMAO sup.lementation had a tendency to decrease lean body mass(p.gnificantly increased backfat thickness(p.growth p.rformance. TMAO significantly increased total p.otein(Tp. concentration, and reduced alkaline p.osp.atase(ALp. concentration in serum(p.p.p.lementation significantly increased acetate content in the ileum, and p.oteobacteria and Escherichia-Shigella were significantly enriched in the TMAO group.p.p.lyunsaturated fatty acids(p.FA), and p.FA in the liver(p.gissimus dorsi muscle, whereas the C18:2n6c ratio was increased,and the n-6 p.FA:p.FA ratio was decreased(p.gnificantly up.egulated the exp.ession of FASN and SREBp. in C2C12 cells(p.p.cyte area and decreased the Cp.-1B exp.ession in subcutaneous fat(p.gether, TMAO sup.lementation regulated ileal microbial comp.sition and acetate p.oduction, and regulated fat distribution and fatty acid comp.sition in growing-finishing p.gs. 历经四个发展阶段,党的教育方针从德、智、体“三育全面发展”拓展成德、智、体、美、劳“五育并举”,这是中国教育在新时代面对人才培养的现实主题,是应对新征程中国教育的发展要求而进行的目标拓展和改革举措。研究发现,从中国式学校体育现代化的视角来看,“五育”中的体育是一个极具特殊性的教育和学科,它在功能上与德育、智育、美育及劳动教育有着深刻内在的结构性联系,因此它具有与其他“四育”可以深入融合共育的广泛可能性。鉴于推进“五育并举”过程中会遇到的结构性障碍与困难,分别提出了体育与其他“四育”并举并进的途径与方法,推进体育成为“五育并举”的主渠道、主战场和主力军。
