The random, block, and alternative copolymers of poly ether sulfone（PES） and poly ether ether sulfone（PEES） were synthesized v/a three kinds of methods. The chemical structures of the three kinds of copolymers were characterized by ^13C NMR. Three kinds of PES/PEES copolymers（ Tg =215 ℃ ）, which were almost identical in composition but different in sequence distribution, were used. Their physical aging process was studied by differential scanning calorimetry（DSC） at three aging temperatures ranging between Tg -15 ℃ and Tg -25℃. The experimental results reveal that the alternative copolymer shows a lower enthalpy relaxation time 〈T〉 and apparent activation energy when compared with the random and block copolymers. The result of the electron-microscopy investigation of the three copolymers that were treated at 200 ℃ for 96 h indicates that the molecular aggregation of the copolymers changed from a randomly coiled amorphous phase to an ordered phase, and the ordered structure of the alternative copolymer was more distinct than that of the random phase. The experimental results of this study suggest that the motion of the sagments is affected by the different molecular-chain sequence distribution.

Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are ideal biomarkers of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)because of their highly stable closed-loop structure,and they can act as microRNA(miRNA)sponges to regulate OSCC *** analyzing clinical samples,we identified circCPNE1,a dysregulated circRNA in OSCC,and its expression level was negatively correlated with the clinical stage of OSCC ***-of-function assays revealed the tumor-suppressive effect of circCPNE1,which was then identified as a miR-330-3p ***-330-3p was recognized as a tumor promoter in multiple studies,consistent with our finding that it could promote the proliferation,migration,and invasion of OSCC *** results indicated that selective inhibition of miR-330-3p could be an effective strategy to inhibit OSCC ***,we designed cationic polylysine-cisplatin prodrugs to deliver antagomiR-330-3p(a miRNA inhibitory analog)via electrostatic interactions to form PP@miR nanoparticles(NPs).Paratumoral administration results revealed that PP@miR NPs effectively inhibited subcutaneous tumor progression and achieved partial tumor elimination(2/5),which confirmed the critical role of miR-330-3p in OSCC *** findings provide a new perspective for the development of OSCC treatments.

Cyclin D1 has been recognized as an oncogene due to its abnormal upregulation in different types of ***,we demonstrated that cyclin D1 is SUMOylated,and we identified Itch as a specific E3 ligase recognizing SUMOylated cyclin D1 and mediating SUMO-induced ubiquitination and proteasome degradation of cyclin *** generated cyclin D1 mutant mice with mutations in the SUMOylation site,phosphorylation site,or both sites of cyclin D1,and found that double mutant mice developed a Mantle cell lymphoma(MCL)-like *** showed that arsenic trioxide(ATO)enhances cyclin D1 SUMOylation-mediated degradation through inhibition of cyclin D1 deSUMOylation enzymes,leading to MCL cell *** of severe combined immunodeficiency(SCID)mice grafted with MCL cells with ATO resulted in a significant reduction in tumor *** this study,we provide novel insights into the mechanisms of MCL tumor development and cyclin D1 regulation and discover a new strategy for MCL treatment.

Genetic risk factors have been shown to contribute to the development of sexual ***,the role of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)gene variants in the risk of erectile dysfunction(ED)remains *** this study,we recruited 1254 participants who underwent ED assessed by the International Index of Erectile *** MTHFR c.677C>T variant was also measured by fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(PCR).No significant difference in the genotypic frequency of the MTHFR C677T polymorphism(CC,CT,and TT)was observed between men from the ED and non-ED *** addition,on binary logistic regression analysis,both crude and adjusted models showed that the risk of ED was not significantly associated with the C677T ***,a significantly higher frequency of the 677TT polymorphism was found in severe and moderate ED(P=O.02).The positive correlation between the MTHFR 677TT polymorphism and severe ED was confirmed by logistic regression analysis,even after adjusting for potential confounders(odds ratio[OR]=2.46,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.15-5.50,P=0.02).These findings suggest a positive correlation between the MTHFR 677TT polymorphism and the risk of severe *** of MTHFR gene polymorphisms may provide complementary information for ED patients during routineclinicaldiagnosis.

Precise regulation of the coordination environment of a metal active center is very important but remains a ***,single-atom Ni catalysts with a combined N-and C-coordination structure(Ni-NC_(3))and N-coordination structure(Ni-N4)were prepared by modulating the side groups of organic ligands in the corresponding precursor metal–azolate *** with the Ni-N4 site,the d-band center of 3d orbitals of the Ni atom in Ni-NC_(3)was more significantly shifted to the Fermi energy level;thus,the Ni-NC_(3)catalytic site was superior to activating CO_(2)molecule into the*COOH *** a result,Ni-NC_(3)exhibited an exceptionally high performance for CO_(2)-to-CO conversion with a Faradaic efficiency of 98.4%,an energy efficiency of>50%,as well as an industrial current density of∼300 mA cm^(−2) in neutral *** high performance could be retained for at least 70 *** work reveals the importance of modulating the coordination environment in the electrochemical CO_(2)reduction reaction and provides a possible way to rational design of electrocatalysts for highly efficient conversion of CO_(2)to target products.
