In this work, studied electrical conductivity(s) and annealing of radiation defects in crystals of n-InP are irradiated by electrons energy of 6 MeV and doses of 1017 el/cm2 (centimeter) and 2 × 1017 el/cm2 (centimeter). It is sh.wn that alongside point defects (in the form of complexes with impurity atoms in crystals of n-InP) also form the complex defects of the type of disordered areas, annealing of which proceeds at T > 300°C that binds accumulating radiation defects.

Bioethanol is an attractive renewable energy resource that can be produced from agricultural feed stocks such as sugarcane, corn, sugar beet, wheat, barley and many types of waste biomass materials. It can be used as a transport fuel, mainly as a biofuel additive for gasoline called ＂gasohol＂. In this study the possibility of using ethanol as a gasoline additive from economic, environmental and agricultural point of view in Iran is investigated. Daily gasoline consumption of Iran is about 66 million liters and 340 of this amount is imported. We consider the production of sugarcane-derived ethanol to displace 15% of gasoline use in lran. With existing technology, 450,000 hectares of land, 21 standard distillery and US $3,600 million investment will be required to produce this amount of ethanol. This is just about 60% of the money that currently Iran expends annually for importing about 5.8 million tones of gasoline.

Background: Human herpesvirus type 6 (HHV-6) has been sh.wn to infect almost all children by 4 years of age. Primary infection causes an undifferentiated febrile illness, with approximately 30% of children exhibiting the classic clinical manifestations of roseola infantum. Objectives: The current study was carried out to explore the anti-HHV-6 IgG positivity rate as a marker of past infection among apparently healthy infants and to figure out the effect of certain infant and family characteristics on the infectivity rate. Materials and methods: This is a cross sectional study conducted in Diyala province during the period from August 2017-July 2018. A total of 180 apparently healthy infants were included, their ages ranged between 6 - 24 months. They consist of 100 males with mean age ± SD 15.05 ± 6.42 months and 80 females with mean age ± SD 15.56 ± 6.66 months. Human privacy was respected by obtaining parental consent. Venous blood samples were collected aseptically from each participant. Sera were separated and tested for the anti-HHV6 IgG (Sunlong Biotech, China) by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbant assay (ELISA) technique. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS version 23 and P value Conclusion: About one half of apparently healthy infants aged up to two years of Diyala population have anti-HHV6 IgG antibodies and the presence of intrafamilial primary HHV-6 positive case is markedly associated with increased rate of anti-HHV6 IgG among siblings.

We present preliminary results from the experimental investigation of the response of the atmosphere due to the impact of powerful sh.ck waves. The response is evidenced as ultra low frequency electromagnetic wave radiation at frequency of 2-5 kHz and in duration of 3 7s. We hypothesize that this radiation appears due to the following process： the sh.ck wave ionizes the neutral particles in the air and these charged and neutral particles continue their vertical motion, which forms in the trail of the sh.ck wave. Such motion can cause the cyclotron-like radiation measured.

The previously derived Lane consistent dispersive coupled-channel optical model for nucleon scattering on 232Th and 23Su nuclei is extended to describe scattering on even-even actinides with Z=90-98. A soft-rotator- model （SRM） description of the low-lying nuclear structure is used, where the SRM Hamiltonian parameters are adjusted to the observed collective levels of the target nucleus. SRM nuclear wave functions （mixed in K quantum number） have been used to calculate the coupling matrix elements of the generalized optical model. The ＂effective＂ deformations that define inter-band couplings are derived from the SRM Hamiltonian parameters. Conservation of nuclear volume is enforced by introducing a dynamic monopolar term to the deformed potential, leading to additional couplings between rotational bands. The fitted static deformation parameters are in very good agreement with those derived by Wang and collaborators using the Weizs^cker-Skyrme global mass model （WS4）, allowing use of the latter to predict cross sections for nuclei without experimental data. A good description of the scarce ＂optical＇experimental database is achieved. SRM couplings and volume conservation allow a precise calculation of the compound-nucleus formation cross sections, which is significantly different from that calculated with rigid-rotor potentials coupling the ground-state rotational band. The derived parameters can be used to describe both neutron- and proton-induced reactions.

In this paper, we investigate the flow of customers through queuing systems with randomly varying intensities. The analysis of the Kolmogorov-Chapman system of stationary equations for this model sh.wed that it is not possible to construct a convenient symbolic solution. In this paper an attempt is made to circumvent this requirement by referring to the ergodicity theorems, which gives the conditions for the existence of the limit distribution in the service processes, but do not require knowledge of them.

The article provides information on the activity of peroxidase enzyme in the composition of the seeds and bark of some varieties of soy cultivated in Uzbekistan and the importance of this enzyme in plant life. As is known, soybeans are one of the main nutritional plants of Agriculture. Orzu and Vilana varieties are resistant to other varieties, and the main thing is that they can be planted in crop fields in all regions of the Republic, achieve high fertility and thereby satisfy the demand of the population for feed products.

The results of researches aimed to establish.the optimum growing space and density of standing of plants at cultivation of cauliflower seeds in Uzbekistan are stated in the article. Researches were spent in the suburb of Tash.ent with a mid-early grade ＂Domestic＂. In experiences were compared 5 densities of standing （31746, 35714, 40806, 47620 and 57142 pieces/hectare） received at planting of sprouts with row-spacing of 70 sm and distance between plants in a row 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 sm. Experiences were pawned in quadruple frequency with the area of an allotment 10 M2. 60-65 day sprouts were planted under film tunnel sh.lters on February 11-12. Film sh.lters were kept over plants till the end of March. Seed plants were grown up without formation. Experiences were accompanied by phonological control, calculation of leaves quantity, an establish.ent of average weight of a head, definition of quantity of the plants, which have given seeds, the account of a crop of seeds from a bush.and of a unit of area. It has been defined that reception of seeds of a cauliflower at cultivation under film tunnels is quite possible in Uzbekistan. It is establish.d that with representation of the big growing space the plants form more leaves, earlier and larger form the heads, develop the testicles acceleration and increase their seed efficiency. It has been revealed that the more plants thickness is, the bigger sh.re of them does not give seeds. In this connection the greatest crop of seeds has been received at growing space 70x45 sm at which 31.7 thousand Pl/ha had been planted. It is proved that in the conditions of Uzbekistan it is possible to cultivate high-grade seeds of cauliflower with productivity of 127-147 kg/ha.
