Multi-objective optimization of a high speed on/off valve for dynamic performance improvement and volume minimization

Hydraulic circuits with high speed on/off valve(HSV)for servo control have become commonplace in ***,the individual valve that is not volume-optimized results in a large total size of hydraulic control system,diminishing the *** address this issue,the high-precision equivalent reluctance model of the HSV is established by employing an equivalent magnetic circuit,on which the dynamic characteristic of the HSV,as well as the effects of structural parameters on switching behaviour,are *** on this model,multi-objective optimization is adopted to design an HSV with faster dynamic performance and smaller volume,NSGA-II genetic algorithm is applied to obtain the Pareto front of the desired *** assess the impact before and after optimization,an HSV based on the optimized structure is manufactured and *** experimental results show that the optimized HSV reduces 47.1%of its solenoid volume while improving opening and closing dynamic performance by 14.8%and 43.0%respectively,increasing maximum switching frequency by 6.2%,and expanding flow linear control area by 6.7%.These results validate the optimized structure and indicate that the optimization method provided in the paper is beneficial for developing superior HSV.

Accurate radar quantitative precipitation estimation(QPE)plays an essential role in disaster prevention and *** this paper,two deep learning-based QPE networks including a single-parameter network and a multi-parameter network are ***,a self-defined loss function(SLF)is proposed during *** dataset includes Shijiazhuang S-band dual polarimetric radar(CINRAD/SAD)data and rain gauge data within the radar’s 100-km detection range during the flood season of 2021 in North *** that the specific propagation phase shift(KDP)has a roughly linear relationship with the precipitation intensity,KDP is set to 0.5°km^(-1 )as a threshold value to divide all the rain data(AR)into a heavy rain(HR)and light rain(LR)***,12 deep learning-based QPE models are trained according to the input radar parameters,the precipitation datasets,and whether an SLF was adopted,*** results suggest that the effects of QPE after distinguishing rainfall intensity are better than those without distinguishing,and the effects of using SLF are better than those that used MSE as a loss function.A Z-R relationship and a zh-KDP-R synthesis method are compared with deep learning-based *** mean relative errors(MRE)of AR models using SLF are improved by 61.90%,51.21%,and 56.34%compared with the Z-R relational method,and by 38.63%,42.55%,and 47.49%compared with the synthesis ***,the models are further evaluated in three precipitation processes,which manifest that the deep learning-based models have significant advantages over the traditional empirical formula methods.

In this paper, the governing differential equations of elastic stability problems in thermopiezoelectric media are deduced. The solutions of the thermal buckling problems for piezoelectric laminated plates are presented in the context of the mathematical theory of elasticity. Owing to the complexity of the eigenvalue problem involved, the critical temperature values of thermal buckling must be solved numerically. The numerical results for piezoelectric/non-piezoelectric laminated plates are presented and the influence of piezoelectricity upon thermal buckling temperature is discussed.

AIM:To repor t the clinical profile,endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy(En-DCR)management,and acute dacryocystitis(AD)outcomes in ***:Clinical data of 554 adult AD patients(554 eyes)who presented in 7 tertiary eye care centers for 10y from Jan 2010 to Mar 2020 were retrospectively *** profile,En-DCR management,and outcomes of all cases were *** anatomical and functional success were evaluated for 12mo ***:The analysis included 149 males and 368 females with a median age of 55.2y(range:18-84y).There were 459 eyes with a history of epiphora or purulent *** time between a symptom of lacrimal duct obstruction and acute onset was 1 to 540(66.1±58.2)***-nine eyes had a history of the previous acute ***-four eyes developed a cutaneous fistula,while 11 eyes had post septal cellulitis ***-DCR with an anatomical success of 91.7%and functional success of 90.1%.The success rate of the patients with a history of acute episodes and the preoperative fistula was lower than the overall success ***:En-DCR can be performed during an acute episode in AD with a success rate of over 90%.

A series of palladium-modified(Pd-modified)CuO-ZnO-Al_(2)O_(3)(CZA)catalysts with various Pd loadings(0.3 wt%to 2.4 wt%)were prepared using the wetness impregnation method,on two CZA supports with different structures that are CZA-aged precursor composed of a mixture of zincian-malachite and hydrotalcite-like phases(CZA-zh),and CuO-ZnO-Al_(2)O_(3)metal oxide nanoparticles(CZA-MO).Enhancement on catalytic activity can be observed on both Pd-modified CZA catalysts in a temperature range of 180-240℃for methanol synthesis via CO_(2)***/CZA-zh catalysts exhibited a more efficient and stable production of methanol at a relatively low reaction temperature of 180℃for 100 hrs of *** improvement of activity is mainly ascribed to a higher surface area and abundant oxygen-containing functional groups(e.g.,-OH)of CZA-zh support,which is beneficial for better adsorption and distribution of Pd *** temperature programmed reduction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results demonstrated a better interaction between Pd and Cu on Pd/CZA-zh catalysts via enhanced reducibility of CuO,and peak shift of Cu to a lower binding *** difference in the efficient utilization of hydrogen spillover effect of Pd promoter over two CZA supports resulted in the different performances for methanol synthesis under mild reaction co℃nditions.

Remanufacturing is regarded as a sustainable manufacturing paradigm of energy conservation and environment *** improve the efficiency of the remanufacturing process,this work investigates an integrated scheduling problem for disassembly and reprocessing in a remanufacturing process,where product structures and uncertainty are taken into ***,a stochastic programming model is developed to minimize the maximum completion time(makespan).Second,a Q-learning based hybrid meta-heuristic(Q-HMH)is specially *** each iteration,a Q-learning method is employed to adaptively choose a premium algorithm from four candidate ones,including genetic algorithm(GA),artificial bee colony(ABC),shuffled frog-leaping algorithm(SFLA),and simulated annealing(SA)*** last,simulation experiments are carried out by using sixteen instances with different scales,and three state-of-the-art algorithms in literature and an exact solver CPLEX are chosen for *** analyzing the results with the average relative percentage deviation(RPD)metric,we find that Q-HMH outperforms its rivals by 9.79%-26.76%.The results and comparisons verify the excellent competitiveness of Q-HMH for solving the concerned problems.
