lithium-ion batteries(liBs)represent efficient energy storage technology that can help to alleviate fossil fuel-based CO_(2) ***,liBs are being applied extensively in consumer electronics and electric vehicles,but because of limited resources,there is an urgent need for spent liB recycling *** complexity of liBs,especially the electrode part,makes it difficult to achieve precision separations for each single component from the used electrode with low ***,we propose a three-step treatment for the separation of cathode *** detail,detaching of the current collector from the cathode is accomplished by the solvent method,which was found to be an ideal strategy compared with previous ***,a thermal treatment is used to remove the polymer binder in the second step because we demonstrated that it is challenging to separate polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)from other cathode components by dissolution with *** separation efficiency between the active material and conductive carbon by the polymer solution in the third step showed reasonably good *** anticipate this work will serve as an important reference for the separation of each single electrode component in both laboratory-and industrialscale *** of binder and development of novel binders,which can be easily recycled for sustainable liBs,are fruitful areas for further research.

In this paper, the formation mechanism of the passive SEI film at the natural graphite anodes was investigated with tilt: electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). A characteristic semicircle was observed in the lower frequency range of the EIS spectrum for the irreversible charge process (lithium intercalation) at ca. 0.75V, 0.40V and 0.20V.

The kinematics of an untwisting solar jet in a polar coronal hole observed by SDO/AIA

Using the multi-wavelength data from the Atmospheric Imaging Assembly （AIA） onboard the Solar Dynamics Observatory （SDO） spacecraft, we study a jet occurring in a coronal hole near the northern pole of the sun. The jet presented distinct upward helical motion during ejection. By tracking six identified moving features （MFs） in the jet, we found that the plasma moved at an approximately constant speed along the jet＇s axis. Meanwhile, the MFs made a circular motion in the plane transverse to the axis. Inferred from linear and trigonometric fittings to the axial and transverse heights of the six tracks, the mean values of the axial velocities, transverse velocities, angular speeds, rotation periods, and rotation radii of the jet are 114 km s-1, 136 km s-1, 0.81° s-1, 452 s and 9.8 × 10^3 km respectively. As the MFs rose, the jet width at the corresponding height increased. For the first time, we derived the height variation of the longitudinal magnetic field strength in the jet from the assumption of magnetic flux conservation. Our results indicate that at heights of 1 × 10^4 -7 × 10^4 km from the base of the jet, the flux density in the jet decreases from about 15 to 3 G as a function of B = 0.5（R/R） - 1）-0.84 （G）. A comparison was made with other results in previous studies.

Monocrystal liMn_(0. 6)Fe_(0. 4)PO_4 cathode material was obtained via hydrothermal method at 180℃ for 10 h without any surfactant. The effects of hydrothermal time on the phase and morphology of the material were *** controlling the reaction solutions, the rodlike, flowerlike,and strawlike liMn_(0.6)Fe_(0.4)PO_4 cathode materials were synthesized. Electrochemical performances show that the rodlike liMn_(0. 6)Fe_(0. 4)PO_4 has the best electrochemical properties. The initial discharge capacity of the rodlike structure is 106.4 mAh·g^(-1), which is higher than those of flowerlike and strawlike materials.

summary:Nurses'work-related fatigue has been recognized as a threat to nurse health and patient *** aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of fatigue among first-line nurses combating with COVID-19 in Wuhan,China,and to analyze its influencing factors on fatigue.A multi-center,descriptive,cross-sectional design with a convenience sample was *** statistical population consisted of the first-line nurses in 7 tertiary general hospitals from March 3,2020 to March 10,2020 in Wuhan of China.A total of 2667 samples from 2768 contacted participants completed the investgation,with a response rate of 96.35%.Social-demographic questionnaire,work-related questionnaire,Fatigue Scale-14,Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,and Chinese Perceived Stress Scale were used to conduct online *** descriptive statistic of nurses'social-demographic characteristics was conducted,and the related variables of work,anxiety,depression,perceived stress and fatigue were analyzed by Z-tests,nonparametric test and Pearson's correlation *** significant factors which resulted in nurses'fatigue were further analyzed by multiple linear regression *** median score for the first-line nurses'fatigue in Wuhan was 4(2,8).The median score of physical and mental fatigue of them was 3(1,6)and 1(0,3)*** to the scoring criteria,35.06%nurses(w=935)of all participants were in the fatigue status,their median score of fatigue was 10(8,11),and the median score of physical and mental fatigue of them was 7(5,8)and 3(2,4)*** linear regression analysis revealed the participants in the risk groups of anxiety,depression and perceived stress had higher scores on physical and mental fatigue and the statistically significant positive correlation was observed between the variables and nurses'fatigue,the frequency of exercise and nurses'fatigue had a statistically significant negative correlation,and average daily working

Modification of Si anode with various coating matrixes is a promising strategy to resolve the unsta-ble solid electrolyte interphase ***,the com-plex preparation process and inherently weak interaction between Si and other matrixes impede its practical *** by the metallurgical process of aluminum,an aluminosilicate matrix was prepared as coating layer on the surface of Si nanoparticles after heat *** nanoparticles with a uniform native oxide layer were used as seed crystals for the adsorption of aluminum *** strong symbiosis and bond between alumina and silica,such as mullite(3Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2))or kaolin(Al2O_(3)·SiO_(2)·2H_(2)O),provide homogeneous and durable contact coating *** as-produced Si/SiO_(2)·Al_(2)O_(3)composite delivers a charge capacity of 1440 mAh·g^(-1)at 100 mA·g^(-1)and remains 879 mAh·g^(-1)at 3 A·g^(-1).After 200 cycles,the capacity retention remains high at 76%.The enhanced properties were ascribed to SiO_(2)·Al_(2)O_(3)syner-gistic composite coating layer,which could hinder the interfacial side chemical reaction and buffer volume change of Si.

A new manganese（Ⅱ） phosphite,Mn 2 F2（HPO3）（1）,was synthesized with tetraethylene pentamine as structure directing agent under hydrothermal *** as-synthesized product was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffraction,infrared（IR）,UV-Vis spectrum,thermogravimetric analysis（TGA）,inductive coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy（ICP-AES）,elemental analyses and magnetic susceptibility *** crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 crystallized in the orthorhombic space group Pnma,with a=0.75667（15） nm,b=1.0247（2） nm,c=0.55432（11） nm,V=0.42980（15） nm ^3,Z=*** 3D compact framework of compound 1 was built up by the Mn2O6F4 dimers and HPO3 *** 1,a new metal-rich manganese phosphite,shows a high thermal stability limit of 550 ℃.Magnetic measurement indicates that compound 1 exhibits the global antiferromagnetic interactions with a ferromagnetic transition at 28 K.

Influence of grain segregation on the behavior of sand in triaxial tests

As a common phenomenon in granular flow, grain segregation plays a great role in affecting the behavior of granular soil by causing a great change of grain-void distribution in granular soil. This paper presents an experimental study on the influence of grain segregation on the behavior of sand, by a number of triaxial tests to interpret the characteristic behavior, friction and dilatancy behavior, excess pore water pressure behavior and critical state behavior of sand incorporating grain segregation. An index-grain segregation index was proposed to quantify grain segregation. Grain segregation affected greatly the characteristic behavior of sand, causing the movement of void ratio-dilatancy relation of sand towards the increase of void ratio and dilatancy of sand. In the drained tests, the mobilized friction angle of sand showed a decrease followed by an increase but the mobilized dilatancy angle of sand increased, with increasing grain segregation index. An increase in grain segregation index impaired the basic friction of sand. In the undrained tests, the mobilized friction angle of sand showed an increase followed by a decrease with increasing grain segregation index. However, grain segregation caused an increase of the mobilized dilatancy of sand followed by a different development. An increase in grain segregation resulted in a higher summit of the dilatancy of sand but with a faster decrease along axial strain. In the q-p′ plane, grain segregation caused a reciprocating rotation of the dilatancy line and failure line of sand. Grain segregation resulted in enhancement of the peak-state dilatancy of sand, affecting greatly peakstate friction angle and peak-state basic friction angle of sand as well as the normalized excess pore water pressure. The excess friction angle of sand showed an increase followed by a decrease in the drained tests but increased linearly in the undrained tests, with increasing grain segregation index.
