Metal clusters are useful phosphors, but highly luminescent examples are quite rare. Usually, the phosphorescence of metal clusters is hindered by ambient O2molecules. Transforming this disadvantage into an advantage for meaningful applications of metal clusters presents a formidable challenge. In this work, we used ligand engineering to judiciously prepare colour-tuneable and brightly emitting Cu(I)clusters that are ultrasensitive to O2upon dispersion in a fluid solution or in a solid matrix. When the O2scavenger dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) was used as the solvent, joint photo-and oxygen-controlled multicolour switches were achieved for the first time for metal cluster-based photopatterning and photo-anticounterfeiting. More importantly, an aggregation-induced barrier to oxygen, a new aggregation-induced emission mechanism for metal clusters, was proposed, providing a new pathway to realizing the intense emission of metal clusters in the aggregated state. These results are expected to promote the application of metal clusters and enrich the luminescence theory of metal cluster aggregates.

Rare earth elements(REEs)as nonessential trace elements are enriched in living organisms and threaten their *** early detect and reduce REE enrichment in living organisms,scientists are focused on clarifying the enrichment process of REEs in living organisms and its ***,the enrichment process of REEs in edible plant cells has remained ***,by using interdisciplinary methods and techniques,the enrichment process of lanthanum(La(Ⅲ))in the leaf cells of lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.)was investigated.(1)When La(Ⅲ)exposure dose is 0.5-5μmol/L,La(Ⅲ)is enriched outside the plasma membrane(PM).In this zone,La(Ⅲ)is bound to vitronectin-like protein(VN)to form La-VN complexes;(2)When La(Ⅲ)exposure dose is 5-20μmol/L,besides the zone outside the PM,La(Ⅲ)is also enriched on the PM and bound to arabinogalactan proteins(AGPs)to form La-AGPs complexes;(3)When La(Ⅲ)exposure dose is 20-140μmol/L,besides the zone outside and on the PM,La(Ⅲ)is enriched inside the PM;(4)When La(Ⅲ)exposure dose is 60-140μmol/L,malondialdehyde content(an important indicator of invisible damage)significantly ***,as La(Ⅲ)exposure dose increases,La(Ⅲ)gradually migrates from outside the PM to the PM and inside the PM,enriching in these zones in *** enriched La(Ⅲ)will cause invisible damage to lettuce leaf cells and even enter human bodies along food *** results provide references for investigating the enrichment process of REEs in plants and its environmental risks,and finding strategies to early detect and reduce REE enrichment in plants.

Spin–momentum locking is a key feature of the topological surface state, which plays an important role in *** electrical detection of current-induced spin polarization protected by the spin–momentum locking in nonmagnetic systems provides a new platform for developing spintronics, while previous studies were mostly based on magnetic *** this study, the spin transport measurement of Dirac semimetal Cd_(3)As_(2) was studied by three-terminal geometry, and a hysteresis loop signal with high resistance and low resistance state was observed. The hysteresis was reversed by reversing the current direction, which illustrates the spin–momentum locking feature of Cd_(3)As_(2). Furthermore, we realized the on–off states of the spin signals through electric modulation of the Fermi arc via the three-terminal configuration, which enables the great potential of Cd_(3)As_(2) in spin field-effect transistors.

针对垃圾渗滤液纳滤浓缩液可生化性极低而无法进行生物处置的问题,本研究采用絮凝-臭氧微纳米气泡(O_(3)/micro-nanobubbles,O_(3)/MNBs)耦合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液纳滤浓缩液以期提高其可生化性。通过改变絮凝工艺的絮凝时间,聚合硫酸铁投加量,絮凝转速以及O_(3)/MNBs工艺的臭氧进气量,初始pH,温度等参数来探究絮凝-O_(3)/MNBs耦合工艺最佳工艺参数。结果表明,在絮凝时间为40 min,聚合硫酸铁投加量为10 g·L^(-1),絮凝转速为300 r·min^(-1)的最佳絮凝工艺参数下,垃圾渗滤液纳滤浓缩液的色度、腐殖质及COD去除率分别为79.8%、59.2%和73.3%,B/C从0.09增至0.22,生物毒性由92.4%(高毒)降至50.6%(重毒)。垃圾渗滤液纳滤浓缩液絮凝工艺的出水进一步采用O_(3)/MNBs工艺处理,在臭氧进气量为400 mL·min^(-1),初始pH=11,反应温度为30℃的最佳工艺参数下,絮凝出水的色度、腐殖质及COD去除率分别达到100.0%、80.8%和38.9%,B/C由0.22增至0.62,生物毒性由50.6%(重毒)降至20.3%(低毒)。结果表明,絮凝-O_(3)/MNBs耦合工艺是提升垃圾渗滤液纳滤浓缩液可生化性的有效方法。

By a small-size complex network of coupled chaotic Hindmarsh-Rose circuits, we study experimen- tally the stability of network synchronization to the removal of shortcut links. It is shown that the removal of a single shortcut link may destroy either completely or partially the network synchroniza- tion. Interestingly, when the network is partially desynchronized, it is found that the oscillators can be organized into different groups, with oscillators within each group being highly synchronized but are not for oscillators from different groups, showing the intriguing phenomenon of cluster synchro- nization. The experimental results are analyzed by the method of eigenvalue analysis, which implies that the formation of cluster synchronization is crucially dependent on the network symmetries. Our study demonstrates the observability of cluster synchronization in realistic systems, and indicates the feasibility of controlling network synchronization by adjusting network topology.

The planetary wave response to global warm ing with single forcing of greenhouse gases （GHGs） is investigated in this study by using a total of 11 model results that anticipated CMIP3 4XCO2 experiments. It is shown that the amplitudes of the planetary wave fluxes over Siberia, the Eastern North Pacific, and the North Atlantic decrease by approximately -10% to -30% in the warming context. In particular, the vertical wave flux over the Eastern North Pacific significantly decreases by -28.6%. The weakening of the planetary waves is partly associated with the decreased land-sea thermal contrast, which may be caused by the radiation effect of CO2 and the different surface heat capacities of land and sea. The present work provides a clear understanding of the re sponses of planetary waves to GHGs forcing.

【目的】探究外源赤霉素浸种对盐胁迫下高羊茅种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。【方法】以高羊茅火凤凰2号为材料,采用纸上发芽法,设置20个处理,用0、100、150、200、300 mg/L GA溶液浸泡高羊茅种子2 d,然后将其分别置于含0、100、200、250 mmol/L NaCl溶液的培养皿中进行萌发试验,并测定种子萌发和幼苗生长的相关指标。【结果】在100 mmol/L盐胁迫下,能缓解盐胁迫进而促进种子萌发和幼苗生长的最佳GA浓度为200 mg/L,种子萌发各项指标优于0 mg/L GA处理,在200、250mmol/L盐胁迫下,能缓解盐胁迫从而促进种子萌发和幼苗生长的最佳GA浓度为150 mg/L,种子萌发各项指标略优于0 mg/L GA处理。【结论】模糊数学隶属函数法对不同浓度GA溶液浸种缓解盐胁迫能力综合分析证明,能够缓解盐胁迫并促进种子萌发和幼苗生长的较佳赤霉素浓度为150 mg/L。

AIM: To identify the gene that may predispose to human gastric cancer and to analyze its expression in gastric cancer and non-tumorous gastric ***: Cancer, para-tumor, and non-tumor gastric tissues were studied for gene expression profile using fluorescent differential display reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (DDRT-PCR). The differentially expressed bands of interest were analyzed by cloning,Northern blotting, and sequencing. The sequencing results were compared with the GenBank database for homologyand conserved domain analysis. In situ hybridization with DIG-labeled cRNA probes was used to detect the expression of gene in paraffin embedded gastric adenocarcinoma and non-cancerous ***: A gene expressed higher in tumor and para-tumor tissues than in their non-tumor counterparts of all 7 tested gastric adenocarcinoma patients was identified by means of DDRT-PCR analysis, it was named GCRG213(gastric cancer related gene 213). Northern blot confirmed the differential expression. GCRG213(GenBank No. AY053451) consisted of 1094 base pairs with an open reading frame (ORF) which encoded 142 amino acids. The deduced amino acid sequence contained a putative conserved domain, apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease (APE). In situ hybridization analysis showed that C-CRG213was expressed higher in gastric cancer tissues than in their corresponding non-tumor ones. Precancerous leisions of gastric adenocarcinoma showed a high GCRG213 expression, too. No difference of the expression pattems was found between the early and advanced gastric ***: A gene named GCRG213 was identified in human gastric adenocarcinoma. It encoded an APE-like protein which was probably a new member of the APE ***213 was over-expressed not only in gastric cancer,but also in its precancerous leisions. The role of GCRG213 expression in carcinogenesis needs further study.
