Objective:To determine the antioxidant capacities of pollen extract applied at different concentrations on biochemical parameters in brain tissues of rainbow ***:parameters in brain tissues of fish treated at various concentrations of the pollen extract(0.5,2.5,5,10,20 and 30 mg/L)for 96 *** malondialdehyde levels,total antioxidant status,total oxidant status,oxidative stress index and amounts of total free sulfhydryl groups were analyzed in fish ***:The effective concentration of pollen was determined with some biochemical treated compared to control group(P<0.05).The highest level of total antioxidant status(P<0.05)and the lowest value(P<0.05)of the total oxidant status was 10 mg/L concentration of *** stress index and level of sulfhydryl groups showed lowest values(P<0.05)in 10 mg/L pollen treated group compared with control ***:To apply the pollen to fish reduces the detrimental effects and modulates oxidative status via activating antioxidant defense systems at brain *** a result,pollen can be added up to 10 mg/L to the medium of rainbow trout to improve health of fish.

Development of Biotechnology has brought a feasibility of the scientific analysis on this biological data and the processing of personal data content within human biological materials. In this sense, it has been recognized as the main principle to protect the privacy of biological data belonging to individual since it can determine genetic makeup of an individual processing of personal data in the biological materials of human origin. Speaking of this context, Islam accepts human as the most dignified creation. This dignity given to human makes biological materials of human origin and human private. Privacy brings immunity. The responsibility to protect the human body has been given to mankind in order not to lose this dignity. This responsibility is not bounded by human＇s own body. It must protect the body privacy of next generation which is the heir of genetic heritage. This study will focus on the reflection of the privacy perception of the Islamic law towards body on the legality of human biological materials usage for research purposes.

The realization of plasmonic structures generally necessitates expensive fabrication techniques, such as electron beam and focused ion beam lithography, allowing for the top-down fabrication of low-dimensional structures. Another approach to make plasmonic structures in a bottom-up fashion is colloidal synthesis, which is convenient for liquid-state applications or very thin solid films where aggregation problems are an important challenge. The architectures prepared using these methods are typically not robust enough for easy handling and convenient integration. Therefore, developing a new plasmonic robust platform having large-scale dimensions without adversely affecting the plasmonic features is in high demand. As a solution, here we present a new plasmonic composite structure consisting of gold nanoparticles （Au NPs） incorporated into sucrose macrocrystals on a large scale, while preserving the plasmonic nature of the Au NPs and providing robustness in handling at the same time. As a proof of concept demonstration, we present the fluorescence enhancement of green CdTe quantum dots （QDs） via plasmonic coupling with these Au NPs in the sucrose crystals. The obtained composite material exhibits centimeter scale dimensions and the resulting quantum efficiency （QE） is enhanced via the interplay between the Au NPs and CdTe QDs by 58% （from 24% to 38%）. Moreover, a shortening in the photoluminescence lifetime from 11.0 to 7.40 ns, which corresponds to a field enhancement factor of 2.4, is observed upon the introduction of Au NPs into the QD incorporated macrocrystals. These results suggest that such ＂sweet＂ plasmonic crystals are promising for large-scale robust platforms to embed plasmonic nanoparticles.

Organizational citizenship behavior is an example of such patterns. Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by stereotypic/repetitive behavior, impaired communication, imagination and social interactions. Recently, studies have investigated the possible association between the etiology of autism and potential roles of various environmental agents, especially heavy metals. The aim of the present study was to examine levels of toxic metals in hair and urine samples of an autistic child. The levels of lead, cadmium, arsenic and manganese in hair and urine of this child were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and compared with those of healthy children who had bee n assessed in previous studies. The autistic child had higher hair levels of lead （0.80 μg/g vs. 0.01 μg/g）, cadmium （0.083 μg/g vs. 0.06 μg/g） and arsenic （0.09 μg/g vs. 0.06 μg/g）. Urine levels of lead （12.54 μg/L vs. 3.36 μg/L） and cadmium （3.24 μg/L vs. 0.53μg/L） were higher than those of controls; whereas arsenic levels in urine were lower （6.81 μg/L vs. 32.06 μg/L）. Hair and urine samples of this autistic child contained lower concentrations of manganese （0.12 μg/g and 0.028 μg/g） as compared to healthy children （0.41 μg/L and 4.81μg/L）. In conclusion, our study demonstrated elevation in the levels of lead, cadmium and arsenic in a child with autism.

Effects of crude thymus gland extract on some physiological and biochemical parameters in local rabbits

＜正＞ Aim: Fotemustine （FM） is an antineoplastic agent used in the systemic treatment of the glioblastoma. In this study beside fotemustine. dexamethasone （DM） was used as an antiangiogenic agent and atorvastatin （AV） which is antilipidemic but also putative apoptatic was used. Our aim was investigate the effects of the combination of three agents on the mice C6 glioblastoma（ C6G） tumour mass, cell proliferation, angiogenesis and lipid *** and Metods: 5x106 C6G cell was inoculated to flank of the Bulb - C mice. 10 days after inoculation. FM10 mg/kg, DM3 mg/kg single dose（ip） and AV10 mg/kg/day（oral） for 8 days were applied. On 18th day, extracted C6G were weighted and their lipid profiles were detected by gas chromatography. Cell proliferation was measured by KI - 67 antibody. Angiogenesis was detected by PTEN ***: In all treatment groups, tumour mass was decreased by 48-68 % in comparison with control. DM augmented EM effects by 2. 4 % . On the other hand AV had no effect. Amount of total fatty acid was increased by DM. reduced by FM. but not effected by AV. Linoleic acid/arachidonic acid ratio （18:2/20: 4） was decreased with FM 60 % in comparison with control.

In the present study,36 local rabbits of different ages were divided into two groups:18 infants and 18 adult rabbits of both sexes were *** group of rabbits were subdivided randomly into two subgroups(control and treated).Treated groups,received intraperitoneally calf thymus extract obtained from abattoir and homogenized with 0.15M NaCl,centrifuged and the supernatant was Millipore filtrated and stored at-20ºC and used in a dose of 0.25 mL/kg body weight daily for two *** groups received similar doses of normal saline *** obtained from each treated group were compared to those of the control *** days after the last injection,animals were anesthetized and blood samples were collected for biochemical,hematological *** treated with crude thymus extract showed significant decreases in RBC,Hb and *** indices(MCV and MCHC)also showed significant decreases in treated *** count and the percentage of lymphocytes showed highly significant decrease in both treated groups,crude extract seems to induce immunosup-pressive action through anti proliferative *** parameters showed high significant decrease of serum albumin level in the treated adult group but no changes were observed in the infant group,while total protein markedly decreased only in treated adult,which could be explained on the base of decreased negative acute protein and increased catabolism of proteins in the *** in the lipid profile showed significant increase in triglyceride,VLDL,and LDL level,while HDL level was decreased in both treated *** in the HDL composition which is expected and decrease of antioxidant lead to increase in free radicals which induced LDL and VLDL oxidation and initiation of *** all treated groups highly significant increase of AST,ALT and ALP activation were obvious as a result of liver cell damages.
