"Wu zhu yu", which is obtained from the dried unripe fruits of Tetradium ruticarpum(A. Jussieu) T. G. Hartley, has been used as a traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of headaches, abdominal colic, and hypertension for thousands of years. The present study was designed to assess the molecular genetic diversity among 25 collected accessions of T. ruticarpum(Wu zhu yu in Chinese) from different areas of China, based on inter-primer binding site(i PBS) markers and inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR) markers. Thirteen ISSR primers generated 151 amplification bands, of which 130 were polymorphic. Out of 165 bands that were amplified using 10 iPBS primers, 152 were polymorphic. The iPBS markers displayed a higher proportion of polymorphic loci(PPL = 92.5%) than the ISSR markers(PPL = 84.9%). The results showed that T. ruticarpum possessed high loci polymorphism and genetic differentiation occurred in this plant. The combined data of iPBS and ISSR markers scored on 25 accessions produced five clusters that approximately matched the geographic distribution of the species. The results indicated that both iPBS and ISSR markers were reliable and effective tools for analyzing the genetic diversity in T. ruticarpum.

Vascular disrupting agents(VDAs)can destroy tumor vasculature and lead to tumor ischemia and hypoxia,resulting in tumor ***,VDAs are easy to induce the upregulation of genes that are associated with cancer cell drug resistance and angiogenesis in tumor ***-activated chemotherapy will be an ideal supplement to VDAs therapy since it can help to fully utilize the ischemia and hypoxia induced by VDAs to realize a synergistic antitumor therapeutic ***,we design a liposome whose surface is modified with a tumor-homing peptide Cys-Arg-Glu-Lys-Ala(CREKA,which can specifically target tumor vessels and stroma)and whose aqueous cavity and lipid bilayer are loaded by a hypoxia-activatable drug banoxantrone dihydrochloride(AQ4N)and a VDA combretastatin A4(CA4),***4 can selectively target vascular endothelial cells and destroy the tumor blood vessels,which will cause the rapid inhibition of blood flow in tumor and enhance the hypoxia in the tumor *** a consequence,AQ4N can exert its boosted cytotoxicity under the enhanced hypoxic *** as-prepared liposome with a uniform particle size exhibits good stability and high cancer cell killing efficacy in *** addition,in vivo experiments confirm the excellent tumortargeting/accumulation,tumor vasculature-damaging,and tumor inhibition effects of the *** work develops a liposomal which can achieve safe and effective tumor suppression without external stimulus excitation by only single injection,and is expected to benefit the future development of effective antitumor liposomal drugs.

The high Ba-Sr rocks can provide significant clues about the evolution of the continent lithosphere,but their petrogenesis remains *** the Late Cretaceous high Ba–Sr granodiorites in the SE Lhasa Block could potentially provide valuable insights into the continent evolution of the Qinghai-Tibet *** U–Pb ages suggest that the granodiorites were emplaced at 87.32±0.43 ***,the high Ba–Sr granodiorites are characterized by elevated K_(2)O+Na_(2)O contents(8.18-8.73 wt%)and K_(2)O/Na_(2)O ratios(0.99-1.25,mostly>1),and belong to high-K calc-alkaline to shoshonitic *** Yonglaga granodiorites show notably high Sr(653-783 ppm)and Ba(1346-1531 ppm)contents,plus high Sr/Y(30.92-38.18)and(La/Yb)_(N)(27.7-34.7)ratios,but low Y(20.0-22.8 ppm)and Yb(1.92-2.19 ppm)contents with absence of negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.83-0.88),all similar to typical high Ba–Sr *** variable zirconεHf(t)values of-4.58 to+12.97,elevated initial^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr isotopic ratios of 0.707254 to 0.707322 and lowεNd(t)values of-2.8 to-3.6 with decoupling from the Hf system suggest that a metasomatized mantle source included significant recycled ancient *** occurrence of such high Ba–Sr intrusions indicates previous contributions of metasomatized mantle-derived juvenile material to the continents,which imply the growth of continental crust during the Late Cretaceous in the SE *** with regional data,we infer that the underplated mafic magma provides a significant amount of heat,which leads to partial melting of the juvenile *** melting of the metasomatized mantle could produce a juvenile mafic lower crust,from which the high Ba–Sr granitoids were derived from reworking of previous mafic crust during the Late Cretaceous(ca.100-80 Ma)in the SE Lhasa.

As modern communication and detection technologies advance at a swift pace,multifunctional electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials with active/positive infrared stealth,hydrophobicity,and electric-thermal conversion ability have received extensive *** the aforesaid requirements simultaneously remains a huge *** this research,the melamine foam(MF)/polypyrrole(PPy)nanowire arrays(MF@PPy)were fabricated via one-step electrochemical *** hierarchical MF@PPy foam was composed of three-dimensional PPy micro-skeleton and ordered PPy nanowire *** to the upwardly grown PPy nanowire arrays,the MF@PPy foam possessed good hydrophobicity ability with a water contact angle of 142.00°and outstanding stability under various harsh ***,the MF@PPy foam showed excellent thermal insulation property on account of the low thermal conductivity and elongated ligament characteristic of PPy nanowire ***,taking advantage of the high conductivity(128.2 S m^(-1)),the MF@PPy foam exhibited rapid Joule heating under 3 V,resulting in dynamic infrared stealth and thermal camouflage *** importantly,the MF@PPy foam exhibited remarkable EMI shielding effectiveness values of 55.77 dB and 19,928.57 dB cm^(2)g^(-1).Strong EMI shielding was put down to the hierarchically porous PPy structure,which offered outstanding impedance matching,conduction loss,and multiple *** innovative approach provides significant insights to the development of advanced multifunctional EMI shielding foams by constructing PPy nanowire arrays,showing great applications in both military and civilian fields.

Schottky mass spectrometry utilizing heavy-ion storage rings is a powerful technique for the precise mass and decay half-life measurements of highly charged *** to the nondestructive ion detection features of Schottky noise detectors,the number of stored ions in the ring is determined by the peak area in the measured revolution frequency *** of their intrinsic amplitude-frequency characteristic(AFC),Schottky detector systems exhibit varying sensitivities at different *** low-energy electron-cooled stored ions,a new method is developed to calibrate the AFC curve of the Schottky detector system of the Experimental Cooler Storage Ring(CSRe)storage ring located in Lanzhou,*** the amplitude-calibrated frequency spectrum,a notable refinement was observed in the precision of both the peak position and peak *** a result,the storage lifetimes of the electron-cooled fully ionized^(56)Fe^(26+)ions were determined with high precision at beam energies of 13.7 and 116.4 MeV/u,despite of frequency drifts during the *** electron cooling was turned off,the effective vacuum condition experienced by the 116.4 MeV/u^(56)Fe^(26+)ions was determined using amplitude-calibrated spectra,revealing a value of 2×10^(−10)mbar,which is consistent with vacuum gauge readings along the CSRe *** method reported herein will be adapted for the next-generation storage ring of the HIAF facility under construction in Huizhou,*** can also be adapted to other storage ring facilities worldwide to improve precision and enhance lifetime measurements using many ions in the ring.

线上渠道与线下渠道在产品价格和服务等方面存在竞争,并受到供应链结构的显著影响.利用微分博弈方法在3类供应链结构下研究线上线下渠道竞争,包括集中式结构、分散式结构和收益共享结构.通过对微分博弈模型的求解获得不同供应链结构下线上线下零售价格、促销努力和物流努力策略.研究发现:分散式结构提高了线下零售价格、促销努力和线上零售价格,并降低了线上促销努力和物流努力;收益共享结构提高了线下零售价格、促销努力和线上零售价格、物流努力,并降低了线上促销努力;分散式结构和收益共享结构使得电商作出了比线下零售商更小的促销努力并制定更高的零售价格.当物流努力边际贡献充分大时,物流努力的存在总是使得线上产品商誉高于线下.数值实验表明:收益共享结构对线下渠道最有利而集中式结构对线上渠道最有利,物流努力对线上渠道是否有利依赖于其对线上产品商誉的边际贡献.

当前,全球供应链管理难度逐渐加大,信息的重要地位日渐凸显。零售商进行订货决策时面对着来自上游生产和下游需求的不确定性,这要求其重视和了解供给侧信息。本文采用了贝叶斯更新的方法,聚焦于学习和更新供给侧的供货合格率信息,探讨零售商的最优订货策略和最大期望利润。本文构建了一个零售商在销售季前多次订货的模型,分别给出了供货合格率在服从二项分布和正态分布两种情况下每一期采购的最优订货量和最大期望利润。同时,通过算例分析和数值模拟,在合格率服从离散或连续的分布两种情况下,将本研究提出的方案与企业现行方案进行了比较,验证了考虑供货合格率信息更新的订货策略能够提高企业利润。

气传花粉与环境条件及变应性鼻炎关系研究

花粉过敏是全球性的健康问题,在我国也备受关注,特别是中国北方地区,发病率呈增加趋势.以内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市为研究区域,基于2017~2022年逐日气传花粉浓度、同期气象条件、植被长势和过敏患者数据分析,得出呼和浩特市一年有两次花粉播散高峰期,第一次在4月上旬,以木本植物花粉为主,持续时间短;第二高峰期在8月至9月,持续时间长,致敏影响大,以菊科蒿属等草本植物为主.研究表明1~6月≥5℃有效积温与花粉播散高峰期开始日序呈显著负相关,3月至开花同期累积降水量和累积日照时数则与结束日序呈显著正相关.积温高,花粉播散高峰期进入时间早,降水充沛,光照充足,则会导致高峰期延后结束,且花粉播散总量增大.各气象要素累积值以及植被指数也均与月平均花粉浓度表现为极显著或显著正相关关系,光热水条件好,植被生长旺盛,会促进花粉播散,表现为浓度升高.变应性鼻炎(Allergic Rhinitis,AR)就诊人数与花粉浓度变化规律相一致,在8月达到峰值.当花粉浓度超过100粒/1000mm^(2)时,就诊高峰的出现存在0~4d的滞后时间段,其中以2d后增量效应最为明显,在一旬时间范围内患者人数与花粉浓度呈指数对应关系.以上研究结果为花粉浓度气象预报服务以及花粉过敏导致的AR预防和诊疗提供参考依据.

“有组织科研”背景下,科研团队建设已成为推动科技创新、实现国家科技战略目标的重要抓手。科研团队学作为一门国际上新兴的交叉学科,其核心是对科研团队从事研究探索活动的特点和有效性开展研究。阐释了科研团队学提出的时代背景以及当前科研团队发展的现实问题。运用隐含狄利克雷分布主题建模方法梳理了2006—2022年Web of Science上的692篇文献,凝练分析国际学术研究概况,从科研团队合作动机及协调发展、成员多样性与互动、跨学科协同环境、科研团队有效性等关键研究领域进行学术领域分析和价值阐释。从科研团队分层分类治理体系存在的“难点”、面向科技创新前沿的有组织科研探索存在的“卡点”以及支持系统推进创新突破的生态环境存在的“断点”等方面分析了中国发展科研团队学研究的迫切性。据此提出深入挖掘并分析科研团队资源禀赋特征、关注“有组织科研”的政策设计、营建科研团队成长的良好生态环境等研究展望。
