In-situ quantification of the surface roughness for facile fabrications of atomically smooth thin films

This work presents an in-situ technique to quantify the layer-by-layer roughness of thin films and heterostructures by measuring the spectral profile of the reflection high-energy electron diffraction(RHEED).The characteristic features of the diffraction spot,including the vertical to lateral size ratio c/b and the asymmetrical ratio c_(1)/c_(2) along the vertical direction,are found to be quantitatively dependent on the surface *** quantitative relationships between them are established and discussed for different incident angles of high-energy *** an example,the surface roughnesses of LaCoO_(3) films grown at different temperatures are obtained using such an in-situ technique,which are confirmed by the ex-situ atomic force ***,the in-situ measured layer-by-layer roughness oscillations of two LaCoO_(3) films are demonstrated,revealing drastically different information from the intensity *** experiments assisted with the in-situ technique demonstrate an outstanding high resolution down to-0.1 ***,the new quantitative RHEED technique with real-time feedbacks significantly escalates the thin film synthesis efficiency,especially for achieving atomically smooth surfaces and *** opens up new prospects for future generations of thin film growth,such as the artificial intelligence-assisted thin film growth.

Featuring low density and high specific strength, magnesium(Mg) alloys have attracted wide interests in the fields of portable devices and automotive industry. However, the active chemical and electrochemical properties make them susceptible to corrosion in humid, seawater, soil,and chemical medium. Various strategies have revealed certain merits of protecting Mg alloys. Therein, engineering self-repairing coatings is considered as an effective strategy, because they can enable the timely repair for damaged areas, which brings about long-term protection for Mg alloys. In this review, self-repairing coatings on Mg alloys are summarized from two aspects, namely shape restoring coatings and function restoring coatings. Shape restoring coatings benefit for swelling, shrinking, or reassociating reversible chemical bonds to return to the original state and morphology when coatings broken;function self-repairing coatings depend on the release of inhibitors to generate new passive layers on the damaged areas. With the advancement of coating research and to fulfill the demanding requirements of applications, it is an inevitable trend to develop coatings that can integrate multiple functions(such as stimulus response, self-repairing, corrosion warning,and so on). As a novel carrier and barrier, porous solids, especially covalent organic frameworks(COFs), have been respected as the future development of self-repairing coatings on Mg alloys, due to their unique, diverse structures and adjustable functions.

糖脂对痘痘肌的护理功效研究

糖脂属脂类化合物,是一类含有糖基配体的两亲性分子。从抑菌、抗炎、抗敏、控油、舒缓和修复等方面,研究了糖脂在痘痘肌护理中的功效。研究结果显示,糖脂对痤疮丙酸杆菌具有优异的抑菌性能;当糖脂用量达到10μg/mL时,糖脂对SZ95细胞脂质合成的抑制率可达20%;糖脂对LPS诱导的RAW264.7细胞的炎症因子IL-6和NO的释放具有抑制作用;当糖脂浓度为15 mg/mL时,糖脂对透明质酸酶的抑制率达到45.8%;当糖脂浓度为25μg/mL时,对钙离子浓度的抑制率达到45.3%;糖脂对伤口愈合有明显的促进作用。人体功效评价表明,糖脂产品对痘痘肌具备综合护理功效。本研究有助于进一步推动糖脂在化妆品特别是在痘痘肌护肤品中的应用。

以硅灰石尾矿为主要原料,探究高钙固废制备建筑陶瓷瓷质砖的可行性。借助Tg-DTA、XRD、SEM以及力学性能测试研究不同硅灰石尾矿含量、烧成温度对于坯体力学性能、物相与微观结构的影响。结果表明,硅灰石尾矿添加量为35 wt%时,在1150℃的条件下可以制备出吸水率为0.45%,抗折强度为53.9 MPa的瓷质砖试样。对坯体的烧结过程的进一步研究发现当温度低于900℃时,首先发生高岭土和方解石的脱水与分解过程;而在1050~1150℃时,硅灰石由1A型转变为2M型,并且与坯体中的硅铝酸盐反应形成钙长石,最终在低黏度液相的作用下完成坯体的致密化过程。

Nowadays,magnesium(Mg)alloys are promising lightweight structural materials,especially in transportation and aerospace fields,due to their inherent low density and high specific *** of the high-strength Mg alloys exhibit poor formability and ductility at room temperature,which limit their wide ***,by proper alloying design and/or delicate microstructural control,some newly developed Mg alloys,including rare-earth(RE)and RE-free ones,show enhanced ductility without significant loss of *** identify the critical reasons,recent researches on ductile Mg alloys have been reviewed from the aspects of alloying design strategies and microstructural control via advanced processing ***,some outlooks on enhanced ductility of Mg alloys are suggested,*** the beneficial effect of solute atoms,introducing second phase particles,tailoring bimodal-grained structures,introducing pre-twinning structures,*** current research progresses in alloying design and/or novel microstructural control have shed some lights on designing and producing Mg alloys with enhanced ductility.

Low strength and poor corrosion resistance are two long-standing bottlenecks with dilute Mg ***,we report that the corrosion resistance of Mg-0.6Al-0.5Mn-0.2Ca(wt.%)alloy sheet can be significantly improved by micro-alloying with 0.3 wt.%Ce,and the strength can be considerably augmented after aging *** optimization of strength,ductility,and corrosion resistance is difficult due to the inherent trade-off in Mg ***,our aged Mg-0.6Al-0.5Mn-0.2Ca-0.3Ce alloy features with yield strength(YS)of∼194 MPa,ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of∼265 MPa,elongation to failure(EF)of∼17.2%,and corrosion rate(CR)of 2.2 mm y^(−1),the combination of which exhibits competitive advantage over other comparative dilute Mg *** is found that Ce addition decreases the activity of cathodic phases,inhibits detrimental effects of Fe impurities,and forms a protective Ce-containing surface *** high strength stems from the precipitation of ordered guinier-Preston(g.P.)zones dispersed in uniform fine grains with an average grain size of∼8.2μ*** atomic-scale *** result in a noticeable age hardening response but do not act as crack initiation and propagation site,so our alloy also performs satisfactory *** work sheds light on the design and fabrication of strong,ductile,and corrosion-resistant dilute magnesium alloys to be used in electronic products and automotive bodies.

Introducing a bimodal grain-size distribution has been demonstrated an efficient strategy for fabricating high-strength and ductile metallic materials, where fine grains provide strength, while coarse grains enable strain hardening and hence decent ductility. Over the last decades, research activities in this area have grown enormously, including interesting results onfcc Cu, Ni and Al-Mg alloys as well as steel and Fe alloys via various thermo-mechanical processing approaches. However, investigations on bimodal Mg and other hcp metals are relatively few. A brief overview of the available approaches based on thermo- mechanical processing technology in producing bimodal microstructure for various metallic materials is given, along with a summary of unusual mechanical properties achievable by bimodality, where focus is placed on the microstructure-mechanical properties and relevant mechanisms. In addition, key factors that influencing bimodal strategies, such as compositions of starting materials and processing parameters, together with the challenges this research area facing, are identified and discussed briefly.

以医学统计学课程目标3的教学内容作为思政的融入点,探讨课程思政对医学统计学课程教学效果的影响。选取西安思源学院2023级护理学专业05班和06班共计91名学生作为研究对象,05班为实验组,课程讲授融入思政元素,06班作为对照组,课程讲授未融入思政元素,比较实验组与对照组课程目标3的期末考核成绩和总成绩。结果显示,实验组成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),以微课和真实案例播放的方式融入课程思政教学课堂活跃度明显提升,提高了学生的期末考核成绩、报国热情、职业认同感、创新精神与奉献精神等。
