Summary:The novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 caused an outbreak of pneumonia in Wuhan,Hubei province of China in January *** study aims to investigate the effects of different temperature and time durations of virus inactivation on the results of PCR testing for *** patients at the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University suspected of being infected with SARS-CoV-2 were selected on February 13,2020 and throat swabs were *** swabs were stored at room tempcrature(20-25℃),then divided into aliquots and subjected to different temperature for different periods in order to inactivate the viruses(56℃for 30,45,60 min;65,70,80℃for 10,15,20 min).Control aliquots were stored at room temperature for 60 *** all aliquots were tested in a real-time fluorescence PCR using primers against *** of inactivation temperature and time,7 of 12 cases(58.3%)tested were positive for SARS-CoV-2 by PCR,and cycle threshold values were *** results suggest that virus inactivation parameters exert minimal infuence on PCR test *** at 65℃for 10 min may be sufficient to ensure safe,reliable testing.

The key to hydrogen storage is to design new materials with light mass, large surface and rich adsorption sites. Based on the recent experimental success in synthesizing tripyrrylmethane, we have explored Ti-tripyrrylmethane based 2D porous structure for hydrogen storage using density functional theory. We have found that the structure is stable, and the exposed Ti sites can bind three hydrogen molecules with an average binding energy of 0.175 eV/H2, which lies in the energy window for storage and release of hydrogen in room temperature and at the ambient, pressure.

Petroleum, the most important energy source in the world, plays an essential role in securing economic development. If a petroleum shortage happens, it will severely disrupt production and life. Cross-regional emergency scheduling can effectively alleviate a petroleum shortage and further enhance the efficiency of the emergency response. Considering the general lack of focus on cross-regional petroleum dispatching management, we propose a three-layer emergency scheduling network for petroleum based on a supernetwork model that can increase the regional emergency correlation by adding a transfer management process. Then, we compare the total demand for petroleum and the emergency costs considered in the petroleum emergency scheduling supernetwork model（the single-region and the cross-region scenarios）.The result shows that the cross-regional emergency scheduling pattern can effectively enhance the efficiency of the emergency preparations and reduce the emergency costs in most cases. However, when the vulnerabilities in the crossregional link grow or the regional linkage decreases, the effect of single-regional scheduling is better. In addition, the advantages of the cross-regional emergency scheduling network will be strengthened with an increase in its maximum emergency capability. Nonetheless, this advantage will disappear when the petroleum demand in the crisis layer reaches the maximum emergency response capacity. Finally, according to the comparative analysis simulation among scenarios,certain strategic policy recommendations are suggested to improve the petroleum emergency scheduling ability in *** recommendations include strengthening the cross-regional coordination mechanism, increasing the modes of petroleum transportation and enhancing the carrying capacity of regional emergency routes.

Objective To investigate the possibility of using bioaugmentation as a strategy for remediating quinoline-contaminated soil. Methods Microorganisms were introduced to the soil to assess the feasibility of enhancing the removal of quinoline from quinoline-contaminated soil. Slurry-phase reactor was used to investigate the bioremediation of quinoline-contaminated soil. HPLC (Hewlett-Packard model 5050 with an UV detector) was used for analysis of quinoline concentration. Results The biodegradation rate of quinoline was increased through the introduction of Burkholderia pickettii. Quinoline, at a concentration of 1 mg/g soil, could be removed completely within 6 and 8 hours with and without combined effect of indigenous microbes, respectively. Although the indigenous microbes alone had no quinoline-degrading ability, they cooperated with the introduced quinoline-degrader to remove quinoline more quickly than the introduced microbes alone. Bioaugmentaion process was accelerated by the increase of inoculum size and bio-stimulation. The ratio of water to soil in slurry had no significant impact on bioremediation results. Conclusion Bioaugmetation is an effective way for bioremediation of quinoline-contaminated soil.

Sensor 1 gives response to F-in a 1:1 ratio via the deprotonation of the phenolic OH proton,which results in color change from pale yellow to light green and quenching of bright green fluo-rescence.

The mobile operators are struggling for improving the market share and the revenues. One important method is to acquire the potential customers from the competitors. This article presents a whole acquisition process and an integrated framework for customer acquisition support system （CASS）. The core of the system is the customer acquisition identification models which are built based on data mining technologies. The CASS can automate the acquisition process and decrease the cost and implement precise marketing strategy for mobile operators.

In this work,we construct Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14)@LiAlO_(2)(NLTO-L)composites by a simple ball milled process and post-calcination in air atmosphere to improve the electrochemical *** thickness of the LiAlO_(2)coating layer is approximate2 *** morphology and particle size of Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14)are not dramatically altered after LiAlO_(2)*** samples display similar particles with a size range from 150 to 500 *** LiAlO_(2)coating can supply fast charge transmission paths with good insertion/extraction dynamics of lithium ions and provide an excellent rate performance and cycle performance of as-prepared Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14)@LiAlO_(2)***,LiAlO_(2)coating efficiently enhances the rate performance and cycle performance of Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14)anode,even at large current *** a result,Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14)@LiAlO_(2)(5 wt%)reveals remarkable rate properties with reversible charge capacity of 238.7,214.7,185.8,168.5 and 139.8 mAh g^(-1)at 50,100,200,300 and 500 mA g^(-1),***_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14)@LiAlO_(2)(5 wt%)also possesses a good cycle performance with a de-lithiation capacity of 166.5 mAh g-1 at 500 mA g^(-1)after 200 ***,the corresponding de-lithiation capacity of pure Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14)is only 140.1 mAh g^(-1).Consequently,LiAlO_(2)coating is efficeient approach to enhance the electrochemical performances of Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14).

We simulate the bond and site percolation models on several three-dimensional lattices, including the diamond, body-centered cubic, and face-centered cubic lattices. As on the simple-cubic lattice [Phys. Rev. E, 2013, 87（5）： 052107], it is observed that in comparison with dimensionless ratios based on cluster-size distribution, certain wrapping probabilities exhibit weaker finite-size corrections and are more sensitive to the deviation from percolation threshold Pc, and thus provide a powerful means for determining Pc. We analyze the numerical data of the wrapping probabilities simultaneously such that universal parameters are shared by the aforementioned models, and thus significantly improved estimates of Pc are obtained.

Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14) as a reliable anode material is becoming a hopeful candidate for Li-ion ***,the pristine Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14) usually suffer from bad rate performance and poor cycling stability under high current due to limited diffusion kinetics and poor electrical ***,the PPy-coated Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14) composites are successfully obtained via the solid-state method and followed by chemical oxidation process in the first *** results of tests prove that the Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14)@PPy composites have better electrochemical performance than the bare Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14) because of the excellent electrical conductivity and the special macromolecular architecture of *** particular,the Na_(2) Li_(2) Ti_(6) O_(14) @PPy(4 wt%)exhibits excellent charge capacities of about 223.2,218.0,200.8,184.3 and 172.6 mAh g^(-1) at 50,100,200,300 and500 mA g^(-1),respectively,revealing the best rate capability of all electrode *** Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14)@PPy(4 wt%)not only has the highest charge capacity under 0.5 mA g^(-1),but also has the highest capacity retention of 85.12%among all samples after 100 ***,the PPy coating is known as a promising way to improve the electrochemical property of Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14).The PPy-coated Na_(2)Li_(2)Ti_(6)O_(14) demonstrates the great prospect as promising negative materials for Li-ion batteries.

The problem of fault detection for a class of nonlinear impulsive switched systems is investigated in this paper. Fault detection filters are designed such that the augmented systems are stable, and the residual error signal generated by the filters guarantees the H∞ performance for disturbances and faults. Sufficient conditions for the design of fault detection(FD) filters are presented by linear matrix inequalities. Moreover, the filter gains are characterized according to a solution of a convex optimization. Finally, an example derived from a pulse-width-modulation-driven boost converter is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the FD design approach.
