Nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers serve as the physical platform for nonadiabatic holonomic quantum *** quantum computation has entered the noisy intermediate-scale era,building accurate intermediate-scale nonadiabatic holo-nomic quantum computers is clearly *** that measurements are the sole means of extracting information,they play an indispensable role in nonadiabatic holonomic quantum ***,developing methods to reduce measurement errors in nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers is of great ***,while much attention has been given to the research on nonadiabatic holonomic gates,the research on reducing measurement errors in nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers is severely *** this study,we propose a measurement error reduction method tailored for intermediate-scale nonadiabatic holonomic quantum *** reason we say this is because our method can not only reduce the measurement errors in the computer but also be useful in mitigating errors originating from nonadiabatic holonomic *** these features,our method significantly advances the construction of accurate intermediate-scale nonadiabatic holonomic quantum computers.

Abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in COVID-19 patients were recently reported with unclear *** this study,we retrospectively investigated a cohort of COVID-19 patients without pre-existing metabolic-related diseases,and found new-onset in suli n resista nee,hyperglycemia,and decreased HDL-C in these patie *** nistically,SARS-CoV-2 infecti on in creased the expression of RE1-silencing transcription factor(REST),which modulated the expression of secreted metabolic factors including myeloperoxidase,apelin,and myostatin at the transcriptional level,resulting in the perturbation of glucose and lipid ***,several lipids,including(±)5-HETE,(±)12-HETE,propionic acid,and isobutyric acid were identified as the potential biomarkers of COVID-19-induced metabolic dysregulation,especially in insulin *** together,our study revealed insulin resistance as the direct cause of hyperglycemia upon COVID-19,and further illustrated the underlying mechanisms,providing potential therapeutic targets for COVID-19-induced metabolic complications.

目的:以细菌外膜囊泡(OMV)结合三嵌段聚合物普朗尼克F127(PEO_(100)-PPO_(65)-PEO_(100)),构建能够有效促进巨噬细胞分泌抗肿瘤细胞因子的纳米载药体系OMV-F127。方法:培养减毒沙门菌,用超滤离心法与超声破碎法提取OMV,机械挤压法制得OMV-F127;蛋白质定量试剂盒和SDS-PAGE法检测OMV的蛋白含量和成分;荧光显微镜、透射电镜、动态光散射法检测OMV-F127形态学特征、粒径、电位及其稳定性;以小鼠巨噬细胞RAW246.7为细胞模型,ELISA检测OMV-F127对抗肿瘤细胞因子的分泌作用。结果:两种方法成功提取到减毒沙门菌的OMV,其蛋白质总量分别为2.8 mg/mL和2.7 mg/mL。成功制备OMV-F127且含有OMV的标志蛋白OmpF/C。OMV为纳米级囊泡结构,F127以及OMV-F127为球形纳米颗粒。OMV、F127、OMV-F127颗粒平均直径分别为(72±2)nm、(90±3)nm、(92±2)nm。OMV-F127能促进抗肿瘤细胞因子IL-12、α-TNF、γ干扰素的分泌。结论:基于细菌OMV的纳米载体OMV-F127能够有效促进巨噬细胞分泌抗肿瘤细胞因子,具有免疫调节作用。

Kawasaki disease(KD)is an acute,febrile,systemic vasculitis that mainly affects children under five years of *** this paper,we propose and study a class of 5-dimensional ordinary differential equation model describing the vascular endothelial cell injury in the lesion area of *** model exhibits forward/backward *** is shown that the vascular injury-free equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable if the basic reproduction number R_(0)1,and some explicit analytic expressions of ultimate lower bounds of the solutions of the model are *** results suggest that the control of vascular injury in the lesion area of KD is not only correlated with the basic reproduction number R_(0),but also with the growth rate of normal vascular endothelial cells promoted by the vascular endothelial growth factor.

The rapid proliferation of electric vehicle(EV)charging infrastructure introduces critical cybersecurity vulnerabilities to power grids *** study presents an innovative anomaly detection framework for EV charging stations,addressing the unique challenges posed by third-party aggregation *** approach integrates node equations-based on the parameter identification with a novel deep learning model,xDeepCIN,to detect abnormal data reporting indicative of aggregation *** employ a graph-theoretic approach to model EV charging networks and utilize Markov Chain Monte Carlo techniques for accurate parameter *** xDeepCIN model,incorporating a Compressed Interaction Network,has the ability to capture complex feature interactions in sparse,high-dimensional charging *** results on both proprietary and public datasets demonstrate significant improvements in anomaly detection performance,with F1-scores increasing by up to 32.3%for specific anomaly types compared to traditional methods,such as wide&deep and DeepFM(Factorization-Machine).Our framework exhibits robust scalability,effectively handling networks ranging from 8 to 85 charging ***,we achieve real-time monitoring capabilities,with parameter identification completing within seconds for networks up to 1000 *** research contributes to enhancing the security and reliability of renewable energy systems against evolving cyber threats,offering a comprehensive solution for safeguarding the rapidly expanding EV charging infrastructure.

Bandgap characteristics analysis and graded design of a novel metamaterial for flexural wave suppression

A novel elastic metamaterial is proposed with the aim of achieving lowfrequency broad bandgaps and bandgap regulation. The band structure of the proposed metamaterial is calculated based on the Floquet-Bloch theorem, and the boundary modes of each bandgap are analyzed to understand the effects of each component of the unit cell on the bandgap formation. It is found that the metamaterials with a low elastic modulus of ligaments can generate flexural wave bandgaps below 300 Hz. Multi-frequency vibrations can be suppressed through the selective manipulation of bandgaps. The dual-graded design of metamaterials that can significantly improve the bandgap width is proposed based on parametric studies. A new way that can regulate the bandgap is revealed by studying the graded elastic modulus in the substrate. The results demonstrate that the nonlinear gradient of the elastic modulus in the substrate offers better bandgap performance. Based on these analyses, the proposed elastic metamaterials can pave the way for multi-frequency vibration control, low-frequency bandgap broadening, and bandgap tuning.

Effect of Nb-V microalloying on the hot deformation behavior of medium Mn steels

The influence of Nb-V microalloying on the hot deformation behavior and microstructures of medium Mn steel(MMS)was investigated by uniaxial hot compression *** establishing the constitutive equations for simulating the measured flow curves,we successfully constructed deformation activation energy(Q)maps and processing maps for identifying the region of flow *** concluded the following consequences of Nb-V alloying for MMS.(i)The critical strain increases and the increment diminishes with the increasing deformation temperature,suggesting that NbC precipitates more efficiently retard dynamic recrystallization(DRX)in MMS compared with solute Nb.(ii)The deformation activation energy of MMS is significantly increased and even higher than that of some reported high Mn steels,suggesting that its ability to retard DRX is greater than that of the high Mn content.(iii)The hot workability of MMS is improved by narrowing the hot processing window for the unstable flow stress,in which fine recrystallized and coarse unrecrystallized grains are present.

The increasing popularity of the Internet and the widespread use of information technology have led to a rise in the number and sophistication of network attacks and security *** detection systems are crucial to network security,playing a pivotal role in safeguarding networks from potential ***,in the context of an evolving landscape of sophisticated and elusive attacks,existing intrusion detection methodologies often overlook critical aspects such as changes in network topology over time and interactions between *** address these issues,this paper proposes a real-time network intrusion detection method based on graph neural *** proposedmethod leverages the advantages of graph neural networks and employs a straightforward graph construction method to represent network traffic as dynamic graph-structured ***,a graph convolution operation with a multi-head attention mechanism is utilized to enhance the model’s ability to capture the intricate relationships within the graph structure ***,it uses an integrated graph neural network to address dynamic graphs’structural and topological changes at different time points and the challenges of edge embedding in intrusion detection *** edge classification problem is effectively transformed into node classification by employing a line graph data representation,which facilitates fine-grained intrusion detection tasks on dynamic graph node feature *** efficacy of the proposed method is evaluated using two commonly used intrusion detection datasets,UNSW-NB15 and NF-ToN-IoT-v2,and results are compared with previous studies in this *** experimental results demonstrate that our proposed method achieves 99.3%and 99.96%accuracy on the two datasets,respectively,and outperforms the benchmark model in several evaluation metrics.
