The New Neutrosophic Double and Triple Exponentially Weighted Moving Average Control Charts

The concept of neutrosophic statistics is applied to propose two monitoring schemes which are an improvement of the neutrosophic exponentially weighted moving average(NEWMA)*** this study,two control charts are designed under the uncertain environment or neutrosophic statistical interval system,when all observations are undermined,imprecise or *** are termed neutrosophic double and triple exponentially weighted moving average(NDEWMA and NTEWMA)control *** the proficiency of the proposed chart,Monte Carlo simulations are used to calculate the run-length characteristics(such as average run length(ARL),standard deviation of the run length(SDRL),percentiles(P_(25),P_(50),P_(75)))of the proposed *** structures of the proposed control charts are more effective in detecting small shifts while these are comparable with the other existing charts in detecting moderate and large *** simulation study and real-life implementations of the proposed charts show that the proposed NDEWMA and NTEWMA charts perform better in monitoring the process of road traffic crashes and electric engineering data as compared to the existing control ***,the proposed charts will be helpful in minimizing the road accident and minimizing the defective ***,the proposed charts are more acceptable and actual to apply in uncertain environment.

Control charts(CCs)are one of the main tools in Statistical Process Control that have been widely adopted in manufacturing sectors as an effective strategy for malfunction detection throughout the previous *** errors(M.E’s)are involved in the quality characteristic of interest,which can effect the CC’s *** authors explored the impact of a linearmodel with additive covariate M.E on the multivariate cumulative sum(CUSUM)CC for a specific kind of data known as compositional data(CoDa).The average run length(ARL)is used to assess the performance of the proposed *** results indicate that M.E’s significantly affects themultivariate *** authors haveused theMarkov chainmethod to study the impact of different involved parameters using six different cases for the variance-covariance matrix(VCM)(i.e.,uncorrelated with equal variances,uncorrelated with unequal variances,positively correlated with equal variances,positively correlated with unequal variances,negatively correlatedwith equal variances and negatively correlated with unequal variances).The authors concluded that the error VCM has a negative impact on the performance of themultivariate CUSUM-CoDa CC,as the ARL increases with an increase in the value of the error *** subgroup size m and powering operator b positively impact the proposed CC,as the ARL decreases with an increase in m or *** number of variables p also has a negative impact on the performance of the proposed CC,as the values of ARL increase with an increase in *** the implementation of the proposal,two illustrated examples have been reported formultivariate CUSUM-CoDaCCs inthe presence ofM.E’*** themanufacturingprocessof uncoated aspirin tablets,and the other is based on monitoring the machines involved in the muesli manufacturing process.

Surface-type nonvolatile electric memory elements based on organic-on-organic CuPc-H_2Pc heterojunction

A novel surface-type nonvolatile electric memory elements based on organic semiconductors CuPc and H2Pc are fabricated by vacuum deposition of the CuPc and H2Pc films on preliminary deposited metallic （Ag and Cu） electrodes. The gap between Ag and Cu electrodes is 3040μm. For the current-voltage （I-V） characteristics the memory effect, switching effect, and negative differential resistance regions are observed. The switching mechanism is attributed to the electric-field-induced charge transfer. As a result the device switches from a low to a high-conductivity state and then back to a low conductivity state if the opposite polarity voltage is applied. The ratio of resistance at the high resistance state to that at the low resistance state is equal to 120-150. Under the switching condition, the electric current increases -- 80-100 times. A comparison between the forward and reverse I-V characteristics shows the presence of rectifying behavior.

Fuel loading pattern optimization of a pressurized water reactor by varying internal weights-based particle swarm optimization

Fuel reload pattern optimization is essential for attaining maximum fuel burnup for minimization of generation cost while minimizing power peaking factor(PPF).The aim of this work is to carry out detailed assessment of particle swarm optimization(PSO) in the context of fuel reload pattern search. With astronomically large number of possible loading patterns, the main constraints are limiting local power peaking factor, fixed number of assemblies,fixed fuel enrichment, and burnable poison rods. In this work, initial loading pattern of fixed batches of fuel assemblies is optimized by using particle swarm optimization technique employing novel feature of varying inertial weights with the objective function to obtain both flat power profile and cycle k_(eff)>1. For neutronics calculation, PSU-LEOPARD-generated assembly depletiondependent group-constant-based ADD files are used. The assembly data description file generated by PSU-LEOPARD is used as input cross-section library to MCRAC code, which computes normalized power profile of all fuel assemblies of PWR nuclear reactor core. The standard PSO with varying inertial weights is then employed to avoid trapping in local minima. A series of experiments havebeen conducted to obtain near-optimal converged fuelloading pattern of 300 MWe PWR Chashma reactor. The optimized loading pattern is found in good agreement with results found in literature. Hybrid scheme of PSO with simulated annealing has also been implemented and resulted in faster convergence.

Larvicidal potential of selected indigenous lichens against three mosquito species–Culex quinquefasciatus, Aedes aegypti and Anopheles stephensi

Objective：Mosquitoes are the major transmitting vectors of serious human diseases,causing millions of deaths every year with undesirable effects,including toxicity to non-target *** plants with insecticidal properties have been used in recent years for the control of a variety of pest insects and *** the quest for alternative natural biological control agents against mosquito larvae lichens were ***：Larvicidal activity was assessed with methanolic extracts of Parmotrema reticulatum,Parmotrema kamatti,Parmotrema tinctorum,Parmelia erumpens,Leptogium papilosum,and Roccella montagnei against Aedes aegypti,Anopheles stephensi,and Culex *** standard WHO protocols with minor modifications were adopted and the bioassay was evaluated at the concentrations of 100–500μg/m L for each *** all the lichen extracts showed complete mortality against *** in100μg/m L,the concentrations were decreased to 100,50,25,12.5,and 6.25μg/m L for *** mortality was observed for 24 h after ***：All the lichen extracts exhibited activity against third instar larvae of *** and *** at 100μg/m L,and 100%mortality was observed against the vector *** at 100μg/m *** highest larvicidal activity was found with *** against ***（81.127μg/m L）and ***（89.10μg/m L）.Similarly,*** and *** when tested against *** with minimum concentration〈100μg/m L exhibited significant activity withof 5.32and 6.97μg/m ***：The bioassay results revealed larvicidal potential of lichens especially against *** with high mortality even at lower ***,lichens can be used as an ideal sustainable approach for the control of lymphatic filariasis caused by vector ***.

有线光通信网络是一个非常依赖大气环境的系统,其光学特性和两个收发器节点的环境干扰都是直接影响通信性能的重要因素。在这种情况下,信号的功率损耗与大气中存在的粒子有着密切的关系,这些粒子会进一步降低通信质量。本文主要研究无线环境下多通道光网路的行为,以及在不同大气气象条件下,光束与粒子的相互作用。本研究主要对传统光通信网路中常用的多波长、信号功率及光学特性进行分析,通过对工作波长和光学参数的分析估计出不同气候下环境的各种不稳定特性的最佳光束对光学特性的影响。然后,分析了多通道技术在不同气候等级下的衰减效应,并利用多种大气模式估计了环境引起的不稳定现象;并详细分析了雾天对光信号的影响,并在此多通道技术下研究了光放大器的性能,将单个光源被分割,在多个通道上复制光信号,从而确保每一个损坏位都有可能接收到光信号,同时也降低了衰减效果。此外,本文还分析了光束发散和收发器孔径随误码率的变化,并将提出的光通信网络方案与传统方案进行了比较,并从接收功率、信噪比、链路余量和质量因子等方面对结果进行了描述。

Objective:To investigate antidiabetic efficacy of the extract of field grown and in vitro raised leaves of Solanum xanthocarpum(***) against alloxan induced diabetic rats. Methods:The antidiabetic activity of the crude methanol extracts of the field grown and in vitro raised leaves of *** at different concentrations(100-200 mg/kg bw) was tested against alloxan induced diabetic *** antidiabetic efficacy was validated through various biochemical parameters and the antioxidant effect was also *** phytochemical analyses of field grown *** and in vitro rasied *** leaves were done by estimating their chlorophyll,carotenoids,total sugar,protein,amino acid and minerals contents. Results:The results revealed that the methanol extracts of both the leaves(field grown and in vitro raised) of *** was efficient anti hyperglycemic agents at a concentration of 200 mg/kg bw and posses potent antioxidant ***,the extracts of in vitro rasied *** raised leaves exhibit higher efficacy than the field grown leaves in all tested *** composition and mineral analysis of *** revealed higher concentration of contents in in vitro rasied *** than field grown ***. Conclusions:From the results it can be concluded that the leaves extracts of *** can be a potential candidate in treating the hyperglycemic conditions and suits to be an agent to reduce oxidative stress.

Antiobesity and antihyperlipidemic effect of Ixora coccinea on Triton X-100 induced hyperlipidemia in rats: An approach to evaluate asymmetrical temperature distribution analysis using thermography

Objective: Obesity and hyperlipidemia is the major cause of many pathological diseases with an increase side effects using allopathic drugs. The present study focuses on the effect of Ixora coccinea on Triton X-100 induced hyperlipidemia in rats and associated ***: In vitro radical scavenging activity of I. coccinea was assessed using DPPH, FRAP and hydrogen peroxide. In vivo antiobesity and antihyperlipidimic activity of I. coccinea was tested in Triton X-100 induced hyperlipidemic rats and assessed for its biochemical parameters in blood and tissue *** relationship between physiological responses and regulation of body temperature was investigated by using animal surface temperature images captured with infrared ***: The results of mineral analysis, antioxidant, total flavonoid and phenolic content represented high amount of mineral and had the potential to scavenge free radicals tested with DPPH, FRAP and hydrogen peroxide radicals with dose dependent activity. The highest activity was observed in aqueous extract, DPPH with 71.5% inhibition, FRAP with 56.8%, H2 O2 with 33% activity at 100 μg/mL *** X-100 induced hyperlipidemic rats when treated with I. coccinea aqueous extract showed significant activity by regulating the biochemical parameters and maintaining the lipid profile by decreasing TC,LDL-C, VLDL-C, TG and improving HDL-C levels. Similarly, the elevated levels of creatinine, urea, uric acid,AST, ALT, ALP due to induction of hyperlipidemia, were brought back to near normal levels after treatment with I. coccinea. The levels of tissue anti-oxidants enzymes like SOD and CAT were also found to be improved in treated I. coccinea groups. The whole body asymmetrical temperature distribution analysis showed that significant decreases in temperature was observed in obesity induced groups but a gradual increase in temperature(2%–5%) was observed after ***: Thus, the results indicated that
