Replaceable flexural and shear fuse-type coupling beams are used in hybrid coupled shear wall(HCSW)systems,enabling concrete buildings to be promptly recovered after severe *** study aimed to analytically evaluate the seismic behavior of flexural and shear fuse beams situated in short-,medium-and high-rise RC buildings that have *** building groups hypothetically located in a high seismic hazard zone were studied.A series of 2d nonlinear time history analyses was accomplished in OpenSees,using the ground motion records scaled at the design basis earthquake *** was found that the effectiveness of fuses in HCSWs depends on various factors such as size and scale of the building,allowable rotation value,inter-story drift ratio,residual drift quantity,energy dissipation value of the fuses,*** results show that shear fuses better meet the requirements of rotations and *** contrast,flexural fuses dissipate more energy,but their sectional stiffness should increase to meet other *** was concluded that adoption of proper fuses depends on the overall scale of the building and on how associated factors are considered.

Microneedle patches have received much interest in the last two decades as drug/vaccine delivery or fluid sampling systems for diagnostic and monitoring *** are manufactured using a variety of additive and subtractive micromanufacturing *** the last decade,much attention has been paid to using additive manufacturing techniques in both research and industry,such as 3d printing,fused deposition modeling,inkjet printing,and two-photon polymerization(2PP),with 2PP being the most flexible method for the fabrication of microneedle arrays.2PP is one of the most versatile and precise additive manufacturing processes,which enables the fabrication of arbitrary three-dimensional(3d)prototypes directly from computer-aided-design(CAd)models with a resolution down to 100 *** to its unprecedented flexibility and high spatial resolution,the use of this technology has been widespread for the fabrication of bio-microdevices and bio-nanodevices such as microneedles and microfluidic *** is a pioneering transformative technology that facilitates the fabrication of complex miniaturized structures that cannot be fabricated with established multistep manufacturing methods such as injection molding,photolithography,and ***,microstructures are designed according to structural and fluid dynamics considerations rather than the manufacturing constraints imposed by methods such as machining or etching *** article presents the fundamentals of 2PP and the recent development of microneedle array fabrication through 2PP as a precise and unique method for the manufacture of microstructures,which may overcome the shortcomings of conventional manufacturing processes.

目的:分析白内障手术候选人的眼部生物特征参数。方法:横断面研究。纳入2017-01/2021-09就诊于伊朗德黑兰Farabi眼科医院的4607例白内障患者(4607眼)。使用IOLMaster 700评估眼轴(AL)、角膜曲率(Kf、Ks、Km)、前房深度(ACd)。根据AL分为22 mm25 mm组,根据ACd分为3.00 mmd、3.00 mm≤ACd≤3.60 mm、ACd>3.60 mm组。结果:患者平均年龄60.3±14.1(8-95)岁,女2243例(48.69%),男2364例(51.31%)。AL、ACd和平均角膜曲率范围分别为23.1-23.4 mm、3.1-3.2 mm和44.50-45.00 d。AL>25 mm组ACd平均值显著高于22 mm≤AL≤25 mm组和22 mmd>3.60 mm组的平均AL显著高于3.00 mmd组和3.00 mm≤ACd≤3.60 mm组(Pd组和AL>25 mm组的Kf、Ks、Km均值显著高于ACd>3.60 mm组和22 mmd更深,角膜更平坦;AL短的患者ACd较浅,角膜较陡。此外,深ACd患者的AL较长,角膜较平坦,浅ACd患者的AL较低,角膜较陡。

报道了用氟利昂ＣＨＦ３和氩气Ａｒ作工作气体的反应离子刻蚀融石英的技术，研究了气体流速、腔压和射频等离子体功率对刻蚀速度的影响，并分析了刻蚀工艺对样品表面的污染，同时也考察了刻蚀工艺的均匀性和重复性。为了优化刻蚀工艺，采用Ｒｓ１／Ｄｉｓｃｏｖｅｒ软件工具设计优化实验。实验中射频等离子体功率在１２０～１６０Ｗ范围，氩气和氟利昂流速分别在１５～３５ｓｃｍ和２０～５０ｓｃｃｍ范围，腔压在１００～１４０ｍＴｏｒ范围，相应的刻蚀速度为１５～２５ｎｍ／ｍｉｎ。

Although the Mehdiabad zinc-lead deposit is one of the most well-known deposits in the central Iran structural zone,the genesis of the deposit remains *** host rock of the ore is a dolomitic limestone of the Lower Cretaceous Taft *** the two main orebodies of the deposit,which includes the Black Hill and East Ridge ore zones,the oxide and sulfide ores are observed at the surface and at depth,*** elements Zn,Fe,Mn and Mg are more abundant in the East Ridge ore zone(in both sulfide and oxide ores),with Ba,Pb,Ag and Cu being more abundant in the Black Hill oxide *** on the distribution of elements and their correlation with each other in these ore zones,the elements are divided into three general groups,that of terrigenous elements,chemically-deposited elements and oreforming(hydrothermally deposited)elements,a division that is supported by the results of factor *** spatial distribution of elements is jointly affected by contact with host rocks,the boundary of oxide-sulfide ores and fault *** main factors governing the distribution of elements are the mechanical transfer of detrital sediments,chemical sedimentation,transfer by hydrothermal fluids,oxidation and surface dissolution,all of which affected the spatial distribution of *** ore-forming elements are mostly affected by hydrothermal fluids and *** study not only provides additional information about the genesis of the Mehdiabad deposit,but also could assist in the exploitation of ore and further exploration *** results of this study can aid in the exploration and exploitation of the Mehdiabad deposit and similar deposits in the region.

Background Sphingosine-1-phosphate lyase insufficiency syndrome(SPLIS)or nephrotic syndrome type-14 is caused by biallelic mutations in ***,we conducted a systematic review to delineate the characteristics of SPLIS *** A literature search was performed in PubMed,Web of Science,and Scopus databases,and eligible studies were *** all patients,demographic,clinical,laboratory,and molecular data were collected and *** Fifty-five SPLIS patients(54.9%male,45.1%female)were identified in 19 *** consanguinity and positive family history were reported in 70.9%and 52.7%of patients,*** patients(54.9%)primarily manifested within the first year of life,nearly half of whom survived,while all patients with a prenatal diagnosis of SPLIS(27.5%)died at a median[interquartile(IQR)]age of 2(1.4–5.3)months(P=0.003).The most prevalent clinical feature was endocrinopathies,including primary adrenal insufficiency(PAI)(71.2%)and hypothyroidism(32.7%).Kidney disorders(42,80.8%)were mainly in the form of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome(SRNS)and progressed to end-stage kidney disease(ESKd)in 19(36.5%)patients at a median(IQR)age of 6(1.4–42.6)*** 30 different mutations in SGPL1,the most common was c.665G>A(***222Gln)in 11(20%)***-six(49.1%)patients with available outcome were deceased at a median(IQR)age of 5(1.5–30.5)months,mostly following ESKd(23%)or sepsis/septic shock(23%).Conclusion In patients with PAI and/or SRNS,SGPL1 should be added to diagnostic genetic panels,which can provide an earlier diagnosis of SPLIS and prevention of ESKd and other life-threatening complications.

In this paper,we focus on a critical problem in data envelopment analysis(dEA)and propose a simple resolution for *** major problem of the dEA is the existence of several efficient decision-making units(dMUs).To deal with this issue,we introduce a method that involves cross-efficiency evaluation,Gini coefficient,and Bonferroni ***,a cross-efficiency matrix is ***,mixing the Gini coefficient and Bonferroni mean,a Gini–Bonferroni(GB)index is proposed for ranking efficient dMUs,where the dMUs with bigger GB are ranked *** proposed method broke the tie between efficient ***,a numerical example and real application of this method are presented in the ranking of research and development(R&d)investment companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
