Perovskite solar cell(PSC) has gradually shown its great superiority in photovoltaic filed to compete commercial solar cells owing to its great advantages, such as high efficiency and low fabrication cost. On the way towards commercialization, great efforts have been achieved by accelerating charge extraction and reducing carrier recombination. Recently, two-dimensional(2 D) layered materials have attracted increasing interests for application in PSCs due to their distinctive chemical and physical properties, such as high carrier mobility and tunable bandgap, which greatly determines the perovskite film growth kinetics, carrier transfer and stability of PSCs. Therefore, with the aim to better understand their recent development and application in PSC, in this review, the emerging 2D materials beyond graphene as charge transport layers, buffer layers and additives in perovskite film for enhancing the efficiency and stability of PSCs are summarized. However, there are still some crucial challenges to be addressed for commercialization. Finally, the challenges and prospects of these 2D nanomaterials for application in PSCs are further proposed for future development.

Tin dioxide(SnO2) is generally regarded as a promising electron-transporting layer(ETL) for state-of-theart perovskite solar cells(PSCs), however, the ubiquitous oxygen-vacancy-related defects at SnO2 surface and the large energy difference between conduction band of SnO2 and perovskite layer undoubtedly cause severe charge carrier recombination, resulting in sluggish charge extraction efficiency and non-negligible open-circuit voltage(Voc) loss. Herein, a chlorine-containing TiOxCl4-2x accessory layer is fabricated by immersing SnO2 layer into the TiCl4 aqueous solution to passivate the surface oxygen-vacancy-related defects of SnO2 layer and to set an intermediate energy level at ETL/perovskite interface in all-inorganic cesium lead tri-bromine(CsPbBr3) PSCs. Furthermore, the TiOxCl4-2x layer also improves the infiltration of SnO2 layer surface toward perovskite precursor for high-quality perovskite film. Finally, the hole-free, allinorganic CsPbBr3PSC with a structure of FTO/SnO2/TiOxCl4-2x/Cs0.91Rb0.09PbBr3/carbon achieves a champion efficiency of 10.44% with a Vocas high as 1.629 V in comparison to 8.31% for control device. Moreover, the optimized solar cell presents good stability in 80% humidity in air.

Sluggish charge transfer in perovskite film induced by inherent defects such as uncoordinated Pb2+undoubtedly hinders the rapid response of self-powered photovoltaic-typed *** on interaction between Lewis acids and bases,herein,we employ thiourea molecule as a multifunctional Lewis base to significantly improve the quality of all-inorganic CsPbIBr2 perovskite *** careful characterizations,the quality of perovskite film has been well *** from the reduced defect and the reinforced the interfacial charge extraction owing to the strong interaction between uncoordinated Pb2+ions and the-C=S groups in thiourea and the formation of hydrogen bond at perovskite/TiO_(2) interface,an enhanced responsivity of 0.335 A W-1 and specific detectivity of 3.92×10^(12) Jones has been achieved for the self-powered,carbon-electrode based photodetector,which is comparable to the state-of-theart device based on CsPbIBr2 *** importantly,the device free of encapsulation remains 82.8%of initial performance after storage over 56 days in ambient atmosphere,promoting the practical deployment of perovskite products.

Historical Evolution of Mariculture in China During Past 40 Years and Its Impacts on Eco-environment

The rapid development of mariculture in China in recent decades has satisfied people's demand of seafood, and has made a great contribution to economic development. However, mariculture has also caused some negative impacts on the eco-environment. By statistically analyzing national data(as well as data for four main provinces) regarding the mariculture area and cultivation species in China since reform and opening up, the historical evolution of mariculture during the past 40 years was analyzed, the driving factors related to policy, market and technology innovation were discussed, and the potential impacts of mariculture on the coastal eco-environment were also illustrated. The statistical results indicated that the maricultural area increased radically during the past 40 years, from 1979(116.47 × 10~3 ha) to 2012(2205.65 × 10~3 ha), with an increase of nearly 20-fold. Shandong Province represented the fastest-growing region, with an increase of 31-fold. Moreover, the cultivated species had gradually become diversified. Initially, shellfish and algae were major species, and then it developed to various species including fish, and currently shellfish and crustaceans were the major species. The development of mariculture was driven by government policies, market economy and technology innovation. Rapid development of mariculture also caused significantly adverse impacts on the eco-environment of the coastal regions. For example, the sea reclamation for mariculture decreased the area and function of coastal wetlands and the contaminants originating from mariculture destroyed the coastal aquatic environment. Fortunately, the implementation of ‘13 th Five-Year Fisheries Planning' is expected to help both improve the seafood quality and reduce the contamination in coastal aquatic environment. This current study will provide reference for management and structure adjustment of mariculture in the future.

In this study, rat models of Parkinson＇s disease induced by substantia nigra injection of 6-hydroxy-dopamine were intragastrically administered Zhichan powder daily for 50 days. Reverse transcription PCR results showed that tyrosine hydroxylase mRNA expression in the rat substantia nigra was significantly increased, while monoamine oxidase B mRNA expression was significantly decreased in the Zhichan powder group, compared with the model group. In addition, the levels of striatal dopamine and homovanillic acid, the ratio of dopamine to homovanillic acid, and the activity of blood superoxide dismutase were all higher in the Zhichan powder group than in the model group but the content of malondialdehyde in blood was lower. Our experimental findings indicate that Zhichan powder has an antioxidant effect, it can regulate the expression of monoamine oxidase B and tyrosine hydroxylase in the substantia nigra of Parkinson＇s disease rats, and it can facilitate the secretion of striatal dopamine and its metabolite homovanillic acid.

Previous studies have shown that Zhichan powder elevated immunity and suppressed oxidation in mice. Rat models of Parkinson＇s disease were induced by stereotaxically injecting 6-hydroxydopamine into the substantia nigra. The rat models were intragastrically treated with Zhichan powder, which is composed of milkvetch root, ginseng, bunge swallowwort root, himalayan teasel root. Magnolia officinalis, Ligustrum lucidum Ait. and szechwan Iovage rhizome. Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-PCR results demonstrated that mRNA and protein expression of tumor necrosis factor receptor 1, Fas, caspase-8, cvtochrome C, Bax, casDase-3, and p53 significantly increased, but Bcl-2 expression significantly decreased in the substantia nigra of rats with Parkinson＇s disease. Following Zhichan powder administration, mRNA and protein expression of tumor necrosis factor receptor 1, Fas, caspase-8, cytochrome C, Bax, caspase-3, and p53 diminished, but Bcl-2 expression increased in the rat substantia nigra. These results indicate that Zhichan powder regulates signal transduction protein expression, inhibits apoptosis, and exerts therapeutic effects on Parkinson＇s disease.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treatment based on syndrome differentiation ofTraditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) for community-acquired pneumonia(CAP).METHODS:A total of 240 CAP patients were randomly divided into the following two groups:thecontrol group was treated by anti-infection plus conventional medicine treatment;and the trial group was treated by TCM plus the above-mentioned treatment given to the *** course of treatment was 14 days,and the patients were followed up for 7 ***:Of the 240 patients,235 accomplished the whole process of *** five patients who withdrew from the study were brought into an intent-to-treat *** therapeutic effects of the trial group were superior to those of the control group(P0.05),white blood cell count(P>0.05),bacterial clearance rate(P>0.05),and adverse reactions between the two integrated ***:Treatment based on TCM syndrome differentiation for CAP has the advantages of resulting in less time to achieve a stable clinical condition,improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life,and is comparatively safe.

The importance of controlling interface energetics is gradually ascensive owing to the soft nature of perovskite lattice, which induces substantial defects and energy barrier for charge recombination within a PSC. With the aim to effectively heal the defective surface, we have conducted the interface engineering by incorporating 2 D materials into the allinorganic perovskite solar cells(PSCs). Arising from the fabrication of WS/CsPbBr van der Waals heterostructure(playing a role of "lubricant" between ETL and perovskite), the tensile strain in the perovskite film is released for a uniform perovskite with low defect density and high activation energy for ion migration, which significantly improves the device voltage up to 1.70 V for CsPbBr PSC. In addition, p-type charge transfer doped(NiCo) Fe O-GO is further employed as an excellent hole booster owing to the spontaneous electron transfer from edged oxygencontaining functional groups to(NiCo)FeO. As a result, the inorganic CsPbIBr2 PSC presents the highest efficiency of 10.95% in corresponding carbon-electrode based devices under one standard sun owing to the eliminated paradox between charge extraction and charge localization in GO surface.

目的:系统评价金水宝胶囊联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效及安全性。方法:通过计算机检索Pubmed、维普、中国知网、万方等数据库建库至2020年6月收录的关于金水宝胶囊联合常规西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床随机对照试验,依据纳入排除标准筛选文献,利用R-3.6.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入27项随机对照试验,合计2354例患者,Meta分析结果显示:金水宝胶囊联合常规西药在提高肺功能方面均优于单纯西药组,第一秒用力呼气容积与预估值之间的百分比值FEV1(%)(MD=0.28,95%CI[0.18,0.38],P<0.01)、第一秒用力呼气容积FEV1(L)(MD=0.28,95%CI[0.18,0.38],P<0.01)、第一秒用力呼气容积与总用力呼气容积的百分比值FEV1/FVC(MD=6.45,95%CI[3.23,9.68],P<0.01)、用力呼气容积FVC(L)(MD=0.44,95%CI[0.30,0.58],P<0.01),提高免疫功能方面优于对照组,CD4^(+)(MD=4.73,95%CI[3.59,5.87],P<0.01)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(MD=0.37,95%CI[0.10,0.65],P<0.01);在提高氧分压P(O_(2))(MD=5.83,95%CI[2.07,9.59],P<0.01),降低二氧化碳分压P(CO_(2))方面优于西药对照组;由于纳入文献较少,Th17、Treg分析结果显示无明显统计学意义,尚待更多高质量RCT验证。针对肺功能出现异质性较大的结果进行了异质性分析,得出疗程可能是影响异质性的原因之一。对总有效率进行试验序贯分析,发现其超过了传统界值和TSA界值,进一步肯定了联合用药的临床疗效。对总有效率结果发表偏倚风险评估,漏斗图未见显著的不对称性,Baujat图显示各纳入研究的异质性检验Q统计量较为集中,表明发表偏倚风险较小。结论:慢阻肺稳定期患者应用金水宝胶囊联合常规西药治疗优于单纯西药。
